Abstract

本发明涉及一种防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构,包括上复板和下复板,上复板和下复板之间设有型腔板、型芯板和顶出机构,型芯板上设有型芯,型腔板上设有型腔,其中型腔分为两个注射区,其中一个为能使防滑垫底座成型的防滑垫底座注射区,另一个为能使防滑垫盖成型的防滑垫盖注射区,型芯板与下复板能随注塑机360°旋转。本发明将防滑垫的防滑垫底座和防滑垫盖分两次注塑成型,从而使得防滑垫底座可以采用回收的废料注塑成型;由于防滑垫底座在整个防滑垫中所占的比重较大,因此可大幅度节省本发明的原料成本,而且将废弃塑料进行回收利用,减少了对环境的污染。

防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种注塑机构,尤其涉及一种防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构。
背景技术
塑料网格托盘(pallet)是为了便于货物装卸、运输、保管和配送等而使用的由可以承载若干数量物品的负荷面和叉车插口构成的装卸用垫板。随着物流业的不断发展,塑料网格托盘使用的越来越广泛,其中尤其是双面上下筋板一体网格托盘。但目前的双面上下筋板一体网格托盘,其结构均类似于申请号为200920196444.1的专利文献所公开的那样。这种结构的托盘的缺点是:在使用时,托盘与叉车之间容易发生打滑;叠放时,托盘与托盘之间也容易发生打滑,存在安全隐患。为此,本发明人曾经设计出一种用于安装在网格托盘与叉车的叉进孔位接触部位的防滑垫,有效的解决了托盘与叉车之间容易打滑问题,但该防滑垫耐磨性要求高,造成制造成本也很高。为此,本发明人又设想出一种防滑垫底座和防滑垫盖用两种材料制成的防滑垫,其中防滑垫底座材料较为廉价,但限于目前的模具技术,这种设想只能是一种想象,无法实现。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种制造成本低、环保的防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构,使得防滑垫由两种材料注塑成型变成现实。
为实现发明目的本发明采用的技术方案是:
防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构,包括上复板和下复板,上复板和下复板之间设有型腔板、型芯板和顶出机构,所述型腔板固定在所述上复板上,所述型芯板固定在所述下复板上,顶出机构的顶针板设于所述型芯板和所述下复板之间,所述型芯板上设有型芯,所述型腔板上设有型腔,其特征在于:所述型腔分为两个注射区,其中一个为能使防滑垫底座成型的防滑垫底座注射区,另一个为能使防滑垫盖成型的防滑垫盖注射区,所述型芯板与所述下复板能随注塑机360°旋转。
本发明的防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构,将防滑垫的防滑垫底座和防滑垫盖分两次注塑成型,从而使得两部分可以采用不同的材料注塑。由于防滑垫底座固定在塑料网格托盘上,两者之间不滑动,因此对防滑垫底座的耐磨性要求不高,这就可采用回收的废料注塑防滑垫底座;而防滑垫盖要与叉车的叉接触摩擦,因此对防滑垫盖的耐磨性要求较高,需要用原装塑料原料注塑防滑垫盖。防滑垫底座在整个防滑垫中所占的比重较大,因此可大幅度节省本发明的原料成本,而且将废弃塑料进行回收利用,减少了对环境的污染。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步说明。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构,包括上复板1和下复板5,上复板1和下复板5之间设有型腔板2、型芯板3和顶出机构4,所述型腔板2固定在所述上复板1上,所述型芯板3固定在所述下复板5上,顶出机构4的顶针板设于所述型芯板3和所述下复板5之间,所述型芯板3上设有型芯,所述型腔板2上设有型腔,所述型腔分为两个注射区,其中一个为能使防滑垫底座成型的防滑垫底座注射区21,另一个为能使防滑垫盖成型的防滑垫盖注射区22;与型腔配合的型芯也分为两个注射区,但两注射区的结构一样。所述型芯板3与所述下复板5以及顶出机构4能随注塑机360°旋转。
本发明的工作原理是:
此双色防滑垫需在特定的双色注塑机上生产注塑。
将模具固定在特定双色注塑机上,首先在防滑垫底座注射区21注塑防滑垫底座。等注塑满后,模具开模,即型腔、型芯分型面完全分离,型芯部位整体随着注塑机旋转180°,使注塑好底座的防滑垫旋转到防滑垫盖注射区22。然后两个注塑喷头同时注塑,防滑垫底座注射区21注塑防滑垫底座,防滑垫盖注射区22在原注塑好的防滑垫底座上注塑防滑垫盖。两个注塑喷头都注塑完成后模具开模,防滑垫盖注射区22这边完成全部注塑后实行脱模,防滑垫底座注射区2注塑好的防滑垫底座随型芯接着180°大旋转至防滑垫盖注射区22,然后再合模,两个注塑喷头又同时注塑,如此一直反复生产。既节省注塑时间,提升效率;又可满足一些同一产品需不同材质、不同色彩的要求。

1.防滑垫注塑模具的旋转注塑机构,包括上复板(1)和下复板(5),上复板(1)和下复板(5)之间设有型腔板(2)、型芯板(3)和顶出机构(4),所述型腔板(2)固定在所述上复板(1)上,所述型芯板(3)固定在所述下复板(5)上,顶出机构(4)的顶针板设于所述型芯板(3)和所述下复板(5)之间,所述型芯板(3)上设有型芯,所述型腔板(2)上设有型腔,其特征在于:所述型腔分为两个注射区,其中一个为能使防滑垫底座成型的防滑垫底座注射区(21),另一个为能使防滑垫盖成型的防滑垫盖注射区(22),所述型芯板(3)与所述下复板(5)能随注塑机360°旋转。
