Abstract
加热式沼气发生装置,属于沼气技术领域,具体涉及一种利用带有加热夹层的塑料桶发生沼气的装置;是由沼气发酵池、投料口、沼气出口及加热装置组成,所述的沼气发酵池是在底部和圆周桶壁上设置有夹层的沼气发生桶,在桶的外壁下部设置有回水接口,在桶的外壁上部设置有进水接口,在桶口设置有桶盖,在桶盖上开有沼气出口,在桶盖中心安装有搅拌桨,搅拌桨的上端在桶盖上部,并设有手动手柄,搅拌桨下部在桶内,并在搅拌杆上装有温度传感器;本实用新型的桶盖即为所述的投料口;所述的在桶外壁下部设置的回水接口和在桶外壁上部设置的进水接口通过管路与加热装置连接;本实用新型具有占地面积小、维修方便、便于移动,产气量可根据需要调整和适于北方使用冬季寒冷地区使用的积极效果。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于沼气技术领域,具体涉及一种利用带有加热夹层的塑料桶发生沼气的装置。
背景技术:
沼气是一种可燃性气体混合物,它的主要成份是甲烷(CH4),其次是二氧化碳(CO2)。除此以外,还有少量的氮、氢、氧、氨一氧化碳(CO)和硫化氢(H2S)等气体。沼气是有机质(例如农作物秸秆、人畜禽粪便、垃圾以及有机废弃物等)在厌氧条件下,通过微生物的作用产生的。
沼气是一种方便、清洁的气体燃料,可以广泛地应用于工农业生产和人们生活中,沼肥还可以替代化肥,有利于保护土壤,增加产量,减少化肥和农药使用的支出,是一项利国利民的好项目。
但是,沼气的生产主要是靠厌氧菌来生产,而厌氧菌必须要在厌氧条件下、适宜的温度,有机物经过一系列复杂的物理、化学变化;其中任何一个变化都离不开微生物的作用。而微生物的存活、繁殖及产气,除要有必备的原料外,还要保证必要的发酵条件,即配料、温度、时间、浓度、酸碱度等。沼气发酵细菌在8-65℃范围内进行正常生产活动,产生沼气,在一定内(15-40℃)随温度的增高,微生物的代谢加快,分解原料的速度也相应提高,产气量和产气率也都相应地增高。但当温度低于8℃以下,发酵细菌不能生长,低于零度则细菌被冻死。因此若使沼气池、罐、桶正常产气,必须要使沼气原料在8℃以上,最佳温度是30-60℃之间,但最低不能低于10℃。在东北冬天的气温在零下30℃以上,要使室外无保温设施的沼气池正常产气,是跟本不可能的。多年来,在北方很多地方学习南方利用沼气的经验,花了很大人力、物力和财力,其结果出现“春建池子夏用气,一到冬天刨池子儿”,劳民伤财,致使沼气推广利用在北方始终不能进行。
发明内容:
本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种改进沼气池的地理环境,能够放置在塑料大棚内,占地面积小,维修方便,便于移动,并能用土水暖加热的一种加热式沼气发生装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是:
本实用新型包括沼气发酵池、投料口、沼气出口,所述的沼气发酵池是在底部和圆周桶壁上设置有夹层的沼气发生桶,在桶的外壁下部设置有回水接口,在桶的外壁上部设置有进水接口,在桶口设置有桶盖,在桶盖上开有沼气出口,在桶盖中心安装有搅拌浆,搅拌浆的上端在桶盖上部,并设有手动手柄,搅拌浆下部在桶内,并在搅拌杆上装有温度传感器;本实用新型的桶盖即为所述的投料口;
为了保证安全,在沼气出口的管道上接有限压保险装置,或者在桶盖上单独开沼气出口接限压保险装置;所述的限压保险装置是弹簧保险阀,或者是重力保险阀,或者是膜片保险阀;
所述的在桶外壁下部设置的回水接口和在桶外壁上部设置的进水接口通过管路与加热装置连接。
温度对沼气产生速度的影响

当温度为10℃时,尽管发酵90天,但其产气率也只有30℃发酵27天的59%,猪粪在27.6℃下发酵比在16.9℃下发酵,总产气量提高67%,足见保证发酵温度的重要性。
东北地区双膜保温室一般冬天最冷天气在零下35℃,棚内温度可在10℃,如有地火龙,或土暖气,或热风取暖炉可达20℃以上。如将沼气发生桶放在棚内,根本不用另外取暖;如单建沼气保温棚,或单独取暖,或与自家土暖气连带则更为理想。
本实用新型具有占地面积小、维修方便、便于移动,能够在温度较低的地区发生沼气,产气量可根据需要调整,特别适于北方冬季寒冷的地区使用的积极效果。

本实用新型的结构如图1所示:
沼气发生桶是在塑料桶底部和圆周桶壁上设置有夹层9,在桶的外壁下部设置有回水接口2,在桶的外壁上部设置有进水接口10,在桶口设置有桶盖4,桶盖4作为投料口,在桶盖4上开有两个沼气出口3,其中一个沼气出口接有保险装置;在桶盖4中心安装有搅拌浆7,搅拌浆7的上端在桶盖4上部,并设有手动手柄8,搅拌浆7下部在桶内,并在搅拌杆上装有温度传感器;搅拌浆7的作用在于搅拌沼气发生桶内的发酵原料,使之均匀易于产气;搅拌杆上装有的温度传感器,以便控制沼气发生桶内的温度。
所述的在桶外壁下部设置的回水接口2和在桶外壁上部设置的进水接口10通过管路与加热装置11连接,在回水管路1上安装有膨胀水箱11。
图中A为沼气出口,B为回水方向,C为热水方向。
本实用新型的参考尺寸为:0.4m×0.4m×π×0.8m=0.4m3。
为了保证安全,在沼气出口的管道上接有限压保险装置,或者在桶盖上单独开沼气出口接限压保险装置;所述的限压保险装置是弹簧保险阀,或者是重力保险阀,或者是膜片保险阀;
本实用新型的使用方法是:根据产肥量、用沼气量,将两个或多个沼气发生桶连接起来,即用管道1将沼气发酵桶下部的回水接口2连接起来后与热水炉11的回水连接,在回水管1上安装膨胀水箱12;用管道6将沼气发生桶上部的进水接口10连接起来后与热水炉11的出水口连接;将桶盖4上的沼气出口3用管道5连接送往用户,沼气出口连接管5并与除硫器连接。
为了便于运输,用不带孔的盖替换本实用新型的桶盖4。

1、加热式沼气发生装置,包括沼气发酵池、投料口、沼气出口组成,其特征是:所述的沼气发酵池是在底部和圆周桶壁上设置有夹层的塑料桶,在桶的外壁下部设置有回水接口(2),在桶的外壁上部设置有进水接口(9),在桶口设置有桶盖(4),在桶盖(4)上开有沼气出口(3),在桶盖(4)中心安装有搅拌浆(7),搅拌浆(7)的上端在桶盖(4)上部,并设有手动手柄(8),搅拌浆(8)下部在桶内,并在搅拌杆上装有温度传感器;
所述的在桶外壁下部设置的回水接口(2)和在桶外壁上部设置的进水接口(9)与加热装置(11)连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的加热式沼气发生装置,其特征是:在沼气出口的管道上接有限压保险装置,或者在桶盖(4)单开沼气出口接限压保险装置。
