Abstract

The invention provides a method and device for processing data of an electronic search result. The method includes the steps of firstly, conducting search through an electronic search server to obtain search result data; secondly, extracting geographical position information of result items in the search result data; thirdly, counting the result items in the same geographical position; fourthly, calling a map image in a map server, and determining a corresponding displaying position of the geographical position on the map image; fifthly, setting up a display data set of the corresponding displaying position on the map image through an API of the map server, and displaying the number of the items on the corresponding displaying position, wherein the displaying data set includes the result items of the corresponding displaying position and the number of the result items. By means of the method and the device, the geographical position of the search result can be effectively displayed, the electronic search result can be more visually displayed, and therefore usability of the electronic search result is improved.

Data processing method and device for electronic search results
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of data search and data processing, in particular to a data processing method and device for electronic search results.
Background
When an enterprise is faced with lawsuits, if all information stored on the network, which may be used as case-related evidence, needs to be collected, for some larger companies, the collection process is very time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the whole collection process is very expensive. The eDiscovery (electronic search, also called electronic discovery) can search and generate electronic resources, and can file and reproduce related electronic evidences possibly related to litigation, so as to support events such as litigation, audit or investigation and release enterprises in the evidence obtaining stage of litigation from the headache evidence obtaining work.
However, the search result data generated by electronic search is also very huge, and how to effectively collate the search result data so as to obtain the collated result which best meets the electronic search requirement is a problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a data processing method and a data processing device for an electronic search result, which can effectively display the electronic search result according to the geographical position information of the search result, so that the electronic search result can be displayed more intuitively, and the usability of the electronic search result is improved.

b, extracting the geographical position information of the result item in the search result data;
c, counting the number of items of the result items positioned at the same geographic position;
d, calling a map image in a map server, and determining a corresponding display position of the geographic position on the map image;
and E, establishing a display data set at the corresponding display position on the map image through an API (application programming interface) of the map server, wherein the display data set comprises the result items and the item number at the corresponding display position, and the item number is displayed at the corresponding display position.
Preferably, in the above method, step E further includes: and displaying the result content by clicking the corresponding display position.
Preferably, in the method, in step E, the result content is displayed by displaying a search keyword and displaying a result item that best matches the matching condition of the search keyword.
Preferably, in the above method, the matching condition is that the search keyword is included and the forming time is latest.
Preferably, in the above method, the matching condition includes that the search keyword is included and the predetermined flag is a predetermined media name.

Preferably, in the above apparatus, the display data set unit is further configured to: displaying the result content by clicking the corresponding display position; and displaying the result content as a search keyword and displaying a result item which is most consistent with the matching condition of the search keyword.
Preferably, in the above apparatus, the matching condition is that the search keyword is included and the formation time is latest; or,
the matching condition is that the search keyword is contained and the predetermined mark is provided, and the predetermined mark is a predetermined media name.

step 110, searching through an electronic search server to obtain search result data;
step 120, extracting the geographical position information of the result item in the search result data;
step 130, counting the number of items of the result items located in the same geographic position;
step 140, calling a map image in a map server, and determining a corresponding display position of the geographic position on the map image;
step 150, establishing a display data set at the corresponding display position on the map image through an Application Programming Interface (API) of the map server, where the display data set includes the result items and the number of items at the corresponding display position, and displaying the number of items at the corresponding display position.
Therefore, after the method embodiment of the invention is adopted, a display map related to the search result can be obtained, the number of the items of the search result is marked at each geographic position on the map, and people can intuitively know the geographic distribution condition of the search result.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the method, the relevance between the search result and the geographic position is obtained by extracting and counting the number of the items of the result items positioned at the same geographic position, and the display data set is established at the corresponding display position on the map image, so that the electronic search result can be more visually displayed on the map, the electronic search result can be visually adopted according to the geographic position, and the usability of the electronic search result is improved.

Wherein the display data set unit is further configured to: displaying the result content by clicking the corresponding display position; and displaying the result content as a search keyword and displaying a result item which is most consistent with the matching condition of the search keyword. The matching condition is that the search keyword is contained and the forming time is latest; or, the matching condition is that the search keyword is contained and the predetermined mark is provided, and the predetermined mark is a predetermined media name.
From the above, the embodiments of the present invention have the following advantages:
