本发明涉及一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,复合地坪材料共有四层,复合地坪材料从上至下四层分别为厚度为0.32cm~0.51cm的端羧基丁腈橡胶层、厚度为0.25cm~0.35cm的苯代三聚氰二胺层、厚度为0.19cm~0.27cm的聚硫橡胶层、厚度为0.5cm~0.7cm的炉渣层。获得的复合地坪材料具有良好的耐磨和防滑的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合地坪材料,特别是涉及一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料。
背景技术
地坪材料的耐磨性能非常关键,地坪材料的耐磨性能较差,在大量的摩擦过后,地坪材料的厚度会显著降低,局部不平整的现象就会随之产生。不平整的情况会影响到机器以及其他一些对水平要求比较高的设备的运行。除了地坪材料的耐磨性能外,防滑性能同样对复合地坪材料也非常关键,防滑功能差,人或者一些工业设备都有可能发生滑动等现象,增加了发生意外的风险,因此需要尽可能的提高地坪材料的防滑性能和耐磨性能,来应对可能产生的意外。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:普通的地坪材料耐磨和防滑性能较低的问题。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,复合地坪材料共有四层,复合地坪材料从上至下四层分别为厚度为0.32cm~0.51cm的端羧基丁腈橡胶层、厚度为0.25cm~0.35cm的苯代三聚氰二胺层、厚度为0.19cm~0.27cm的聚硫橡胶层、厚度为0.5cm~0.7cm的炉渣层。
其中,端羧基丁腈橡胶层的厚度优选为0.51cm。苯代三聚氰二胺层的厚度优选为0.25cm。聚硫橡胶层的厚度优选为0.27cm。炉渣层的厚度优选为0.5cm。在将地坪材料进行复合时,依次铺设炉渣层、聚硫橡胶层、苯代三聚氰二胺层、端羧基丁腈橡胶层。
有益效果:获得的复合地坪材料具有良好的耐磨和防滑的功能,耐磨性能测试标准为GB/T1768-1979,耐磨性能为0.011g/cm2(750g,500r)~0.014g/cm2(750g,500r)。在JC/T1050-2007标准下,地坪材料的摩擦系数为0.85~0.88,具有良好的防滑性能。

实施例1
一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,复合地坪材料共有四层,复合地坪材料从上至下四层分别为厚度为0.32cm的端羧基丁腈橡胶层1、厚度为0.25cm的苯代三聚氰二胺层2、厚度为0.27cm的聚硫橡胶层3、厚度为0.5cm的炉渣层4。在将地坪材料进行复合时,依次铺设炉渣层4、聚硫橡胶层3、苯代三聚氰二胺层2、端羧基丁腈橡胶层1。
实施例2
一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,复合地坪材料共有四层,复合地坪材料从上至下四层分别为厚度为0.45cm的端羧基丁腈橡胶层1、厚度为0.35cm的苯代三聚氰二胺层2、厚度为0.19cm的聚硫橡胶层3、厚度为0.6cm的炉渣层4。在将地坪材料进行复合时,依次铺设炉渣层4、聚硫橡胶层3、苯代三聚氰二胺层2、端羧基丁腈橡胶层1。
实施例3
一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,复合地坪材料共有四层,复合地坪材料从上至下四层分别为厚度为0.51cm的端羧基丁腈橡胶层1、厚度为0.30cm的苯代三聚氰二胺层2、厚度为0.24cm的聚硫橡胶层3、厚度为0.7cm的炉渣层4。在将地坪材料进行复合时,依次铺设炉渣层4、聚硫橡胶层3、苯代三聚氰二胺层2、端羧基丁腈橡胶层1。
测定了实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的耐磨性能和防滑性能,耐磨性能测试标准为GB/T1768-1979,防滑性能测试方法为JC/T1050-2007,结果见下表。

1.一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,其特征在于复合地坪材料共有四层,复合地坪材料从上至下四层分别为厚度为0.32cm~0.51cm的端羧基丁腈橡胶层(1)、厚度为0.25cm~0.35cm的苯代三聚氰二胺层(2)、厚度为0.19cm~0.27cm的聚硫橡胶层(3)、厚度为0.5cm~0.7cm的炉渣层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,其特征在于端羧基丁腈橡胶层(1)的厚度为0.51cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,其特征在于苯代三聚氰二胺层(2)的厚度为0.25cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,其特征在于聚硫橡胶层(3)的厚度为0.27cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨防滑的复合地坪材料,其特征在于炉渣层(4)的厚度为0.5cm。
