本发明公开一种微型脸部按摩器,包括壳体、电路板、驱动电机、固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮、按摩片、电池以及设有用于放置电池的放置槽的电池盒,所述放置槽底部设有通孔,所述电池盒可拆卸的插入壳体内;所述微型脸部按摩器还包括两个相对的固定在壳体内的通过导线与电路板连接的五金弹片,当所述电池盒插入到壳体内时两个五金弹片分别顶压电池的两极。本发明由于电池放置在电池盒内,电池盒可拆卸的插入到壳体内,当电池盒插入到壳体内时固定在壳体内的两个相对的五金弹片分别顶压住电池的两极,五金弹片与电路板通过导线连接,从而需要更换电池时打开电池盒即可,方便使用。

一种微型脸部按摩器
技术领域
本发明涉及按摩器领域,更具体的说,涉及一种微型脸部按摩器。
背景技术
本人已设计了一种微型脸部按摩器,包括壳体、固定在壳体内的电路板和驱动电机、固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮以及与偏心轮固定在同一端的壳体的外表面上的按摩片;驱动电机与电路板通过导线连接,驱动电机通电,其输出轴转动带动偏心轮转动,偏心轮一侧重,一侧轻,呈半圆柱体结构,当偏心轮转动时产生震动。壳体包括面壳和底壳,驱动电机和偏心轮固定在面壳的内表面上,按摩片固定在对应处的外表面上,偏心轮转动产生震动使按摩片产生震动,从而实现按摩的效果。微型脸部按摩器内置有电池,壳体设有用于放置电池的放置仓,放置仓内固定有五金弹片,五金弹片通过导线与电路板连接。此方案未公开。电池固定在壳体内部,打开壳体才能更换电池,从而不易更换电池。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便更换电池的微型脸部按摩器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种微型脸部按摩器,包括壳体、电路板、驱动电机、固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮、按摩片、电池以及设有用于放置电池的放置槽的电池盒,所述放置槽底部设有通孔,所述电池盒可拆卸的插入壳体内;所述微型脸部按摩器还包括两个相对的固定在壳体内的通过导线与电路板连接的五金弹片,当所述电池盒插入到壳体内时两个五金弹片分别顶压电池的两极。
优选的,所述壳体一面设有两条对称的用于支撑所述电池盒的支撑骨。电池盒放置在支撑骨上方便插入壳体内或从壳体内拉出。
优选的,所述壳体另一面设有两条对称的用于限位所述电池盒的限位骨。限位骨对电池盒进行限位,使电池盒连接紧密。
优选的,所述电池盒两侧设有与所述支撑骨以及限位骨配合的滑骨,所述滑骨顶部设有卡扣;所述壳体在支撑骨端部设有与所述卡扣配合的卡柱。滑骨与支撑骨以及限位骨配合便于电池盒滑动,当电池盒插入到壳体内时卡扣卡住卡柱,从而使电池盒固定在壳体内;当需要更换电池时,用力拉电池盒卡扣与卡柱配合脱离,便可更换电池。
优选的,所述卡扣的厚度从其顶部向后先逐渐增大,后不变;所述卡柱为圆柱体结构。方便卡扣与卡柱配合,圆柱体结构的卡柱便于卡扣与卡柱的配合脱离,进而方便拆卸电池盒。
优选的,所述电池盒在所述滑骨之间设有一开口。电池盒在设有滑骨的之间设置开口,从而使滑骨具有弹性,进而就方便使设有卡扣的滑骨伸缩,方便卡扣与卡柱卡配;而且还节省材料。
优选的,所述电池盒上设有一弧形的凸沿形成所述放置槽,所述凸沿靠近所述开口处的中部设有多条加强筋;所述加强筋与凸沿连接端的高度和所述凸沿等高,且向另一端逐渐降低。在把电池盒插入壳体内时,与电池盒上部配合的五金弹片顶压电池盒,继续推动电池盒,五金弹片从加强筋上逐渐滑动最终顶压在电池上,这样设置加强筋就方便五金弹片与电池配合。
优选的,所述五金弹片与电池配合部位设置成弓形结构;五金弹片此端的端部设有与所述壳体内表面配合的翻折。五金弹片与电池配合处设置成弓形结构,弹性大,使五金弹片与电池配合的效果更佳;且五金弹片此端的端部设置翻折与壳体内表面配合,防止五金弹片此端的端部阻挡电池盒,从而便于电池盒插入到壳体内。
优选的,所述五金弹片另一端设有热熔孔,所述壳体设有与所述热熔孔配合的热熔柱,所述五金弹片在设有热熔孔的一端的端部设有连接端。热熔固定牢固,连接端与导线焊接固定,导线另一端与电路板连接,从而实现电池与电路板连接,电池为微型脸部按摩器供电,方便使用。
优选的,所述电池盒与壳体连接处设有凹陷。设置凹陷便于使用者用手指插入,从而便于打开电池盒。
本发明由于电池放置在电池盒内,电池盒可拆卸的插入到壳体内,当电池盒插入到壳体内时固定在壳体内的两个相对的五金弹片分别顶压住电池的两极,五金弹片与电路板通过导线连接,从而需要更换电池时打开电池盒即可,方便使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明公开一种微型脸部按摩器,如图1至图5所示,包括壳体、电路板4、驱动电机7、固定在驱动电机7的输出轴上的偏心轮8、按摩片9、电池5以及设有用于放置电池5的放置槽21的电池盒2,所述放置槽21底部设有通孔22,所述电池盒2可拆卸的插入壳体内;所述微型脸部按摩器还包括两个相对的固定在壳体内的通过导线与电路板6连接的五金弹片4,当所述电池盒2插入到壳体内时两个五金弹片4分别顶压电池5的两极。本发明由于电池5放置在电池盒2内,电池盒2可拆卸的插入到壳体内,当电池盒2插入到壳体内时固定在壳体内的两个相对的五金弹片4分别顶压住电池5的两极,五金弹片4与电路板6通过导线连接,从而需要更换电池5时打开电池盒2即可,方便使用。
如图2所示,电池盒2可可拆卸的插入壳体的一端,壳体此端设有方便电池盒2插入的避让孔,壳体另一端固定有按摩片9,从而方便使用。壳体包括可拆卸固定的面壳3和底壳1,避让孔设置在面壳3和底壳1之间,两个五金弹片4中的一个固定在面壳3上,另一个固定在底壳1上,结合图4和图5,五金弹片4一端设有热熔孔41与面壳3及底壳1上的热熔柱13热熔固定,从而五金弹片4被固定在壳体内,五金弹片4此端设有向外突出的连接端42与导线焊接,导线另一端与电路板6连接,当电池盒2及电池5一同插入到壳体内时五金弹片4分别顶压住电池5的正反两面,即顶压住电池5的正负极,从而实现电池5为微型脸部按摩器供电,方便使用。
如图5所示,底壳1上设有两条对称的用于支撑电池盒的支撑骨11,电池盒放置在支撑骨11上方便滑动插入壳体内或从壳体内拉出。对应的,面壳设有两条对称的与支撑骨11对应的用于限位电池盒的限位骨(图中未显示),当电池盒放入到壳体内限位骨对电池盒进行限位,使电池盒连接紧密。结合图2和图3所示,电池盒2的两侧设有与支撑骨11及限位骨配合的滑骨23,当推动电池盒2时滑骨23与支撑骨11配合,方便控制电池盒2。滑骨23顶部设有卡扣24,底壳1在支撑骨11端部设有与卡扣24配合的卡柱12,当电池盒2插入到壳体内部时卡扣24与卡柱12卡配,从而使电池盒2限位固定在壳体内;当需要更换电池5时,用力拉动电池盒2,这样卡扣24与卡柱12的配合脱离,便可更换电池5。
为了便于拉动电池盒2,如图1所示,面壳1与电池盒2之间设有一圆形结构的凹陷31,从而方便使用者手指放置在凹陷31处,从而便于打开电池盒2。结合图3,电池盒2在凹陷31处设有条形结构的凸起28,从而更加方便打开电池盒2。
如图3所示,卡扣24的厚度从其顶部向后先逐渐增大,后不变,这样在插入电池盒时就方便卡扣24卡在卡柱12上;结合图5所示,卡柱12为圆柱体结构,这样就便于打开电池盒,使用较小的力就可以使卡扣24与卡柱12脱离配合,方便使用。
如图3所示,电池盒在设置滑骨23之间设有一开口25,从而使两个相对的滑骨23之间具有弹性,进而就方便使设有卡扣24的滑骨23的伸缩,方便卡扣24与卡柱卡配;而且设置开口25还节省了材料。
如图4所示,五金弹片4一端与电路板连接,另一端与电池配合的部位设置成弓形结构,结合图2和图5,弓形结构的五金弹片4弹性大,伸缩性好,使五金弹片4与电池5的配合效果更佳。且五金弹片4此端的端部壳体内表面配合的翻折43,这样设置防止五金弹片4此端的端部阻挡电池盒2的插入,从而便于电池盒2插入到壳体内部。
如图3所示,电池盒上设有一弧形结构的凸沿27形成放置槽21,凸沿27靠近开口25处的中部设有多条均匀布置的加强筋26,加强筋26与凸沿27连接端的高度和凸沿27等高,且向另一端逐渐降低;结合图2和图5,在把电池盒2插入到壳体内时,与电池盒2上部配合的五金弹片4顶压电池盒2,继续推动电池盒2,五金弹片4从加强筋26上逐渐滑动最终顶压在电池5上,这样设置加强筋26就方便五金弹片与电池5配合。
本实施例中,也可以在壳体上设置电池盖把电池封闭在壳体内;当然,电池盒也可以采用其它的方式可拆卸的插入到壳体内。
如图1所示,电路板6上设有用于控制的开关61以及用于指示的指示灯62,从而方便使用。结合图2,驱动电机7通过一电机固定壳71固定在面壳3上,电机固定壳71通过螺丝与面壳3配合固定,固定牢固,从而驱动电机被牢固的固定在面壳3上。

1.一种微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,包括壳体、电路板、驱动电机、固定在驱动电机的输出轴上的偏心轮、按摩片、电池以及设有用于放置电池的放置槽的电池盒,所述放置槽底部设有通孔,所述电池盒可拆卸的插入壳体内;所述微型脸部按摩器还包括两个相对的固定在壳体内的通过导线与电路板连接的五金弹片,当所述电池盒插入到壳体内时两个五金弹片分别顶压电池的两极。
2.如权利要求1所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述壳体一面设有两条对称的用于支撑所述电池盒的支撑骨。
3.如权利要求2所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述壳体另一面设有两条对称的用于限位所述电池盒的限位骨。
4.如权利要求3所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述电池盒两侧设有与所述支撑骨以及限位骨配合的滑骨,所述滑骨顶部设有卡扣;所述壳体在支撑骨端部设有与所述卡扣配合的卡柱。
5.如权利要求4所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述卡扣的厚度从其顶部向后先逐渐增大,后不变;所述卡柱为圆柱体结构。
6.如权利要求4所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述电池盒在所述滑骨之间设有一开口。
7.如权利要求6所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述电池盒上设有一弧形的凸沿形成所述放置槽,所述凸沿靠近所述开口处的中部设有多条加强筋;所述加强筋与凸沿连接端的高度和所述凸沿等高,且向另一端逐渐降低。
8.如权利要求1所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述五金弹片与电池配合部位设置成弓形结构;五金弹片此端的端部设有与所述壳体内表面配合的翻折。
9.如权利要求8所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述五金弹片另一端设有热熔孔,所述壳体设有与所述热熔孔配合的热熔柱,所述五金弹片在设有热熔孔的一端的端部设有连接端。
10.如权利要求9所述的微型脸部按摩器,其特征在于,所述电池盒与壳体连接处设有凹陷。
