Abstract

本发明公开了一种门框拼装结构，它包括上横框和边框，上横框和边框的框型相同，上横框的两端与边框的上端在45度切角位置处对接，其对接位置处的空腔内设置有附型件，附型件上上横框和边框所接触的侧面的轮廓形状与上横框和边框贴合，附型件上设置有螺纹孔，螺纹孔内穿过有螺钉，附型件通过螺钉和上横框、边框固定连接，附型件上另一侧面上设置有花型，花型与附型件接触的面贴合，花型的花纹形状与上横框和边框的花纹形状相配合，花型与附型件通过螺钉固定连接。本发明制作工艺简单，能够使拼装门的上横栏与左边框、右边框的安装拆卸方便，便于运输和现场拼装，而且该附型件能精确保证拼装门框外形的稳定。

技术领域
本发明属于门的制造技术领域，尤其涉及一种门框拼装结构。
背景技术
传统的高端门的门框多采用焊接工艺，其上横栏与左边框、右边框是焊接紧固为一体的，由于其结构所限，工艺复杂，制作繁琐，导致生产效率低，质量不稳定；而且出厂时需与门扇组装成门体整体出运，由于受规格形状局限，其体积重量大，运输过程容易出现磕、划、卡、压等损坏，致使包装运输成本上升。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中的问题，提供一种门框拼装结构，能够使拼装门的上横栏与左边框、右边框的安装拆卸方便，在运输过程中门框分解运输，减少占用空间，又便于现场拼装成整个门框，大大降低了包装与运输成本，而且该附型件能精确保证拼装门框外形的稳定。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：一种门框拼装结构，它包括上横框和边框，所述边框包括对称设置的左边框和右边框，上横框和边框的框型相同，所述的上横框的两端设置为45度切角，所述边框的上端设置有和上横框的45度切角位置相配合的45度切角，上横框的两端与边框的上端在45度切角位置处对接，上横框和边框对接位置处的空腔内设置有附型件，附型件位于上横框与边框的对接处，附型件一侧面与上横框和边框所接触，该侧面的轮廓形状与上横框和边框贴合，附型件上设置有螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔包括与上横框对应的第一螺纹孔和与边框对应的第二螺纹孔，第一螺纹孔和第二螺纹孔内穿过有螺钉，附型件通过螺钉和上横框、边框固定连接，附型件上与所述附型件上一侧面相对的面上设置有花型，花型与附型件贴合在一起，所述花型的花纹形状与上横框和边框的花纹形状相配合，花型与附型件上靠近上横框和边框的棱线位置处均开设有对应的第三螺纹孔，与第三螺纹孔内穿过有螺钉，花型与附型件通过螺钉固定连接。
所述的第一螺纹孔的数量为3个，它包括与上横框上侧面对应的2个螺纹孔和与上横框的后框加强边相对应的1个螺纹孔，3个第一螺纹孔内均穿过有螺钉。
所述的第二螺纹孔的数量为3个，它包括与边框外侧面对应的2个螺纹孔和与边框的后框加强边相对应的1个螺纹孔，3个第二螺纹孔内均穿过有螺钉。
所述的第三螺纹孔的数量为4个，它包括与上横框相对应的2个螺纹孔和与边框相对应的两个螺纹孔，4个第三螺纹孔内均穿过有螺钉。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明中上横框通过附型件与边框进行45度对接，该结构设计使门框的制作工艺简单，生产效率高，在运输时，门框的上横框、左边框和右边框可分解为单个的部件，能够减少占用空间，又便于现场拼装成整个门框，大大降低了包装与运输成本；本发明中附型件上设置的第一螺纹孔、第二螺纹孔和螺钉的配合，固定了上横框和边框的门框配合结构面和后框加强边，精确保证了门框外形的稳定；花型的存在，保证了异形件与门框花纹形状的配合统一。

具体实施方式
如图1至图6所示，本发明的一种门框拼装结构，它包括上横框3和边框2，所述边框2包括对称设置的左边框和右边框，上横框3和边框2的框型相同，上横框3的两端设置为45度切角，边框2的上端设置有和上横框3的45度切角位置相配合的45度切角，上横框3的两端与边框2的上端在45度切角位置处对接，上横框3和边框2对接位置处的空腔内设置有附型件1，附型件1位于上横框3与边框2的对接处，附型件1一侧面与上横框3和边框2所接触，该侧面的轮廓形状与上横框3和边框2贴合。
附型件1上设置有螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔包括与上横框3对应的第一螺纹孔和与边框2对应的第二螺纹孔，第一螺纹孔的数量为3个，它包括与上横框3上侧面对应的2个螺纹孔，该螺纹孔内穿过螺钉10、螺钉11，它还包括与上横框3的后框加强边15相对应的1个螺纹孔，该螺纹孔内穿过螺钉12，后框加强边15是上横框3的一部分；第二螺纹孔的数量为3个，它包括与边框2外侧面对应的2个螺纹孔，该螺纹孔内穿过螺钉8、螺钉9，它还包括与边框2的后框加强边16相对应的1个螺纹孔，该螺纹孔内穿过螺钉13，后框加强边16是边框2的一部分。
附型件1通过螺钉8、螺钉9、螺钉10、螺钉11、螺钉12、螺钉13固定了上横框3和边框2连接处的拼装结构，精确保证了门框外形的稳定。
附型件1上与所述附型件1上一侧面相对的面上设置有花型14，花型14与附型件1贴合在一起，所述花型14的花纹形状与上横框3和边框2的花纹形状相配合，花型14与附型件1上靠近上横框3和边框2的棱线位置处均开设有对应的第三螺纹孔，第三螺纹孔的数量为4个，它包括与上横框3相对应的2个螺纹孔，该螺纹孔内穿过螺钉6、螺钉7，它还包括与边框2相对应的两个螺纹孔，该螺纹孔内穿过螺钉4、螺钉5，花型14与附型件1通过螺钉4、螺钉5、螺钉6、螺钉7固定连接。

1.一种门框拼装结构，它包括上横框和边框，所述边框包括对称设置的左边框和右边框，上横框和边框的框型相同，其特征在于：所述的上横框的两端设置为45度切角，所述边框的上端设置有和上横框的45度切角位置相配合的45度切角，上横框的两端与边框的上端在45度切角位置处对接，上横框和边框对接位置处的空腔内设置有附型件，附型件位于上横框与边框的对接处，附型件一侧面与上横框和边框所接触，该侧面的轮廓形状与上横框和边框贴合，附型件上设置有螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔包括与上横框对应的第一螺纹孔和与边框对应的第二螺纹孔，第一螺纹孔和第二螺纹孔内穿过有螺钉，附型件通过螺钉和上横框、边框固定连接，附型件上与所述附型件上一侧面相对的面上设置有花型，花型与附型件贴合在一起，所述花型的花纹形状与上横框和边框的花纹形状相配合，花型与附型件上靠近上横框和边框的棱线位置处均开设有对应的第三螺纹孔，与第三螺纹孔内穿过有螺钉，花型与附型件通过螺钉固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的门框拼装结构，其特征在于：所述的第一螺纹孔的数量为3个，它包括与上横框上侧面对应的2个螺纹孔和与上横框的后框加强边相对应的1个螺纹孔，3个第一螺纹孔内均穿过有螺钉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的门框拼装结构，其特征在于：所述的第二螺纹孔的数量为3个，它包括与边框外侧面对应的2个螺纹孔和与边框的后框加强边相对应的1个螺纹孔，3个第二螺纹孔内均穿过有螺钉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的门框拼装结构，其特征在于：所述的第三螺纹孔的数量为4个，它包括与上横框相对应的2个螺纹孔和与边框相对应的两个螺纹孔，4个第三螺纹孔内均穿过有螺钉。
