Abstract

本发明涉及一种带有防滑垫双面网格托盘的注塑模具,包括上复板和下复板,所述上复板上安装有型腔板,所述型腔板上安装有型腔镶块,所述上复板和所述型腔板之间安装有流道架,所述流道架上安装流道板,所述下复板通过模脚连接有型芯板,所述型芯板上安装型芯镶块,所述型芯镶块与所述型腔镶块之间形成模腔,所述型芯板上安装有防滑垫抽芯机构。本发明通过内抽油缸带动抽芯芯子使得防滑垫内抽芯镶块先进行内抽,再通过抽芯油缸带动抽芯滑块使得抽芯芯子抽芯,有效的解决了双面塑料网格托盘的叉车插孔内表面设置安装孔导致脱模困难的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑模具,尤其涉及一种可拆卸的带有防滑垫双面网格托盘的注塑模具。
背景技术
塑料网格托盘(pallet)是为了便于货物装卸、运输、保管和配送等而使用的由可以承载若干数量物品的负荷面和叉车插口构成的装卸用垫板。随着物流业的不断发展,塑料网格托盘使用的越来越广泛,其中尤其是双面塑料网格托盘。目前的双面塑料网格托盘,其叉车插孔的内表面光滑,搬运时与叉车的叉容易发生滑动,为此本发明人曾设想出在双面塑料网格托盘的叉车插孔内表面安装防滑垫来解决此问题。但安装防滑垫得有对应的安装孔,这种安装孔由于在双面塑料网格托盘的内部,成型后脱模非常困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种容易脱模的带有防滑垫双面网格托盘的注塑模具。
为实现发明目的本发明采用的技术方案是:
带有防滑垫双面网格托盘的注塑模具,包括上复板和下复板,所述上复板上安装有型腔板,所述型腔板上安装有型腔镶块,所述上复板和所述型腔板之间安装有流道架,所述流道架上安装流道板,所述下复板通过模脚连接有型芯板,所述型芯板上安装型芯镶块,所述型芯镶块与所述型腔镶块之间形成模腔,其特征在于:所述型芯板上安装有防滑垫抽芯机构。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步优化,所述防滑垫抽芯机构包括安装在所述型芯板上的抽芯支架,所述抽芯支架上活动安装有抽芯滑块,所述抽芯滑块中安装有抽芯芯子,所述抽芯芯子与模腔对应的部位安装有使防滑垫安装孔成型的防滑垫内抽芯镶块,所述抽芯芯子与防滑垫内抽芯镶块接触的部位其表面制成斜面,所述抽芯芯子斜面内部制有上窄下宽的斜槽,所述斜槽与所述斜面平行,所述防滑垫内抽芯镶块与所述抽芯芯子连接的部位制成与所述斜槽配合的上窄下宽的连接块,所述连接块能在所述斜槽内滑动,所述抽芯滑块上还安装有内抽油缸,所述内抽油缸的油缸杆与所述抽芯芯子固定,所述抽芯支架外侧安装有抽芯油缸,所述抽芯油缸的油缸杆与所述抽芯滑块固定。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本发明通过内抽油缸带动抽芯芯子使得防滑垫内抽芯镶块先进行内抽,再通过抽芯油缸带动抽芯滑块使得抽芯芯子抽芯,有效的解决了双面塑料网格托盘的叉车插孔内表面设置安装孔导致脱模困难的问题。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种带有防滑垫双面网格托盘的注塑模具,包括上复板1和下复板11,所述上复板1上安装有型腔板4,所述型腔板4上安装有型腔镶块5,所述上复板1和所述型腔板4之间安装有流道架2,所述流道架2上安装流道板3,所述下复板11通过模脚10连接有型芯板9,所述型芯板9上安装型芯镶块8,所述型芯镶块8与所述型腔镶块5之间形成模腔,所述型芯板9上安装有防滑垫抽芯机构。
上述技术方案中,其中的防滑垫抽芯机构包括安装在所述型芯板9上的抽芯支架14,所述抽芯支架14上活动安装有抽芯滑块6,所述抽芯滑块6中安装有抽芯芯子7,所述抽芯芯子7与模腔对应的部位安装有使防滑垫安装孔成型的防滑垫内抽芯镶块13,所述抽芯芯子7与防滑垫内抽芯镶块13接触的部位其表面制成斜面71,所述抽芯芯子7斜面内部制有上窄下宽的斜槽,所述斜槽与所述斜面71平行,所述防滑垫内抽芯镶块13与所述抽芯芯子7连接的部位制成与所述斜槽配合的上窄下宽的连接块,所述连接块能在所述斜槽内滑动,所述抽芯滑块6上还安装有内抽油缸15,所述内抽油缸15的油缸杆与所述抽芯芯子7固定,所述抽芯支架14外侧安装有抽芯油缸12,所述抽芯油缸12的油缸杆与所述抽芯滑块6固定。
如图2所示,上述的防滑垫抽芯机构共有4个,分布在模具的四侧。
本发明的工作原理如下:
开模前,四个方向的内抽油缸15先带动抽芯芯子7向外侧滑动,在抽芯芯子7导向移动的过程中,上、下两块防滑垫内抽芯镶块13在抽芯芯子7斜槽的作用下径向向抽芯芯子7中心移动,使得防滑垫内抽芯镶块13脱离网格托盘的上筋板面和下筋板面,实现第一次抽芯(内抽)。然后,抽芯油缸12带动抽芯滑块6向外侧滑出双面塑料网格托盘的叉车插孔,实现第二次抽芯。最后开模,并由模具的顶出机构将成型产品顶出。

1.带有防滑垫双面网格托盘的注塑模具,包括上复板(1)和下复板(11),所述上复板(1)上安装有型腔板(4),所述型腔板(4)上安装有型腔镶块(5),所述上复板(1)和所述型腔板(4)之间安装有流道架(2),所述流道架(2)上安装流道板(3),所述下复板(11)通过模脚(10)连接有型芯板(9),所述型芯板(9)上安装型芯镶块(8),所述型芯镶块(8)与所述型腔镶块(5)之间形成模腔,其特征在于:所述型芯板(9)上安装有防滑垫抽芯机构;所述防滑垫抽芯机构包括安装在所述型芯板(9)上的抽芯支架(14),所述抽芯支架(14)上活动安装有抽芯滑块(6),所述抽芯滑块(6)中安装有抽芯芯子(7),所述抽芯芯子(7)与模腔对应的部位安装有使防滑垫安装孔成型的防滑垫内抽芯镶块(13),所述抽芯芯子(7)与防滑垫内抽芯镶块(13)接触的部位其表面制成斜面(71),所述抽芯芯子(7)斜面内部制有上窄下宽的斜槽,所述斜槽与所述斜面(71)平行,所述防滑垫内抽芯镶块(13)与所述抽芯芯子(7)连接的部位制成与所述斜槽配合的上窄下宽的连接块,所述连接块能在所述斜槽内滑动,所述抽芯滑块(6)上还安装有内抽油缸(15),所述内抽油缸(15)的油缸杆与所述抽芯芯子(7)固定,所述抽芯支架(14)外侧安装有抽芯油缸(12),所述抽芯油缸(12)的油缸杆与所述抽芯滑块(6)固定。
