本发明公开了一种弹性自密封闸阀,包括阀体,阀体内设有流体通道,阀体上设有与流体通道连通的阀板腔,阀板腔内装有外表面包覆弹性密封层的阀板,阀体上连接有将阀板腔封盖的压盖,压盖上转动连接有阀杆,阀杆的下端与阀板螺接,阀杆提升阀板可使流体通道畅通,阀体与压盖相配合的连接面中,阀体上的连接面为上连接面,压盖上的连接面为下连接面,上连接面和下连接面均为铸造直接形成的铸造面;上连接面上设有由铸造直接形成的上半密封槽,下连接面上设有由铸造直接形成的下半密封槽;阀体与压盖连接后上半密封槽和下半密封槽相配合形成密封槽,密封槽内装有密封圈。该闸阀具有自密封功能,密封效果好,使用寿命长,制作成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹性自密封闸阀。
背景技术
现有的弹性密封闸阀包括阀体,阀体内设有横截面为圆形的流体通道,阀体上设有与流体通道连通的阀板腔,阀板腔内装有外表面包覆弹性密封层的阀板,阀体上连接有将阀板腔封盖的压盖,压盖上转动连接有与压盖构成转动密封配合关系的阀杆,阀杆的下端与阀板螺接,阀杆的转动可带动阀板升降,阀板上升可使流体通道畅通,阀板下降后,通过挤压阀板侧部的弹性密封层使之与阀板腔的两侧面压紧配合以及使阀板底部的弹性密封层与流体通道的内壁压紧配合来实现流体通道的截止。上述结构的弹性密封闸阀,主要存在以下缺点:一是其密封仅靠挤压弹性密封层来实现,密封层受压较大,不但导致阀门启闭扭矩大,而且使得弹性密封层的磨损加重,导致阀门的使用寿命短;二是由于其密封仅靠挤压弹性密封层来实现,对阀体和阀板的刚性要求比较高,若阀体和阀板的刚性不足,则会在流体压力的作用下发生变形,导致阀体与阀板接触不严而造成泄漏,为了提高阀体和阀板的刚性,势必要加大阀体和阀板的材料用量,不但造成阀体和阀板的重量加大,而且导致制作成本高;三是阀体和压盖铸造成型后,需要对二者的配合面进行机械加工,以获得平面度较高的平面,阀体和压盖之间通过平垫密封,由此带来生产成本较高,并且流体压力较高时容易将平垫挤出,从而造成阀门泄漏。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题之一是针对上述缺陷三,提供一种生产成本低且防渗漏效果好的弹性自密封闸阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的弹性自密封闸阀,包括阀体,阀体内设有横截面为圆形的流体通道,阀体上设有与流体通道连通的阀板腔,阀板腔内装有外表面包覆弹性密封层的阀板,阀体上连接有将阀板腔封盖的压盖,压盖上转动连接有与压盖构成转动密封配合关系的阀杆,阀杆的下端与阀板螺接,阀杆提升阀板可使流体通道畅通,阀杆推压阀板使阀板侧部的弹性密封层与阀板腔的两侧面压紧配合以及使阀板底部的弹性密封层与流体通道的内壁压紧配合可实现流体通道的截止,其结构特点在于:所述阀体与压盖相配合的连接面中,阀体上的连接面为上连接面,压盖上的连接面为下连接面,所述上连接面和下连接面均为铸造直接形成的铸造面;所述上连接面上设有由铸造直接形成的上半密封槽,所述下连接面上设有由铸造直接形成的下半密封槽;阀体与压盖连接后上半密封槽和下半密封槽相配合形成密封槽,所述密封槽内装有密封圈。
由于阀体与压盖相配合的两连接面中,阀体上的连接面和压盖上的连接面均为铸造直接形成的铸造面,设在两连接面上的半密封槽也均由铸造直接形成,换言之,就是铸造完成后无需机械加工,因而可以降低制作成本。阀体与压盖之间的密封通过装在密封槽内的密封圈实现,由于有密封槽的限位,即使流体的压力较大,也不会轻易将密封圈挤出,因而防渗漏效果好。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二是针对上述缺陷一和缺陷二,提供一种对阀体和阀板刚性要求不高、可有效减小阀体和阀板重量、进一步降低制作成本且密封效果好和使用寿命长的弹性自密封闸阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,在上述技术方案的基础上做了如下改进:所述弹性密封层与阀板腔的两侧面构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层上设有可与所述侧面贴合的侧面密封唇:所述弹性密封层与流体通道的内壁构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层上设有可与所述内壁贴合的内壁密封唇。
上述结构的弹性自密封闸阀,当需要关闭阀门时,转动阀杆驱动阀板下降,使阀板与阀板腔的两侧面以及流体通道内壁保持微量过盈配合,即不需对阀板施加很大的压力来使弹性密封层发生较大变形,只需满足流体的低压密封即可,随着流体通道内流体压力的逐步增高,流体挤压侧面密封唇和内壁密封唇,使侧面密封唇与阀板腔的两侧面紧密贴合,使内壁密封唇与流体通道内壁紧密贴合,从而形成自密封,因而本发明的密封效果好。不但如此,由于侧面密封唇和内壁密封唇在流体压力的作用下可以实现自密封,即使阀体和阀板的轻微变形,侧面密封唇和内壁密封唇在流体压力的作用下也会保持紧密贴合状态,因此,在满足阀体和阀板强度的前提下,可适当降低刚度要求,即适当减小阀体的壁厚和阀板的厚度,以达到节约材料、降低生产成本之目的。由于关闭时不需对阀板施加较大的压力,因而开启时也不需较大力,因而启闭转矩小。另外,由于可实现自密封,关闭阀门时弹性密封层受挤压程度大大减小,可有效降低弹性密封层的磨损,从而延长了阀门的使用寿命。
为了材料的易得,所述弹性密封层为橡胶层或聚四氟乙烯层。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:1、可实现自密封、密封效果好;2、对阀体和阀板的刚度要求不高,可减小阀体的壁厚和阀板的厚度,节约了材料和降低了生产成本;3、启闭转矩小,启闭灵活,磨损小,阀门使用寿命长;4、阀体与压盖相配合的连接面均由铸造直接获得,无需机械加工,可有效降低生产成本;采用密封槽和装在密封槽内的密封圈实现阀体和压盖的密封,防渗漏效果好。

具体实施方式
现有的弹性密封闸阀的结构如图1所示,包括阀体1,阀体内设有横截面为圆形的流体通道2,阀体1上设有与流体通道2连通的阀板腔3,阀板腔3内装有外表面包覆弹性密封层4的阀板5,阀体1上连接有将阀板腔3封盖的压盖6,压盖6与阀体1之间通过平垫17进行密封,压盖6上转动连接有与压盖6构成转动密封配合关系的阀杆7,阀杆7的下端与阀板5螺接,转动阀杆7可驱使阀板5升降,提升阀板5可使流体通道2畅通,阀杆7推压阀板5下降,使阀板5侧部的弹性密封层4与阀板腔3的两侧面11压紧配合以及使阀板5底部的弹性密封层4与流体通道2的内壁12压紧配合可实现流体通道2的截止。
本发明是在图1所示的弹性密封闸阀的基础上而做出的技术改进,其结构与现有的弹性密封闸阀基本相同,如图2所示,也包括阀体1,阀体内设有横截面为圆形的流体通道2,阀体1上设有与流体通道2连通的阀板腔3,阀板腔3内装有外表面包覆弹性密封层4的阀板5,阀体1上连接有将阀板腔3封盖的压盖6,压盖6上转动连接有与压盖6构成转动密封配合关系的阀杆7,阀杆7的下端与阀板5螺接。改进之处在于以下两点:一是阀体1与压盖6的连接密封结构的改进,二是阀板5与阀板腔3两侧面以及与流体通道2内壁的密封结构的改进。具体改进的技术措施如下所述。
如图3和图4所示,阀体1阀体内设有横截面为圆形的流体通道2,阀体1上设有与流体通道2连通的阀板腔3,阀板腔3用于安装阀板5,阀板腔3的两侧面11可与阀板5侧部的弹性密封层配合,流体通道2的内壁12可与阀板5底部的弹性密封层配合,阀板腔3上端口部的法兰面即上连接面13为铸造直接形成的铸造面,上连接面13上设有由铸造直接形成的上半密封槽14。如图5所示,压盖6用于与阀体1配合的法兰面即下连接面15也为铸造直接形成的铸造面,下连接面15上设有由铸造直接形成的下半密封槽16。如图2所示,阀体1与压盖6通过螺栓连接在一起后,下半密封槽16和上半密封槽14相配合形成密封槽,密封槽内设有密封圈10,即密封圈10的上部位于下半密封槽16内,密封圈10的下部位于上半密封槽14内。如图2所示,所述弹性密封层4与阀板腔3的两侧面11构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层4上设有可与所述侧面贴合的侧面密封唇8,即与阀板腔3的两侧面11构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层4沿阀板的径向向内延伸形成所述侧面密封唇8;所述弹性密封层4与流体通道2的内壁12构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层4上设有可与所述内壁贴合的内壁密封唇9,即与流体通道2的内壁12构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层4沿阀板的轴向向外延伸形成所述内壁密封唇9。所述弹性密封层4为橡胶层或聚四氟乙烯层,侧面密封唇8和内壁密封唇9的材质与弹性密封层4一致。

1.一种弹性自密封闸阀,包括阀体(1),阀体内设有横截面为圆形的流体通道(2),阀体(1)上设有与流体通道(2)连通的阀板腔(3),阀板腔(3)内装有外表面包覆弹性密封层(4)的阀板(5),阀体(1)上连接有将阀板腔(3)封盖的压盖(6),压盖(6)上转动连接有与压盖(6)构成转动密封配合关系的阀杆(7),阀杆(7)的下端与阀板(5)螺接,阀杆(7)提升阀板(5)可使流体通道(2)畅通,阀杆(7)推压阀板(5)使阀板(5)侧部的弹性密封层(4)与阀板腔(3)的两侧面压紧配合以及使阀板(5)底部的弹性密封层(4)与流体通道(2)的内壁压紧配合从而实现流体通道(2)的截止,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)与压盖(6)相配合的连接面中,阀体(1)上的连接面为上连接面,压盖(6)上的连接面为下连接面,所述上连接面和下连接面均为铸造直接形成的铸造面;所述上连接面上设有由铸造直接形成的上半密封槽,所述下连接面上设有由铸造直接形成的下半密封槽;阀体(1)与压盖(6)连接后上半密封槽和下半密封槽相配合形成密封槽,所述密封槽内装有密封圈(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的弹性自密封闸阀,其特征在于所述弹性密封层(4)与阀板腔(3)的两侧面构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层(4)上设有可与所述侧面贴合的侧面密封唇(8):所述弹性密封层(4)与流体通道(2)的内壁构成密封配合关系的那部分弹性密封层(4)上设有可与所述内壁贴合的内壁密封唇(9)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的弹性自密封闸阀,其特征在于所述弹性密封层(4)为橡胶层或聚四氟乙烯层。
