技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车,是利用玻璃钢优异的性能来制造坦克装甲车的。
背景技术
玻璃钢优异的性能,未能在坦克装甲车制造上得到充分应用,用钢网做龙骨生产坦克装甲车的技术,属世界空白。
发明内容
为了更好利用玻璃钢,发明了钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:利用钢网做龙骨生产坦克装甲车。
本发明的有益效果是工艺简单、性能优异、可一次性成型。

图1是钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车示意图。用钢焊接成网状坦克装甲车龙骨,再用纱布或麻布缝一层,涂上树脂,树脂凝固后坦克装甲车基本成型;再按玻璃钢的生产方法,贴一层玻璃纤维涂一层树脂,使厚度达到设计要求,整车一次性成型;玻璃钢与钢网构成防弹结构,采用双层结构防弹能力更强。
坦克装甲车采用椭圆蛋形结构防弹能力更强,并利用成像技术使其具有前后上下左右立体视觉,安装前后左右上五射炮同时向五个方向攻击。
用玻璃钢代替笨重的钢铁,使钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车可以水陆两栖,用铝网代替钢网做龙骨,两栖性能更强。

1.一种钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车,其特征是:用钢焊接成网状坦克装甲车龙骨,再用纱布或麻布缝一层,涂上树脂,树脂凝固后坦克装甲车基本成型;再按玻璃钢的生产方法,贴一层玻璃纤维涂一层树脂,使厚度达到设计要求,整车一次性成型;玻璃钢与钢网构成防弹结构,采用双层结构防弹能力更强。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车,其特征是:坦克装甲车采用椭圆蛋形结构防弹能力更强,并利用成像技术使其具有前后上下左右立体视觉,安装前后左右上五射炮同时向五个方向攻击。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车,其特征是:用玻璃钢代替笨重的钢铁,使钢网龙骨玻璃钢坦克装甲车可以水陆两栖,用铝网代替钢网做龙骨,两栖性能更强。
