一种全自动双向气缸,包括气缸(20),活塞(21),活塞杆(26),进气开关(24),排气开关(25),其特征在于活塞(21)两端设有活塞杆(26),被气缸(20)两端的中心孔限定,活塞杆(26)内分别设有分隔的进气道(22),排气道(23),活塞(21)内分别设有进气开关(24)和排气开关(25),高压气体推动活塞(21)运动时,带动进气开关(24)和排气开关(25)运动,在接近止点时触碰缸壁,因而变换进气开关(24)和排气开关(25)的位置,其位置在活塞(21)两侧气压差下保持不变,直至下一次触碰,如此自动改变进气开关(24)和排气开关(25)的位置来变换气缸(20)内活塞(21)两侧的进气与排气,而致使全自动双向气缸自动运作。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种双向气缸。
【技术背景】
如今,污染日趋严重,能源日趋短缺,影响到国民的经济,影响到人类的发展,甚至影响到自然界的平衡,本发明蕴育而生。因其要求的能源广,从而从源头上缓解污染,能源的短缺。
【发明内容】
一种全自动双向气缸,包括气缸20,活塞21,活塞杆26,进气开关24,排气开关25,其特征在于活塞21两端设有活塞杆26,被气缸20两端的中心孔限定,活塞杆26内分别设有分隔的进气道22,排气道23,活塞21内分别设有进气开关24和排气开关25,高压气体推动活塞21运动时,带动进气开关24和排气开关25运动,在接近止点时触碰缸壁,因而变换进气开关24和排气开关25的位置,其位置在活塞21两侧气压差下保持不变,直至下一次触碰,如此自动改变进气开关24和排气开关25的位置来变换气缸20内活塞21两侧的进气与排气,而致使全自动双向气缸自动运作。

【具体实施方式】
一种全自动双向气缸,如图1,包括气缸20,活塞21,活塞杆26,活塞杆内的进气道22,活塞杆内的排气道23,活塞内的进气开关24和排气开关25,图1-3中的实线箭头为气流运动情况,虚线箭头为气缸运动方向。
本发明是这样实施的:
设活塞,活塞杆不动,气缸动(反之亦然),如图2,气流由进气流道22进入,迫使气缸20运动,气缸20运动到左边(止点)时,缸壁触碰进气开关24和排气开关25,迫使其运动到如图2位置,然后在活塞两侧气压差下保持该位置,气流由进气开关24进入气缸一侧,气缸另一侧气由排气开关25经排气流道23排出,气缸向右运动。
如图3,气缸20运动到右边(止点)时,缸壁触碰进气开关24和排气开关25,迫使其运动到如图3位置,然后在活塞两侧气压差下保持该位置,气流由进气开关24进入气缸一侧,气缸另一侧气由排气开关25经排气流道23排出,气缸向左运动。
如此循环,全自动双向气缸自动运作。

1.一种全自动双向气缸,包括气缸(20),活塞(21),活塞杆(26),进气开关(24),排气开关(25),其特征在于活塞(21)两端设有活塞杆(26),被气缸(20)两端的中心孔限定,活塞杆(26)内分别设有分隔的进气道(22),排气道(23),活塞(21)内分别设有进气开关(24)和排气开关(25),高压气体推动活塞(21)运动时,带动进气开关(24)和排气开关(25)运动,在接近止点时触碰缸壁,因而变换进气开关(24)和排气开关(25)的位置,其位置在活塞(21)两侧气压差下保持不变,直至下一次触碰,自动改变进气开关(24)和排气开关(25)的位置来变换气缸(20)内活塞(21)两侧的进气与排气,而致使全自动双向气缸自动运作。
