Abstract

一种360度旋臂式焊接工作台,该焊接工作台的焊床工具箱焊接在主架上,分体机护板焊接在旋臂大架上,工艺卡片挂架和旋臂大架固定在主架的旋臂上,分体机固定在分体机护板上,焊枪挂在焊枪挂架上,焊机主箱安放于主架下面。通过旋转旋臂大架实现360度旋转工作。采用本发明能够达到如下技术效果:(1)提高11%焊接生产率;(2)降低主机伺服控制电路故障率,提高焊机使用寿命;(3)操作及焊接施工方便灵活,并能避免生产中焊线打圈,焊线划碰伤压力伤,高温热烧伤等问题,并免去生产中频繁的拖动抬动分体机等繁重的体力劳动;(4)设有焊接生产专用工具安放处,如焊枪及随手用的工具,起到净化及规范生产秩序作用。

360度旋臂式焊接工作台
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械制造工作台,具体是一种360度旋臂式焊接工作台,主要用于电焊生产关键的主焊工位(ABC)焊区,对汽油三轮车车厢车架,电动三轮车车厢车架等各种车厢车架进行焊接。
背景技术
目前在使用的二氧化氮焊机都是固定在地面,一旦要焊接的材料长度超过分体机到焊枪距离或宽度就要拖动分体机,这样浪费了很多时间,在拖动过程中焊线易打圈,焊线易划碰伤压力伤,高温热烧伤等问题。焊接过程中有火星飞到分体机线路容易出现故障,影响焊机使用寿命,并生产效率低。
因此需要针对二氧化氮焊机的特点设计一种可以提高焊接生产率、减少故障、省力的360度旋臂式焊接工作台。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种360度旋臂式焊接工作台,能够提高焊接生产率、降低控制电路故障率及提高焊机使用寿命,操作及焊接施工方便灵活;避免生产中焊线打圈;焊线划碰伤压力伤;高温热烧伤等问题,降低体力劳动强度的工作台。
本发明采用以下技术方案达到上述目的:一种360度旋臂式焊接工作台,包括工艺卡片挂架、旋臂大架、焊枪挂架、焊枪、焊床工具箱、焊机主箱、分体机、主架以及分体机护板。具体结构和连接方式为:所述焊床工具箱焊接在主架上,分体机护板焊接在旋臂大架上,工艺卡片挂架和旋臂大架固定在主架的旋臂上,分体机固定在分体机护板上,焊枪挂在焊枪挂架上,焊机主箱安放于主架下面。
本发明的突出优点在于:
(1)能够提高11%焊接生产率;
(2)降低主机伺服控制电路故障率,提高焊机使用寿命;
(3)操作及焊接施工方便灵活,并能避免生产中焊线打圈,焊线划碰伤压力伤,高温热烧伤等问题,并免去生产中频繁的拖动抬动分体机等繁重的体力劳动;
(4)设有焊接生产专用工具安放处,如焊枪及随手用的工具,起到净化及规范生产秩序作用。
本发明适用于电焊生产关键的主焊工位(ABC)焊区,对汽油三轮车车厢车架,电动三轮车车厢车架等各种车厢车架进行焊接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明所述的360度旋臂式焊接工作台,包括工艺卡片挂架1、旋臂大架2、焊枪挂架3、焊枪4、焊床工具箱5、焊机主箱6、分体机7、主架9以及分体机护板8。具体结构和连接方式为:所述焊床工具箱5焊接在主架9上,分体机护板8焊接在旋臂大架2上,工艺卡片挂架1、旋臂大架2固定在主架9的旋臂上,分体机7固定在分体机护板8上,焊枪4挂在焊枪挂架3上,焊机主箱6安放于主架9下面。
工作原理及过程:
将焊机主箱6安放于主架9下面,分体机7固定在分体机护板8上,焊枪4挂在焊枪挂架3上,紧固旋臂大架2、分体机护板8、工艺卡片挂架1、焊枪挂架3和焊床工具箱5等。将材料放在主架9上紧固,就可以进行焊接,焊完一边就可以到到另一边焊接,不需要在拖动分体机7,或因为移动使焊线打圈影响工作效率。

1.一种360度旋臂式焊接工作台,包括工艺卡片挂架、旋臂大架、焊枪挂架、焊枪、焊床工具箱、焊机主箱、分体机、主架以及分体机护板,其特征在于,所述焊床工具箱焊接在主架上,分体机护板焊接在旋臂大架上,工艺卡片挂架和旋臂大架固定在主架的旋臂上,分体机固定在分体机护板上,焊枪挂在焊枪挂架上,焊机主箱安放于主架下面。
