本发明公开了一种拼接式双管冷却液喷管结构,包括两个T形管,每个所述T形管包括一个直管和一个横管,直管与横管的中间位置连接并相互贯通,两个所述T形管的横管对接并在接口的位置外部加工外螺纹,通过外套管连接并密封。在两个所述T形管的横管之间还设有一个延长管,所述延长管的两端各通过一个外套管与一个所述T形管的横管连接。本发明的有益效果是,两个T形管同时进行输出,可以达到同时冷却两个铣削刀头的目的,并在此基础上可以通过延长管调节两个T形管之间的距离。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拼接式双管冷却液喷管结构,属于卧式铣床设备领域。
背景技术
卧式铣床在铣削加工的时候,会产生大量的热,所以需要对铣床的铣刀头进行冷却。由于大多数铣床具有多个铣刀,而且多个铣刀同时工作,这时就需要对多个铣刀同时进行冷却,但现有的喷油(冷却液)管都是一个管口,不能适应多个刀头同时加工时冷却的需要。双铣刀头结构的卧式铣床是现有比较常见的铣床设备,需要针对该铣床设备的双铣刀头结构进行设计冷却液喷射管,申请人同日申请了一种双管冷却液喷管结构,但是该喷管结构采用一体成型,设计成本高,不易于加工制造。
发明内容
本发明提供一种拼接式双管冷却液喷管结构,采用拼接式结构,便于加工制造,节省成本。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
拼接式双管冷却液喷管结构,包括两个T形管,每个所述T形管包括一个直管和一个横管,直管与横管的中间位置连接并相互贯通,两个所述T形管的横管对接并在接口的位置外部加工外螺纹,通过外套管连接并密封。
所述外套管的两端的螺纹旋向相反。
在两个所述T形管的横管之间还设有一个延长管,所述延长管的两端各通过一个外套管与一个所述T形管的横管连接。
本发明的有益效果是,两个T形管同时进行输出,可以达到同时冷却两个铣削刀头的目的,并在此基础上可以通过延长管调节两个T形管之间的距离。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明实施例所述的拼接式双管冷却液喷管结构,包括两个T形管,每个所述T形管包括一个直管2和一个横管1,直管2与横管1的中间位置连接并相互贯通,两个所述T形管的横管1对接并在接口的位置外部加工外螺纹3,通过外套管连接并密封。
所述外套管的两端的螺纹旋向相反。
在两个所述T形管的横管1之间还设有一个延长管,所述延长管的两端各通过一个外套管与一个所述T形管的横管1连接。
本发明的有益效果是,两个T形管同时进行输出,可以达到同时冷却两个铣削刀头的目的,并在此基础上可以通过延长管调节两个T形管之间的距离。
