Abstract

本发明属于机械加工定位装置技术领域，尤其涉及定位装置中快换定位销。本发明包括定位销本体，定位销本体中段且与销孔配合处设有外螺纹，定位销本体上设有圆柱形的凸台，凸台的侧面设有防滑纹。由于定位销本体和销孔紧密配合，在定位销本体中段且与销孔配合处设有外螺纹，利用螺纹的特性，防止定位销本体主动退出，主要起锁止作用；同时定位销本体上设有圆柱形的凸台，凸台的侧面设有防滑纹，增加定位销本体和拔出工具之间的摩擦力。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工定位装置技术领域，尤其涉及定位装置中快换定位销。
背景技术
    在机械零部件的加工过程中，需要将工件上的定位销孔与定位装置上的定位销配合，使工件固定在定位装置上进行加工。通常使用普通的定位销，其二端固定于定位装置体内，另一端用来对工件进行定位，由于定位销与定位装置配合非常紧密，不易拆卸；另外在强行拆卸过程中定位销的端部所受应力较大，易断裂，位于定位装置内的部分就无法取出，造成夹具的报废。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是现有的定位销与定位装置配合非常紧密，不易拆卸。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提供如下技术方案:定位装置中快换定位销，包括定位销本体，定位销本体中段且与销孔配合处设有外螺纹，定位销本体上设有圆柱形的凸台，凸台的侧面设有防滑纹。
采用上述技术方案，本发明中，由于定位销本体和销孔紧密配合，在定位销本体中段且与销孔配合处设有外螺纹，利用螺纹的特性，防止定位销本体退出，主要起锁止作用；同时定位销本体上设有圆柱形的凸台，凸台的侧面设有防滑纹，增加定位销本体和拔出工具之间的摩擦力。
进一步，所述定位销本体的顶端面沿其周向设有加强环筋，增加定位销本体的强度。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：定位装置中快换定位销，包括定位销本体4，定位销本体4中段且与销孔配合处设有外螺纹3，定位销本体4上设有圆柱形的凸台5，凸台5的侧面设有防滑纹2，所述定位销本体4的顶端面沿其周向设有加强环筋1。
工作中，由于定位销本体4和销孔紧密配合，在定位销本体4中段且与销孔配合处设有外螺纹3，利用螺纹的特性，防止定位销本体4的退出；同时定位销本体4上设有圆柱形的凸台5，凸台5的侧面设有防滑纹2，增加定位销本体4和拔出工具之间的摩擦力；所述定位销本体4的顶端面沿其周向设有加强环筋1，增加定位销本体4的强度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的定位装置中快换定位销，其特征在于，所述定位销本体的顶端面沿其周向设有加强环筋。
