Abstract

本发明涉及一种给小型沼气加热的新型装置。所述的新型装置包括耐水线、温控器、感温探头和变压器。耐水线加热比传统的加热方式功率低,水能够温和加热,水温波动范围小,甲烷菌适宜生存,利于产气。本发明的特点为结构简单,方便实用,功率小,加热效果好,成本造价低。

一种给小型沼气加热的新型装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种给小型沼气加热的新型装置,属于户用小型沼气高效发酵领域。 
背景技术
随着能源的日益枯竭,新能源的开发利用愈发重要。沼气作为一种可再生的清洁能源,既可替代薪柴等传统生物质能源,也可替代煤炭等商品能源,而且能源效率明显高于薪柴、煤炭等。目前的沼气发生装置大多用水泥或砖石砌成,主要为一个埋藏在地面以下、向上开口的发酵池,发酵池上部设置储气室,二者均为刚性结构,同时设有进料口、出料口与出气口。这类沼气发生装置虽能正常产气供能,但是发酵温度受地温影响,波动较大,导致产气量不足,尤其到冬天,产气量急剧降低,在北方,由于冬天温度比南方温度更低,冬季近4个月的时间基本上不能正常运行,致使广大农民放弃使用。对于沼气发酵来说,温度的控制是一个至关重要的环节,温度波动最容易影响发酵效果。传统沼气都因为体积太大(一般户用沼气体积都在5-10m3),保温花费成本太高,所以无法进行保温,导致无法恒温。为了使我国农村沼气工程建设能够长足发展,解决目前我国农村沼气工程种存在的技术问题势在必行。 
发明内容
本发明针对目前传统沼气体积过大,传统加温方式造成温度存在过大波动导致出气不好等问题,提出一种给小型沼气加热的新型装置。 
本专利技术把传统的沼气池变成产品,并缩小体积,而且采用水浴或夹层水的办法给沼气原料加热。本发明就是在原有发明《一种带保温的小型高效沼气发生器》的基础上,外接电源或蓄电池并且使用数量不等的耐水线放在水里进行加热。这样的好处是功率小并可以温和加热,能使水恒温时波动范围很小,不至于影响沼气发酵。而如果采用传统的加热棒或加热模块等加热办法,经实验证明,加热时功率过高,温度波动太大,会影响发酵,造成出气不好。 
本发明具体方案如下:一种给小型沼气加热的新型装置包括:适量耐水线1,温控器2,感温探头3,小型变压器4,采用水浴加热方式。 
这样实施的结果是,水能够温和加热,从而使沼气料液的温度更好地恒定在某一温度,极大地减小了温度的波动给沼气发酵带来的不良影响,达到产气量更高的目的。 
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,方便实用,功率小,加热效果好,成本造价低。

如图1所示的实施例:本发明的一种给小型沼气加热的新型装置,包括适量耐水线1,温控器2,感温探头3,小型变压器4,采用水浴加热方式。沼气发生器箱体的体积选择1m3,材质选用玻璃钢材料,保温层选用聚苯板,其他器材均为市面上可以买到的产品。 
本发明具有结构简单,方便实用,功率小,加热效果好,成本造价低。
