Background
The user requirements may indicate the goals to be achieved by the user, what is desired, and so on. User requirements are accurately grasped, and service efficiency is improved. For example, in the process of presenting search information, the search intention of the user is grasped, which is beneficial to preferentially presenting the information most desired by the user to the user, and for example, in regional life service, the service requirements of the user in a region are analyzed, the life service is provided in a targeted manner, and the efficiency of the life service in the region and the success rate of transaction are favorably improved. Therefore, generating the display information according to the user requirements has important significance.
The current user demand is often determined by two ways: 1. analyzing the number of user demands of each demand item in the whole (such as nationwide) regional scope according to the hot spot demands in the hot spot regions (such as hot spot cities); 2. the overall user demand is analyzed in terms of the service flow data of the large-scale server. However, in the method 1, the actual user requirement cannot be known for the user by using the actual service data in the method 2. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of the user terminal data to accurately determine the user requirement information, thereby improving the effectiveness of the generated presentation information.
Disclosure of Invention

As an example, the electronic device may process the search word included in the search information by various word segmentation or word segmentation methods, and use at least one obtained word as a search word sequence corresponding to the search information. In practice, the electronic device may calculate the similarity between the search word sequence and the demand item word sequence by a similarity method such as a jaccard similarity, a cosine similarity, and determine the search word sequence and the demand item word sequence having the similarity greater than a preset similarity threshold as matching. The location information may also be the location information of the regular premises (e.g., home, company) of the user initiating the search corresponding to the search information. In practice, some terminal applications may be set by a user to prohibit obtaining of the location information, in this embodiment, the electronic device may determine whether the obtained search information carries the location information when obtaining the search information, if so, obtain the search information, otherwise, discard the search information. In some implementations, the electronic device may also filter search information by search terms to reduce data processing by filtering out search information having longer (e.g., more than 16 characters) search terms or particular search terms that contain special terms that are not relevant to the user's needs, etc.
Step 502, analyzing each acquired search information respectively to extract a corresponding search word sequence.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may further analyze each piece of acquired search information to extract a search word sequence corresponding to each piece of search information. The search word sequence may be at least one word extracted from a search word, a search time, and the like. For example, the electronic device may process the search word included in the search information by various word segmentation or word segmentation methods, and use at least one obtained word as a search word sequence corresponding to the search information. Here, the electronic device may perform word segmentation processing on the search word by semantic analysis or a full segmentation method, or the like, to obtain a word sequence composed of single words. The electronic device may use the words segmented in the above example as a search word sequence, or may perform preliminary screening on the segmented words, and remove some common words or remaining words after the dummy word irrelevant to the user's requirement as a search word sequence.
Step 503, for each search word sequence, matching with the requirement term sequence of each preset requirement term respectively to determine search information matched with each preset requirement term.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may further match each search word sequence with a requirement term sequence of each preset requirement term, respectively, to determine a requirement term sequence matched with the search word sequence, and when one search word sequence is matched with one requirement term sequence, the electronic device may determine that search information corresponding to the search word sequence is matched with the preset requirement term corresponding to the requirement term sequence. The preset requirement items can be artificially preset requirement items stored in the electronic equipment in advance or requirement items obtained by clustering according to similarity or relevance according to historical user requirement keywords. Each requirement item may be represented by one requirement formula, or may have a plurality of requirement formulas. The requirement formula may be a base word of the requirement item, and the requirement formulas may be expanded words obtained by expanding the base word of the requirement item.
Step 504, determining the area to which the search information belongs based on the position information included in the search information.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may further determine the areas to which the search information belongs based on the location information included in the search information. The electronic device may store a plurality of geographic areas in advance, and the geographic areas may be divided and stored by latitude and longitude coordinate ranges, area names, and the like. When the preset demand item is a commercial service item, the geographical area business circle is divided and stored. The electronic device may determine the area to which the search information belongs according to the latitude and longitude coordinate range to which the latitude and longitude coordinates included in the search information belong, or may determine the area to which the user belongs (for example, the business district) according to the distance from the center of the area corresponding to the area name.
For example, if the user searches for "wedding photo package with a recommended vicinity price of about 5000 yuan", the search information may be "wedding photo package with a recommended vicinity price of about 5000 yuan, 116.32, 39.98", where 116.32, 39.98 are longitude and latitude coordinates of the geographical location where the user performs the search, respectively. At this time, the determining, by the electronic device, the city and business district information to which the electronic device belongs according to the location information includes: city: beijing City; and (4) business circles: the trade circle of the Zhongguancun, the trade circle of the people university and the trade circle of the Suzhou street.
And 505, generating display information based on the areas to which the search information belongs and the number of the search information matched with each preset demand item.
In this embodiment, the electronic device may generate presentation information based on the area to which the search information belongs and the number of search words matched with each preset requirement item, where the generated presentation information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following information: the number of search information pieces matching the selected requirement items in each area, the distribution ratio of the number of search information pieces matching the selected requirement items among the areas, the number of search information pieces matching the requirement items in the selected area, the distribution ratio of the number of search information pieces matching the requirement items in the selected area, and the like. In practice, the presentation form of the presentation information generated by the electronic device may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: pie charts, bar charts, lists, and the like. As shown in fig. 6a, a schematic diagram showing a distribution ratio of the amount of search information matching the selected requirement item (wedding photo) between the areas (business circles) in the pie chart format is given.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the preset requirement items may also be divided into a plurality of categories, and the electronic device may further generate the presentation information according to the categories, for example, the generated presentation information may include: the number of search terms matching the demand items of the selected category in each region, the distribution ratio of the number of search terms matching the demand items of the selected category among each region, the number of search terms matching the demand items of each category in the selected region, and the distribution ratio of the number of search terms matching the demand items of each category in the selected region. Optionally, the categories may be further divided into a plurality of levels, and the categories may also be categories of the selected levels. As shown in fig. 6b, a schematic diagram showing a distribution ratio of the amount of search information between the areas (business circles) represented in the form of a pie graph matching the requirement items (for example, preset requirement items such as wedding photos, portrait/art photos, two-way photos, etc.) of the selected category (photography and camera shooting) is given.
In this embodiment, step 502 and step 503 in the above implementation flow are substantially the same as step 202 and step 203 in the foregoing embodiment, respectively, and are not described again here.
As can be seen from fig. 5, unlike the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, in the embodiment, the step 504 of determining the area to which the search information belongs based on the location information included in the search information, and the step 505 of generating the presentation information by using the area to which the search information belongs and the number of search words matching with each preset requirement item instead of the step 204 are added to the search information acquired in the step 501 of the method for generating the presentation information in the embodiment, so that the presentation information is generated according to the area, the analysis of the user requirement has area pertinence, and the requirements of different areas are grasped more accurately and practically.
With further reference to fig. 7, as an implementation of the method shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present application provides an embodiment of an apparatus for generating presentation information, where the embodiment of the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, and the apparatus may be specifically applied to an electronic device.
As shown in fig. 7, the apparatus 700 for generating presentation information of the present embodiment includes: an obtaining module 701, an extracting module 702, a matching module 703 and a generating module 704. The obtaining module 701 may be configured to obtain at least one piece of search information; the extracting module 702 may be configured to analyze each acquired search information to extract a corresponding search word sequence; the matching module 703 may be configured to match, for each search word sequence, the requirement term sequence of each preset requirement term respectively to determine search information matched with each preset requirement term; the generating module 704 may be configured to generate the presentation information based on the number of search information matched with each preset requirement item.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the apparatus 700 may obtain, for each preset requirement item, a corresponding requirement item sequence by the following method: acquiring a reference word of a preset demand item; expanding the benchmark word to generate an expanded word, wherein the expanded word comprises at least one of the following items: synonyms of the reference words and similar words of the reference words; and respectively generating a demand item word sequence corresponding to the preset demand items by segmenting the reference words and the expansion words.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the matching module 703 may include: a matching unit (not shown) configured to match, for each search word sequence, a requirement term word sequence generated by word segmentation of an expansion word of each preset requirement term; and a determining unit (not shown) configured to determine that the preset requirement item matches with the search information corresponding to the search word sequence when all words in at least one requirement item word sequence of the preset requirement item find matching items in the search word sequence.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the presentation information may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: the number of search information matched with each preset demand item; the distribution ratios of the quantity of the search information matched with different preset requirement items and the like.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the preset requirement items are classified into a plurality of categories, and at this time, the generating module 703 includes: a calculation unit (not shown) configured to calculate a demand amount of each category and/or a demand amount distribution ratio among the categories based on the total search information amount matched with each preset demand item in each category; and a generating unit (not shown) configured to generate the presentation information according to the demand of each category and/or the demand distribution ratio among the categories.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the search information may include location information. In this case, the generating module 703 further includes: a positioning unit (not shown) configured to determine a region to which the search information belongs based on the position information; and a generating unit (not shown) configured to generate presentation information based on the area to which the search information belongs and the number of search information matched with each preset requirement item. Wherein the generated presentation information includes, but is not limited to, at least one of: the number of search information pieces matching the selected requirement items in each area, the distribution ratio of the number of search information pieces matching the selected requirement items among the areas, the number of search information pieces matching the requirement items in the selected area, the distribution ratio of the number of search information pieces matching the requirement items in the selected area, and the like. In some implementations, the location information may include: and the searching information corresponds to the position information for initiating the search or the frequent location information of the user for initiating the search corresponding to the searching information.
In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the presentation form of the presentation information includes at least one of: pie charts, bar charts, lists, and the like.
It should be noted that the modules described in the apparatus 700 for generating presentation information correspond to the respective steps in the method described with reference to fig. 2. Thus, the operations and features described above for the method are also applicable to the apparatus 700 for generating display information and the modules or units included therein, and are not described herein again.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the above-described apparatus 700 for generating presentation information also includes some other well-known structures, such as processors, memories, etc., which are not shown in fig. 7 in order to not unnecessarily obscure embodiments of the present disclosure. Referring now to FIG. 8, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 800 suitable for use in implementing the electronic device of an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 8, the computer system 800 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)801 that can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)802 or a program loaded from a storage section 808 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 803. In the RAM803, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the system 800 are also stored. The CPU 801, ROM 802, and RAM803 are connected to each other via a bus 804. An input/output (I/O) interface 805 is also connected to bus 804.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 805: an input portion 806 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output section 807 including a signal such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 808 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 809 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 809 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A drive 810 is also connected to the I/O interface 805 as necessary. A removable medium 811 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 810 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted on the storage section 808 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the application, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a machine-readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated in the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program can be downloaded and installed from a network through the communication section 809 and/or installed from the removable medium 811.
The modules or units related in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by software, or may be implemented by hardware. The described modules may also be provided in a processor, which may be described as: a processor comprises an acquisition module, an extraction module, a matching module and a generation module. Wherein the names of these modules do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the module itself, for example, the acquiring module may also be described as a "module configured to acquire at least one piece of search information".
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatus in the above-described embodiments; or it may be a separate computer-readable storage medium not incorporated in the terminal. The computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: acquiring at least one piece of search information; analyzing the acquired search information respectively to extract corresponding search word sequences; aiming at each search word sequence, respectively matching with the requirement word sequence of each preset requirement item to determine search information matched with each preset requirement item; and generating display information based on the search information quantity matched with each preset demand item.
As another aspect, the present application also provides a computing device comprising: one or more processors; a memory for storing one or more programs (which may include, for example, the computer-readable storage media described above); when the one or more programs are executed by the one or more processors, the processors are enabled to implement the method for generating the presentation information provided by the application.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention herein disclosed is not limited to the particular combination of features described above, but also encompasses other arrangements formed by any combination of the above features or their equivalents without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, the above features may be replaced with (but not limited to) features having similar functions disclosed in the present application.

Claims (17)

1. A method of generating presentation information, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that at least one piece of search information is obtained in response to a received query request sent when a user queries the required heat of a preset required item through a terminal, wherein each piece of search information comprises a search word, and the search word comprises a search keyword selected through input characters;
analyzing the acquired search information respectively to extract corresponding search word sequences;
aiming at each search word sequence, respectively matching with the requirement item word sequence of each preset requirement item of the classification category in a plurality of classifications to determine search information matched with each preset requirement item under the classification category;
and generating display information based on the search information quantity matched with each preset demand item.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein for each preset requirement item, the corresponding requirement item sequence is obtained by the following method:
acquiring a reference word of a preset demand item;
expanding the reference word to generate an expanded word, wherein the expanded word comprises at least one of: synonyms of the reference words, close synonyms of the reference words;
and respectively generating the requirement item word sequence corresponding to a preset requirement item by word segmentation of the reference word and each expansion word.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the matching, for each search word sequence, with the requirement term sequence of each preset requirement term to determine search information matching each preset requirement term comprises:
aiming at each search word sequence, matching with the requirement word sequence of each preset requirement item respectively;
when all words in at least one requirement item word sequence of the preset requirement item find a matching item in the search word sequence, determining that the preset requirement item is matched with the search information corresponding to the search word sequence.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the presentation information comprises at least one of:
the number of search information matched with each preset demand item;
and the quantity distribution proportion of the search information matched with different preset demand items.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the generating presentation information based on the number of search information items matching each preset requirement item comprises:
calculating the demand of each category and/or the demand distribution proportion among the categories based on the total search information quantity matched with each preset demand item in each category;
and generating the display information according to the demand of each category and/or the demand distribution proportion among the categories.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the search information comprises location information; and
the generating of the display information based on the number of the search information matched with each preset demand item further comprises:
determining a region to which the search information belongs based on the position information;
generating display information based on the area to which the search information belongs and the number of the search information matched with each preset demand item, wherein the generated display information comprises at least one of the following items: the number of search information matched with the selected requirement item in each area, the distribution proportion of the number of search information matched with the selected requirement item among the areas, the number of search information matched with the requirement item in the selected area, and the distribution proportion of the number of search information matched with the requirement item in the selected area.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the location information comprises: and the position information which initiates the search corresponding to the search information or the frequent location information of the user which initiates the search corresponding to the search information.
8. The method according to any one of claims 4-7, wherein the presentation form of the presentation information comprises at least one of: pie charts, bar charts, lists.
9. An apparatus for generating presentation information, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a search module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to respond to a query request sent when a user queries the required heat of a preset required item through a terminal, and acquire at least one piece of search information, wherein each piece of search information comprises a search word which comprises a search keyword selected through input characters;
the extraction module is configured to analyze the acquired search information respectively to extract corresponding search word sequences;
the matching module is configured to match each search word sequence with a demand item word sequence of each preset demand item divided into a classification category in a plurality of classifications to determine search information matched with each preset demand item under the classification category;
and the generating module is configured to generate display information based on the number of the search information matched with each preset demand item.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein for each preset requirement item, the corresponding requirement item sequence is obtained by the following method:
acquiring a reference word of a preset demand item;
expanding the reference word to generate an expanded word, wherein the expanded word comprises at least one of: synonyms of the reference words, close synonyms of the reference words;
and respectively generating the requirement item word sequence corresponding to a preset requirement item by word segmentation of the reference word and each expansion word.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the matching module comprises:
the matching unit is configured to match each search word sequence with the requirement item word sequence of each preset requirement item respectively;
the determining unit is configured to determine that the preset requirement item is matched with the search information corresponding to the search word sequence when all words in at least one requirement item word sequence of the preset requirement item find matching items in the search word sequence.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the presentation information comprises at least one of:
the number of search information matched with each preset demand item;
and the quantity distribution proportion of the search information matched with different preset demand items.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the generating module comprises:
the calculating unit is configured to calculate the demand of each category and/or the demand distribution proportion among the categories based on the total search information quantity matched with each preset demand item in each category;
and the generating unit is configured to generate the display information according to the demand of each category and/or the demand distribution proportion among the categories.
14. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the search information comprises location information; and
the generation module further comprises:
a positioning unit configured to determine a region to which the search information belongs based on the position information;
the generating unit is configured to generate display information based on the area to which the search information belongs and the number of search information matched with each preset demand item, wherein the generated display information includes at least one of the following items: the number of search information matched with the selected requirement item in each area, the distribution proportion of the number of search information matched with the selected requirement item among the areas, the number of search information matched with the requirement item in the selected area, and the distribution proportion of the number of search information matched with the requirement item in the selected area.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the location information comprises: and the position information which initiates the search corresponding to the search information or the frequent location information of the user which initiates the search corresponding to the search information.
16. The apparatus according to any one of claims 12-15, wherein the presentation form of the presentation information comprises at least one of: pie charts, bar charts, lists.
17. A computing device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the processors to implement the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
