本发明公开一种可自愈水凝胶玻璃体填充物及其制备方法。本发明为可流动,可自愈的水凝胶,由胶原蛋白和明胶组成。制备方法是将胶原蛋白1-2g和明胶2-6g放入100ml生理盐水中,于4℃中溶胀,待完全溶解后,即得。置于4℃保存。本发明的有益效益在于制备具有视网膜复位作用,稳定的惰性、光学透明性,生物相容性小,可自愈,手术可直接注入的玻璃体填充物。

一种可自愈水凝胶玻璃体填充物及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种玻璃体填充物的制备领域,尤其涉及一种可自愈水凝胶玻璃体填充物制备领域。
技术背景:
    玻璃体填充物植入术用于治疗复杂性视网膜脱离的玻璃体摘除术后的视网膜复位。玻璃体腔填充物是治疗复杂性视网膜脱离不可或缺的材料,选择好填充材料是手术成功的关键,也对预后、并发症的发生有重大的影响。
自1911年首次报道在玻璃体腔注入空气修复视网膜脱离至今,人们一直在不断地寻找理想的玻璃体替代物。目前认为理想的玻璃体替代物应具有以下特性:①无色透明,无毒性,无抗原性;②表面张力大,能顶压不规则的表面;③比重低,可以顶压上方视网膜裂孔,或比重大于水,可以重力顶压下方的裂孔;④不发生乳化或分散;⑤黏滞度合适,便于注入或吸出。
自愈性材料具有自我修复损伤的特点, 能够增加使用材料的安全性, 延长材料寿命,是一种具有损伤管理性能的智能新材料。自愈性水凝胶是近来备受关注的一种自愈性材料,未见用于玻璃体填充物的制备。
发明内容:
发明目的:设计一种可自愈水凝胶玻璃体填充物,具有视网膜复位生物相容性小,理化性质稳定,可自愈流体材料的特点。
技术方案:
本发明提供一种可自愈水凝胶玻璃体填充物及其制备方法。技术方案是将胶原蛋白1-2g和明胶2-6g放入100ml生理盐水中,于4℃中溶胀,待完全溶解后,即得。置于4℃保存。

实施例1:将胶原蛋白1g和明胶6g放入100ml生理盐水中,于4℃中溶胀,待完全溶解后,即得。置于4℃保存。
实施例2:将胶原蛋白2g和明胶2g放入100ml生理盐水中,于4℃中溶胀,待完全溶解后,即得。置于4℃保存。

3.可自愈水凝胶玻璃体填充物制备方法:其特征在于:将胶原蛋白1-2g和明胶2-6g放入100ml生理盐水中,于4℃中溶胀,待完全溶解后,即得,置于4℃保存。
