本发明属于废水处理的技术领域,具体的涉及一种用于处理造纸废水的絮凝剂。
背景技术
随着我国人民经济活动日益频繁,受水土流失、生产及生活污水对水体造成的污染越来越严重,其污染成分包括多种微量有机污染物,重金属离子污染物,还含有较高浓度的大分子天然有机物,单一的絮凝剂已经不能解决问题了,并且随着人们环保意识的增强,对絮凝剂的要求亦越来越高。现有的絮凝剂均含有铝元素,而铝元素对人体是有极大危害的。
造纸工业使用木材、稻草、芦苇、破布等为原料,经高温高压蒸煮而分离出纤维素,制成纸浆。在生产过程中,最后排出原料中的非纤维素部分成为造纸黑液。黑液中含有木质素、纤维素、挥发性有机酸等,有臭味,污染性很强。制浆产生的造纸废水,污染最为严重。洗浆时排出废水呈黑褐色,称为黑水,黑水中污染物浓度很高,BOD高达5—40g/L,含有大量纤维、无机盐和色素。漂白工序排出的造纸废水也含有大量的酸碱物质。抄纸机排出的造纸废水,称为白水,其中含有大量纤维和在生产过程中添加的填料和胶料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述存在的缺陷而提供一种用于处理造纸废水的絮凝剂,该絮凝剂针对于造纸废水的处理效果良好,不含有铝元素,环保安全。

本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述絮凝剂具有高效和广谱的特性,其适应水质的pH范围广,pH值在3~12范围内均有良好的效果,絮凝沉淀物紧密,沉降速度快,容易澄清分层,处理后的水中盐分少。
采用本发明所述絮凝剂处理造纸废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为24~26mg/L,总悬浮物为1.5~2.1mg/L,BOD降低了86.2%~88.9%,COD降低了78%~82.3%,污染物去除率为86.45%~89.5%。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。
实施例1
一种用于处理造纸废水的絮凝剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:
采用实施例1所述絮凝剂处理造纸废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为26mg/L,总悬浮物为2.1mg/L,BOD降低了86.2%,COD降低了78%,污染物去除率为86.45%。
实施例2
所述用于处理造纸废水的絮凝剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:
采用实施例2所述絮凝剂处理造纸废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为25.1mg/L,总悬浮物为1.6mg/L,BOD降低了87.3%,COD降低了79.5%,污染物去除率为86.9%。

采用实例3所述絮凝剂处理造纸废水,处理后的废水总溶解物浓度为24.9mg/L,总悬浮物为1.62mg/L,BOD降低了88%,COD降低了81.6%,污染物去除率为87.8%。
