本发明公开了一种木耳保健饮料,以木耳为主要原料,辅以灵芝、白糖、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、清凉醇、维生素B、乙基麦芽酚、β环糊精。每1000ml木耳保健饮料中含有木耳10-15g、灵芝1-2g、白糖40-90g、蜂蜜20-40g、柠檬酸1-3g、苹果酸0.2-0.8g、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.8g、清凉醇0.1-0.3g、维生素B1-2μg、乙基麦芽酚0.05-0.1g、β环糊精0.5-1g。本发明克服了现有技术中木耳营养成分摄入麻烦的技术缺陷,提供一种方便木耳营养成分摄入的木耳保健饮料。

技术领域
本发明属于食品加工领域,具体涉及一种木耳保健饮料。
背景技术
木耳色泽黑褐,质地柔软,口感细嫩,味道鲜美,风味特殊,是一种营养丰富的著名保健食用菌。木耳富含蛋白质、脂肪、粗纤维、多种维生素和矿物质等营养物质;还含有多糖胶体,有良好的清滑作用,是矿山工人、纺织工人、理发师常用的保健品。木耳中铁的含量极为丰富,故常吃木耳能养血驻颜,令人肌肤红润,容光焕发,并可防治缺铁性贫血。木耳性平、味甘,具有益气强身、止血、活血、补血止痛、通便的功能,并具有润肺清涤肠胃功能。中药用于医治寒湿性腰腿疼痛、手足抽筋麻木、痔疮出血、痢疾、崩淋和产后虚弱等症。药理实验表明,木耳多糖具有增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能的作用;提高机体免疫力的作用和明显的抗辐射作用。目前木耳的营养成分的摄入大多是通过直接食用木耳所得到,但是如果能够找到一种即开即引的产品就能够大大提高木耳营养成分摄入的效率,所以将木耳制成方便摄入的产品显得极有必要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便木耳营养成分摄入的木耳保健饮料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种木耳保健饮料,以木耳为主要原料,辅以灵芝、白糖、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、清凉醇、维生素B、乙基麦芽酚、β环糊精。
进一步,每1000ml木耳保健饮料中含有木耳10-15g、灵芝1-2g、白糖40-90g、蜂蜜20-40g、柠檬酸1-3g、苹果酸0.2-0.8g、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.8g、清凉醇0.1-0.3g、维生素B1-2μg、乙基麦芽酚0.05-0.1g、β环糊精0.5-1g。
实施本发明的木耳保健饮料具有以下有益效果:将传统的摄入方式变成以饮料形式摄入,能够方便快捷的达到同样的目的。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种木耳保健饮料,以木耳为主要原料,辅以灵芝、白糖、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、清凉醇、维生素B、乙基麦芽酚、β环糊精。每1000ml木耳保健饮料中含有木耳10g、灵芝1g、白糖50g、蜂蜜20g、柠檬酸1g、苹果酸0.3g、柠檬酸钠0.3g、清凉醇0.1g、维生素B 1μg、乙基麦芽酚0.05g、β环糊精0.5g。
生产工艺如下:将木耳加水浸泡3h,洗净、去杂,捞出后用90℃~95℃热水漂烫3min;通过浸泡和漂烫处理既基本去除木耳中含有的卟啉等有害物质,又对木耳营养物质的损失较小;漂烫后破碎(可用破碎机或组织捣碎机);破碎至5mm~10mm时提取效果最佳;破碎后加5~10倍水,提取3次,每次1h,提取温度90℃~95℃,合并提取液,过滤,得木耳汁备用;将灵芝加5~10倍水,提取3次,每次1h,提取温度90℃~95℃,得到灵芝提取汁,将木耳汁、灵芝提取汁打入调配罐中,按配方称取白糖、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苹果酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、清凉醇、维生素B、乙基麦芽酚、β 环糊精,用纯净水化开后打入调配罐中,搅拌均匀;将调配好料液通过板框过滤机过滤;在50℃~65℃、30MPa~35Mpa条件下均质二次;真空脱气,最后进行灌装,灌装前先进行超高温瞬时灭菌,杀菌温度140℃;杀菌时间3s,杀菌后出口温度30℃以下灌装。
实施例二
一种木耳保健饮料,以木耳为主要原料,辅以灵芝、白糖、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、清凉醇、维生素B、乙基麦芽酚、β环糊精。每1000ml木耳保健饮料中含有木耳15g、灵芝1.5g、白糖70g、蜂蜜30g、柠檬酸1.5g、苹果酸0.35g、柠檬酸钠0.4g、清凉醇0.2g、维生素B 2μg、乙基麦芽酚0.08g、β环糊精0.7g。
生产工艺如下:将木耳加水浸泡3h,洗净、去杂,捞出后用90℃~95℃热水漂烫3min;通过浸泡和漂烫处理既基本去除木耳中含有的卟啉等有害物质,又对木耳营养物质的损失较小;漂烫后破碎;破碎至5mm~10mm时提取效果最佳;破碎后加5~10倍水,提取3次,每次1h,提取温度90℃~95℃,合并提取液,过滤,得木耳汁备用;将灵芝加5~10倍水,提取3次,每次1h,提取温度90℃~95℃,得到灵芝提取汁,将木耳汁、灵芝提取汁打入调配罐中,按配方称取白糖、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苹果酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、清凉醇、维生素B、乙基麦芽酚、β 环糊精,用纯净水化开后打入调配罐中,搅拌均匀;将调配好料液通过板框过滤机过滤;在50℃~65℃、30MPa~35Mpa条件下均质二次;真空脱气,最后进行灌装,灌装前先进行超高温瞬时灭菌,杀菌温度140℃;杀菌时间3s,杀菌后出口温度30℃以下灌装。

1.一种木耳保健饮料,其特征在于:以木耳为主要原料,辅以灵芝、白糖、蜂蜜、柠檬酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、清凉醇、维生素B、乙基麦芽酚、β环糊精。
2.根据权利要求1所述的木耳保健饮料,其特征在于:每1000ml木耳保健饮料中含有木耳10-15g、灵芝1-2g、白糖40-90g、蜂蜜20-40g、柠檬酸1-3g、苹果酸0.2-0.8g、柠檬酸钠0.2-0.8g、清凉醇0.1-0.3g、维生素B1-2μg、乙基麦芽酚0.05-0.1g、β环糊精0.5-1g,余量为纯净水。
