Abstract

本发明涉及一种水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器。所述的新型装置包括沼气发生器箱体1,感温探头2,加热装置3,温控器4,沼气料液容器5和保温层6。本发明采用水浴加热的方法给沼气发酵料液容器加热。水作为换热介质,由于比热较大,容易恒温,容易保温,能使发酵料液温度恒定,促进发酵。该发明的特点是结构简单,方便实用,温度恒定,产气率高,成本低廉,管理方便,不污染环境,利于推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沼气发生器,尤其涉及一种水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器。本发明属于沼气发酵领域。 
背景技术
随着能源的日益枯竭,新能源的开发利用愈发重要。沼气作为一种可再生的清洁能源,既可替代薪柴等传统生物质能源,也可替代煤炭等商品能源,而且能源效率明显高于薪柴、煤炭等。目前的沼气发生装置大多用水泥或砖石砌成,主要为一个埋藏在地面以下、向上开口的发酵池,发酵池上部设置储气室,二者均为刚性结构,同时设有进料口、出料口与出气口。这类沼气发生装置虽能正常产气供能,但是发酵温度受地温影响,波动较大,导致产气量不足,尤其到冬天,产气量太小而致使广大农民放弃使用。与此同时,传统沼气池体积过大,人们管理起来极为不便而且危险极大。 
本专利技术就可以解决上述问题,把传统的沼气池变成产品,并将体积缩小,同时,采用水浴的方法给盛放沼气料液的容器加热,再把沼气发生器外加保温层。这样的沼气发生装置,产气率有了极大的提高。本发明的特点在于结构简单,方便实用,温度恒定,产气率高,成本低廉,管理方便,不污染环境,利于推广。 
发明内容
本发明针对目前传统沼气池温度波动大导致产气率低,以及体积过大,不便于管理等问题,提出了一种水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器。 
本发明具体方案如下:一种水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器包括:沼气发生器箱体1,感温探头2,加热装置3,温控器4,沼气料液容器5和保温层6。沼气发生器箱体1可以选用玻璃钢、不锈钢、铁等材料,箱体体积大幅缩小为0.01m3-2m3。加热装置3可以选用外接电源、太阳能、水暖炉、太阳能硅板等。沼气料液容器可以选用玻璃、不锈钢等材料。沼气发生器外加的保温层,材质可以采用珍珠岩、聚苯板、聚氨酯发泡等。 
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,方便实用,温度恒定,产气率高,成本低廉,管理方便,不污染环境。

如图1所示的实施例:一种水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器包括:沼气发生器箱体1,感温探头2,加热装置3,温控器4,沼气料液容器5和保温层6。沼气发生器箱体1选用玻璃钢材料,箱体体积大幅缩小为1m3。沼气料液容器选用玻璃材质。沼气发生器外加保温层,材质选用聚氨酯发泡。使用该沼气发生器产气量提高一倍。 
本发明具有结构简单,方便实用,温度恒定,产气率高,成本低廉,管理方便,不污染环境等特点。

2.如权利1所述的水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器,箱体1可以选用玻璃钢、不锈钢、铁等材料,箱体体积大幅缩小为0.01m3-2m3
3.如权利1所述的水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器,加热装置3可以选用外接电源、太阳能、水暖炉、太阳能硅板等。
4.如权利1所述的水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器,沼气料液容器可以选用玻璃、不锈钢等材料。
5.如权利1所述的水浴恒温的小型沼气发生器,沼气发生器外加保温层,材质可以采用珍珠岩、聚苯板、聚氨酯发泡等。
