Abstract
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种汽车塑料件用防紫外线改性尼龙材料,该材料由下列重量份的原料制成:尼龙66100、硫化钠5-10、硫酸钙3-6、三氧化二锑5-6、偏硼酸钡10-12、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-3、瓷土6-8、白炭黑4-6、纳米二氧化钛2.8-3.2、超细硫酸钡4-5、氧化钼1-2、硬酯酸锌3-4、环氧油酸丁酯5-7、抗氧剂DLTP1-2、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯2-3、助剂12-15;本发明利用三氧化二锑、瓷土、纳米二氧化钛等原料对尼龙66进行了改性处理,使其具有良好的加工性能和机械性能,制备的材料硬度高,防紫外线老化、耐磨阻燃,使用安全,能够广泛的用于制作各类汽车用塑料件。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种汽车塑料件用防紫外线改性尼龙材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车产业的发展,人们对汽车的舒适性、安全性、美观性、节能性等使用性能的要求越来越高,而改进传统汽车用材料,是完善汽车使用性能的根本途径,高分子汽车塑料材料较之传统汽车材料有许多突出的优点,质量轻、机械性能优越、易加工成型,材料可重复利用,还具有卓越的美观装饰作用,然而这些高分子材料也存在一些缺点,比如刚性较差、容易燃烧、不耐高温低温老化等等,因此,为了提高传统高分子材料的性能,拓宽材料使用范围,需要改进原有汽车用塑料配方,对材料进行改性处理,使其能广泛的应用于汽车各个部位。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种汽车塑料件用防紫外线改性尼龙材料,提升了传统尼龙66材料的性能,使其具备优良的机械性能,能够适应特定的使用环境,为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种汽车塑料件用防紫外线改性尼龙材料,其特征在于,本发明材料由以下重量份的原料制成:尼龙66 100、硫化钠5-10、硫酸钙3-6、三氧化二锑5-6、偏硼酸钡10-12、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 1-3、瓷土6-8、白炭黑4-6、纳米二氧化钛2.8-3.2、超细硫酸钡4-5、氧化钼1-2、硬酯酸锌3-4、环氧油酸丁酯5-7、抗氧剂DLTP 1-2、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯2-3、助剂12-15。
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:粘土300-320、氧化镁3-4、氧化铝1-2、铝矾土粉5-6、硼化钒1-2、抗坏血酸2-3、V2O5 3-4、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯2-3、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1-2、二甲基氧化锡1-2、丁香油1-2、玉石粉20-24;制备方法是将粘土放入煅烧炉中在710-740℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%盐酸溶液中浸泡1-2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-400目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散均匀,即得。
所述的一种汽车塑料件用防紫外线改性尼龙材料,其制备方法为:将尼龙66、瓷土、三氧化二锑、环氧油酸丁酯混合,加热至250-280℃,至尼龙66熔融,搅拌5-8分钟,再加入硫酸钙、纳米二氧化钛、抗氧剂DLTP、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯,搅拌4-5分钟,最后加入其它剩余成分,搅拌5-8分钟后,送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得。
本发明利用三氧化二锑、瓷土、纳米二氧化钛等原料对尼龙66进行了改性处理,使其具有良好的加工性能和机械性能,制备的材料硬度高,防紫外线老化、耐磨阻燃,使用安全,能够满足特定的使用环境条件,市场应用前景广阔。
具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例材料由下列重量份的原料制成:尼龙66 100、硫化钠8、硫酸钙5、三氧化二锑6、偏硼酸钡12、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2、瓷土8、白炭黑6、纳米二氧化钛3.2、超细硫酸钡5、氧化钼2、硬酯酸锌4、环氧油酸丁酯6、抗氧剂DLTP 2、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯3、助剂15。
所述的助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:粘土300、氧化镁4、氧化铝2、铝矾土粉5、硼化钒1、抗坏血酸3、V2O5 3、双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯3、硅烷偶联剂KH-550 1、二甲基氧化锡1、丁香油2、玉石粉20;制备方法是将粘土放入煅烧炉中在740℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,放入12%盐酸溶液中浸泡2小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成400目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散均匀,即得。
所述的一种汽车塑料件用防紫外线改性尼龙材料,其制备方法为:将尼龙66、瓷土、三氧化二锑、环氧油酸丁酯混合,加热至280℃,至尼龙66熔融,搅拌8分钟,再加入硫酸钙、纳米二氧化钛、抗氧剂DLTP、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯,搅拌5分钟,最后加入其它剩余成分,搅拌8分钟后,送入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,即得。
本发明材料的性能测试结果为:拉伸强度为98.5MPa,断裂伸长率为37.6%,弯曲强度为112MPa,弯曲模量4800MPa,冲击强度为62.8KJ/m2,热变形温度(1.82MPa)为220℃,经136℃×168h热空气老化后,拉伸强度保持率92.8%,断裂伸长率保持率为93.2%,经IRM902油90℃×70h处理后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为85.4MPa、31.5%,经长时间的紫外灯照射后无开裂现象,燃烧速度为24mm/min。

1.一种汽车塑料件用防紫外线改性尼龙材料,其特征在于,该材料由以下重量份的原料制成:尼龙66 100、硫化钠5-10、硫酸钙3-6、三氧化二锑5-6、偏硼酸钡10-12、铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 1-3、瓷土6-8、白炭黑4-6、纳米二氧化钛2.8-3.2、超细硫酸钡4-5、氧化钼1-2、硬酯酸锌3-4、环氧油酸丁酯5-7、抗氧剂DLTP 1-2、双(二辛氧基焦磷酸酯基)乙撑钛酸酯2-3、助剂12-15;
