Abstract
本发明属于医疗卫生用品材料领域,具体地说是涉及一种用于牙科使用的唾液吸收材料,是一种牙科唾液吸收纸巾。其特征是:底层为无纺布;第二层为无尘纸;第三层为唾液吸收颗粒;第四层为无尘纸,最上层为无纺布;层与层之间通过平整加热和加压后使之粘接固定在一起,即成唾液吸收纸巾,进一步将该唾液吸收纸巾制作成片状后包装。本发明无尘纸和唾液吸收颗粒的结合作用下能在1min内,能快速吸收相当于自身质量280倍的纯水,或者吸收自身质量52倍生理盐水。可以看出利用唾液吸收颗粒及无尘纸的高效吸水作用,能够发挥最大的吸收功效,吸收快,保水性能很好,不反渗,通过无纺布有效保持表层干爽洁净,不断层、不结块,使用中柔软舒适。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗卫生用品材料领域,具体地说是涉及一种用于牙科使用的唾液吸收材料,是一种牙科唾液吸收纸巾。
背景技术
牙科医生使用在病人口腔唾液的吸收材料,一般采用医用棉花、海绵为吸收体,但是使用棉花、海绵吸收量小且易断层、结块及容易发黏,给病人造成一定的不适应,对于医生来说病人口腔唾液频繁更换棉花、海绵会增加工作疲劳,而且会增加延长病人疼痛。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种安全、方便,适应牙科医生使用的一种牙科唾液吸收纸巾。
本发明所采取的以下解决方案是:
包括唾液吸收配方:
醋酸乙烯 500份
顺丁烯二酸二甲酯 100份
偶氮二异丁腈 3份
乙醇 265份
亚甲基丁二酸 86份
氢氧化钠 200~250份
制备方法:按配方将醋酸乙烯500份、顺丁烯二酸二甲酯17份、乙醇265份和偶氮二异丁腈3份放入反应器中,边搅拌边加热至65℃时,在回流条件下滴入顺丁烯二酸二甲酯83份和亚甲基丁二酸86份,滴加聚合时间为7~8h ,此时得到醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸二甲酯-亚甲基丁二酸合并的共聚物。把此共聚物放入捏合机中,进一步加入氢氧化钠中和,温度控制在40℃~45℃,并在55℃下干燥后,压制成颗粒状,即可得到唾液吸收颗粒。
所述牙科唾液吸收纸巾,底层为无纺布;第二层为无尘纸;该第三层为唾液吸收颗粒;第四层为无尘纸,最上层为无纺布;层与层之间通过平整加热和加压后使之粘接固定在一起,即成唾液吸收纸巾,进一步将该唾液吸收纸巾制作成片状后包装即可。
所述醋酸乙烯 又名醋酸乙烯酯、乙烯基醋酸酯。无色液体。有香味。本配方中为用作凝胶剂单体。
所述顺丁烯二酸二甲酯 又名失水苹果酸二甲酯、马来酸二甲酯。无色液体。密度1.462g/cm3,熔点-19℃。本剂的主要为共聚或交联。
所述偶氮二异丁腈 又名偶氮二(α-甲基丙腈)、发孔剂N。白色柱状或针状结晶。遇热分解放出氨气及数种有机氰化物。本配方中为用作聚合引发剂,使共聚物改善引发作用。
所述乙醇 又名酒精。无色透明液体。本配方中为溶剂、消毒剂。
所述亚甲基丁二酸 又名衣康酸、甲叉丁二酸。无色结晶。具有吸湿性。密度1.6320g/cm3。本配方中为用作改善共聚物吸水性能。
所述氢氧化钠 又名苛性钠、苛性碱、烧碱、火碱。白色易潮解固体,有块状、片状、棒状和粒状。本配方中使露置空气中易吸湿而逐渐溶成粘稠状液体。
所述无尘纸 (Airlaid Paper),又名干法造纸非织造布(Airlaid pulp nonwovens),是干法非织造布的一种。无尘纸具有独特的物理性能,表现为高弹力,柔软、手感、垂感极佳,本配方中具有极高的吸水性和良好的保水性能。
所述无纺布 又名不织布。是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成,是新一代环保材料,具有透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。本发明中作为无尘纸和唾液吸收颗粒包裹及粘贴体。
本发明的有益效果是:无尘纸和唾液吸收颗粒的结合作用下能在1min内,能快速吸收相当于自身质量280倍的纯水,或者吸收自身质量52倍生理盐水。可以看出利用唾液吸收颗粒及无尘纸的高效吸水作用,能够发挥最大的吸收功效,吸收快,保水性能很好,不反渗,通过无纺布有效保持表层干爽洁净,不断层、不结块,使用中柔软舒适。
具体实施方式
以下为本发明实施例:
本牙科唾液吸收纸巾的底层为无纺布;第二层为无尘纸;该第三层为唾液吸收颗粒;第四层为无尘纸,最上层为无纺布;层与层之间通过平整加热和加压后使之粘接固定在一起,即成唾液吸收纸巾,进一步将该唾液吸收纸巾制作成片状后包装即可。
所述唾液吸收配方:
醋酸乙烯 500份
顺丁烯二酸二甲酯 100份
偶氮二异丁腈 3份
乙醇 265份
亚甲基丁二酸 86份
氢氧化钠 200~250份

使用时,直接取唾液吸收纸巾放入口腔内即可吸收唾液。
当然,上述具体实施并非是本发明的限制,普通技术人员在本发明的实质范围内,还会做出一些药量的配比变化,凡采用等效替换或等同的变换方式所获得技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种牙科唾液吸收纸巾,其特征是:底层为无纺布;第二层为无尘纸;第三层为唾液吸收颗粒;第四层为无尘纸,最上层为无纺布;层与层之间通过平整加热和加压后使之粘接固定在一起,即成唾液吸收纸巾,进一步将该唾液吸收纸巾制作成片状后包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种牙科唾液吸收纸巾,其特征在于:所述唾液吸收颗粒由醋酸乙烯500份、顺丁烯二酸二甲酯17份、乙醇265份和偶氮二异丁腈3份放入反应器中,边搅拌边加热至65℃时,在回流条件下滴入顺丁烯二酸二甲酯83份和亚甲基丁二酸86份,滴加聚合时间为7~8h ,此时得到醋酸乙烯-顺丁烯二酸二甲酯-亚甲基丁二酸合并的共聚物,把此共聚物放入捏合机中,进一步加入氢氧化钠中和,温度控制在40℃~45℃,并在55℃下干燥后,压制成颗粒状,即得唾液吸收颗粒。
