Abstract

本发明涉及一种防根侵灌水器,该灌水器由下述重量比的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯14~23%,高密度聚乙烯40~45%,硬脂酸2~4%,紫铜粉20~25%,色母3~4%,滑石粉8~10%。同时,本发明还公开了该灌水器的制备方法。本发明可以有效地解决植物根系堵塞灌水器的问题。

Description

一种防根侵灌水器及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及地下灌水器技术领域,尤其涉及一种防根侵灌水器及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,地下灌水器堵塞是阻碍节水农业发展的行业问题。研究、分析灌水器堵塞原因,发现堵塞的原因有以下几种:一是与地上滴灌灌水器一样,地下滴灌堵塞也是由于水中微小固体颗粒、细小毛状物及化学微粒等物质附着在流道壁及死角处形成栓柱核,进而发育成泥团造成流道堵塞;二是地下灌水器埋设于地下,出水口被土壤包围,当灌溉管道停水时刻,管道中瞬间产生的负压能够将土壤中的自由微小颗粒吸入灌水器的微孔,发生负压吸泥现象而堵塞滴头;三是由于地下灌水器埋设于作物的根部,植物根系的向水性、向肥性生长,会使作物的毛根进入地下灌水器的滴水孔,造成堵塞。前两种问题可以通过改变灌水器流道和设计舌苔来解决,而由于植物根系堵塞灌水器的问题还没能得到有效地解决。 
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可有效解决植物根系堵塞灌水器问题的防根侵灌水器。
本发明所要解决的另一个技术问题是提供该防根侵灌水器的制备方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种防根侵灌水器,其特征在于:该灌水器由下述重量比的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯14~23%,高密度聚乙烯40~45%,硬脂酸2~4%,紫铜粉20~25%,色母3~4%,滑石粉8~10%。
所述低密度聚乙烯的型号为LDPE2426H。
所述高密度聚乙烯的型号为60550。
所述紫铜粉的纯度为99.7~99.9%。
所述色母是指卡博特色母2772。
所述滑石粉是指1500~2500目、填充级的滑石粉。
如上所述的一种防根侵灌水器的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴按配比称重;
⑵将低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、硬脂酸、紫铜粉、色母、滑石粉混合均匀后,送入塑料造粒机中,按常规工艺进行造粒;然后采用拉条模具依次按常规工艺经拉条、定型、冷却、切粒、烘干至恒重,即得半成品;
⑶将机绞式注塑机升温至180℃~220℃后,将所述半成品送入所述绞式注塑机,在一段压力为60~70MPa、速度为20~40rpm,二段压力为60~70 MPa、速度为25~35 rpm,注射时间为8~12s的条件下进行注塑成型,即得灌水器。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、由于本发明中使用铜粉作为添加剂,通过植物分泌的有机酸与铜粉作用,产生二价铜离子来抑制作物根部侵入滴头造成对滴头的堵塞,因此,可以有效地解决植物根系堵塞灌水器的问题;同时,只以铜粉为添加剂,因此,不会对灌水器的其它性能指标造成影响。
2、本发明经试验验证明:铜粉对于防止根系入侵造成的堵塞,其作用是明显的;因此,可以有效地解决植物根系堵塞灌水器的问题(参见表1)。

 注:在植物生长期,经历6次轮灌。
3、在不改变灌水器其它结构设计的前提下只改变灌水器的配方,适合各种类型的灌水器。
具体实施方式
实施例1     一种防根侵灌水器,该灌水器由下述重量比(kg/kg)的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯20%,高密度聚乙烯40%,硬脂酸2%,紫铜粉25%,色母3%,滑石粉10%。
该防根侵灌水器的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
⑴按配比称重;
⑵将低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、硬脂酸、紫铜粉、色母、滑石粉混合均匀后,送入塑料造粒机中,按常规工艺进行造粒;然后采用拉条模具依次按常规工艺经拉条、定型、冷却、切粒、烘干至恒重,即得半成品;
⑶将机绞式注塑机升温至180℃~220℃后,将所述半成品送入所述绞式注塑机,在一段压力为60~70MPa、速度为20~40rpm,二段压力为60~70 MPa、速度为25~35 rpm,注射时间为8~12s的条件下进行注塑成型,即得灌水器。
实施例2    一种防根侵灌水器,该灌水器由下述重量比(kg/kg)的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯23%,高密度聚乙烯41%,硬脂酸4%,紫铜粉20%,色母4%,滑石粉8%。
该防根侵灌水器的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3    一种防根侵灌水器,该灌水器由下述重量比(kg/kg)的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯21%,高密度聚乙烯42%,硬脂酸3%,紫铜粉21.5%,色母3.5%,滑石粉9%。
该防根侵灌水器的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例4    一种防根侵灌水器,该灌水器由下述重量比(kg/kg)的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯22%,高密度聚乙烯43%,硬脂酸2.5%,紫铜粉21%,色母3%,滑石粉8.5%。
该防根侵灌水器的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5    一种防根侵灌水器,该灌水器由下述重量比(kg/kg)的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯20.5%,高密度聚乙烯44%,硬脂酸2%,紫铜粉22.5%,色母3%,滑石粉8%。
该防根侵灌水器的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6    一种防根侵灌水器,该灌水器由下述重量比(kg/kg)的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯14%,高密度聚乙烯45%,硬脂酸3.5%,紫铜粉24%,色母4%,滑石粉9.5%。
该防根侵灌水器的制备方法同实施例1。
上述实施例1~6中,低密度聚乙烯的型号为LDPE2426H;高密度聚乙烯的型号为60550;紫铜粉的纯度为99.7~99.9%;色母是指卡博特色母2772;滑石粉是指1500~2500目、填充级的滑石粉。

1. 一种防根侵灌水器,其特征在于:该灌水器由下述重量比的原料组成:低密度聚乙烯14~23%,高密度聚乙烯40~45%,硬脂酸2~4%,紫铜粉20~25%,色母3~4%,滑石粉8~10%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防根侵灌水器,其特征在于:所述低密度聚乙烯的型号为LDPE2426H。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防根侵灌水器,其特征在于:所述高密度聚乙烯的型号为60550。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防根侵灌水器,其特征在于:所述紫铜粉的纯度为99.7~99.9%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防根侵灌水器,其特征在于:所述色母是指卡博特色母2772。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种防根侵灌水器,其特征在于:所述滑石粉是指1500~2500目、填充级的滑石粉。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种防根侵灌水器的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
