本发明公开了一种无污染液体平衡装置,包括:密封袋(1)、前盖(2)、后盖(3)和液体平衡物(4),其中密封袋(1)、前盖(2)和后盖(3)都为塑料材料。密封袋(1)内部灌装液体平衡物(4),两端高温塑封。前盖(2)和后盖(3)的直径与发射筒(5)内径匹配,密封袋(1)置于前盖(2)和后盖(3)之间。平时运输状态时,液体平衡物(4)在密封袋(1)中密封良好,发射时在火药推力作用下导弹向前运动,密封袋(1)、前盖(2)和后盖(3)瞬间碎裂,液体平衡物(4)高速向后喷出筒外,前后冲量相近或相等,从而减小或消除发射时对发射筒(5)的冲量。本装置结构简单,采用无污染液体平衡物(4),发射后不污染环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种平衡装置,特别是一种无污染液体平衡装置。
背景技术
目前平衡装置由塑料片和导条组成。平衡装置绝大部分由塑料片组成,导条对塑料片起到限位和导向作用。平衡装置放置在发射筒中,工作时在火药推力作用下导弹向前运动,同时平衡装置高速向后喷出,前后两个冲量相等,从而消除掉发射时对发射筒的冲量。这种平衡装置缺点是塑料片散布范围大、难回收,会对环境产生很大的污染。

本发明的目的在于提供一种无污染液体平衡装置,解决现有导弹平衡装置塑料片散布范围大、难回收,会对环境产生污染的问题。
技术解决方案
一种无污染液体平衡装置,包括:密封袋、前盖、后盖和液体平衡物,其中,密封袋、前盖和后盖都为塑料材料,液体平衡物,包括:水、防腐蚀添加剂、防冻剂、无机盐;液体平衡物的质量为发射物质量的1~1.5倍,防腐蚀添加剂和防冻剂为液体或者可溶性的物质且不能与密封袋发生化学反应,无机盐为易溶性的物质且不能与密封袋发生化学反应,且溶解度在温度变化情况下稳定,液体平衡物置于密封袋内,密封袋两端高温塑封,前盖和后盖的直径与发射筒内径匹配,密封袋置于前盖和后盖之间。
防腐蚀添加剂用于调整液体平衡物的酸碱度,防冻剂用于降低液体平衡物的冰点,无机盐用于增加液体平衡物的密度;平时运输状态时,液体平衡物在密封袋中密封良好,发射时在火药推力作用下导弹向前运动,密封袋、前盖和后盖瞬间碎裂,液体平衡物高速向后喷出筒外,前后冲量相近或相等,从而减小或消除发射时对发射筒的冲量。

本装置结构简单,采用液体平衡物做平衡物质,发射后无污染。

1.一种无污染液体平衡装置,其特征在于包括:密封袋(1)、前盖(2)、后盖(3)和液体平衡物(4),其中,密封袋(1)、前盖(2)和后盖(3)都为塑料材料,液体平衡物(4)包括:水、防腐蚀添加剂、防冻剂、无机盐;液体平衡物的质量为发射物质量的1~1.5倍,防腐蚀添加剂和防冻剂为液体或者可溶性的物质且不能与密封袋发生化学反应,无机盐为易溶性的物质且不能与密封袋发生化学反应,且溶解度在温度变化情况下稳定,液体平衡物(4)置于密封袋(1)内,密封袋(1)两端高温塑封,前盖(2)和后盖(3)的直径与发射筒(5)内径匹配,密封袋(1)置于前盖(2)和后盖(3)之间;
