现有中频炉的炉体均为圆柱形炉体,在其外部圆柱面上缠绕中频线圈,圆柱形炉体内放置费钢料,靠中频线圈产生的交变磁场在废钢料中产生电涡流使废钢融化,而中频线圈的磁力线分布是越靠近线圈磁场强度越大,越远离线圈磁场强度越弱,这就使靠近炉体壁的废钢先融化,而炉体中间的废钢融化的慢的原因。
发明内容:
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种扁状中频炉体。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的扁状中频炉体包括炉体,中频线圈,其特征是,所述炉体为扁方体或扁椭圆体。
本发明的有益效果是:通过将炉体做扁后缩短了炉体中心到中频线圈的距离,使炉体中心位置的废钢融化速度加快。
