技术领域
本发明涉及一种一种用于制造管或者管半成品的方法,所述管或者管半成品特别是用于化学仪器构造,其中所述管或管半成品具有坚固的内管和施加在所述内管的外侧上的增附层,所述仓储介质能够接触所述内管的内侧并且所述内管由在化学上耐抗所述仓储介质的热塑性塑料制成,所述增附层具有纺织结构并且由热塑性塑料制成,其中所述增附层的所述纺织结构适合于将接管安装在所述增附层的外侧。
此外,本发明涉及一种能够用于保存或者运输腐蚀性的仓储介质的管或者管半成品,所述管或者管半成品特别是用于化学仪器构造。
背景技术
用于化学仪器构造的类型相关的构件从EP 0 577 134 B1和US3,723,234中已知。特别也能够是管的在该处所描述的构件具有多层结构。内层在此由相对于待容纳的仓储介质耐化学的热塑性塑料形成。因此,可特定地针对相对于在内侧上接触的仓储介质的耐抗能力规定在类型相关的管和管半成品中形成坚固的内管的热塑性塑料的特性。但是由于热塑性塑料内管的内部结构,该热塑性塑料内管从机械的角度来看是不够稳定的。因此一般而言:具有特别平的纺织结构的增附层安装在内管的外侧上。该增附层例如能够是具有纺织结构的编织的或者纺织的或者针织的玻璃纤维元件。纺织结构在此能够具有纺织带或者纺织软管的型式。增附层具有如下目的:实现完全包围内管的接管的安装。通过增附层,在此实现了内管和外部的接管之间的高的粘附,使得耐化学的内管通过机械上高强度的接管被充分支撑。
换句话说这意味着,类型相关的管具有多层结构,所述多层结构的坚固的内层相对于相应出现的侵蚀、例如由于腐蚀性的化学试剂产生的侵蚀是耐抗的,其中增附层促成惰性的或抗性的坚固的内层和外部的载体材料之间的必要的粘附。只要是管半成品,那么这个管半成品首先仅具有坚固的内管和安装在所述内管上的增附层。该管半成品随后能够通过由相应的使用者安装外部的接管来完成。
在制造从现有技术中已知的管或管半成品时,在热塑性的内管挤压成形之后,加热内管的外侧并且将增附层施加到内管的软化的外侧上。由于内管的外侧的可塑性,增附层的纺织结构嵌入到热塑性的内管中并且在该处机械地楔紧。结果,因此构成内管的材料和纺织的增附层之间的形状配合。增附层和内管之间的这种形状配合的结合具有如下缺点,即根据材料配对能够相对容易地引起分层效果。也就是说如果内管的塑化的部分没有浸入增附层的纺织结构足够深,那么增附层能够容易地在朝向内管的边界上脱落并且由此产生对整个管的损伤。如果增附层的条带在边缘区域中交叠,那么这加速脱落。
管或者管半成品就本发明而言应是具有闭合横截面的所有的复合构件。特别地,就本发明而言,用于制造管复合结构的配件也是管。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的在于提出一种用于制造供化学仪器构造的管或者管半成品的方法,所述管或者管半成品在增附层和内管之间的边界层中具有较高的抗分层能力。此外本发明的目的在于,提出一种这样的管或管半成品,所述管或管半成品特别是可借助根据本发明的方法来制造。
这些目的通过一种用于制造用于保存或者运输腐蚀性的仓储介质的管或者管半成品的方法来实现,所述管或管半成品具有坚固的内管和施加在所述内管的外侧上的增附层,所述仓储介质能够接触所述内管的内侧并且所述内管由在化学上耐抗所述仓储介质的热塑性塑料制成,所述增附层具有纺织结构并且由热塑性塑料制成,其中所述增附层的所述纺织结构适合于将接管安装在所述增附层的外侧上,其特征在于,a)将所述内管的所述外侧和所述增附层的所述内侧加热超过相应的所述热塑性塑料的熔点并且部分地熔化,其中在所述增附层的所述外侧上至少部分地存留所述纺织结构;b)所述内管的所述外侧和所述增附层的所述内侧在熔化区中彼此接触并且材料配合地彼此焊接,将所述内管与至少两种不同的材料层共同挤压,所述内管的外部的所述材料层的所述热塑性材料与所述内管的内部的所述材料层的所述热塑性材料相比具有更低的粘性或者更低的熔化范围;以及通过一种用于保存或者运输腐蚀性的仓储介质的管或者管半成品来实现,所述管或管半成品具有坚固的内管和施加在所述内管的外侧上的增附层,所述仓储介质能够接触所述内管的内侧并且所述内管由在化学上耐抗所述仓储介质的热塑性塑料制成,所述增附层具有纺织结构并且由热塑性塑料制成,其中所述增附层的所述纺织结构适合于将接管安装在所述增附层的外侧上,其特征在于,所述内管的所述外侧和所述增附层的所述内侧材料配合地彼此焊接,其中在所述增附层的所述外侧上保留有所述纺织结构,所述增附层由缠绕或者卷绕到所述内管的所述外侧上的纺织的材料条带或者套上的材料软管形成,所述内管包括至少两个共同挤压的材料层,所述内管的靠外的所述材料层的所述热塑性塑料与所述内管的靠内的所述材料层的所述热塑性塑料相比具有更低的粘性。
根据本发明的方法以如下基本思想为基础,即不仅坚固的内管而且安装在其上的增附层分别由可熔化的、特别是相同类型或者相同聚合的热塑性塑料制成。在建立内管和增附层之间的连接时,不仅内管的材料而且增附层的材料都部分地熔化,其中当然一方面必须至少部分地存在增附层的纺织结构以及内管的管结构。增附层和内管随后在熔化区中彼此形成接触并且材料配合地彼此焊接。增附层的可能叠加的条带也由内管的熔化的材料穿过和焊接。通过材料配合的连接实现了增附层和内管之间的非常高的抗分层能力。
为了熔化内管的外侧和增附层的内侧,根据第一个方法变型形式能够设有至少一个加热装置,通过所述加热装置,分别直接加热这两个部分并且也部分地熔化。结果,由此产生两个分隔的熔化区,所述熔化区随后彼此接触进而彼此焊接。
根据第二替选的方法变型形式,首先仅通过加热装置加热和熔化内管的外侧。加热的程度和在内管上熔化的材料的量在此能够被选择为,使得紧接着在接触首先仍未熔化的增附层时,增附层的材料的一部分通过与内管的熔化区的接触由于来自于内管的热塑性塑料的热传递同样部分地熔化,并且随后与内管焊接。也就是说这意味着,根据第二方法变型形式,仅内管被直接加热和熔化,与之相反,间接地,也就是通过与内管的熔化区接触,加热和熔化增附层。
当将内管的外侧在预热装置中加热超过熔点并且紧接着将增附层的材料施加到内管的外侧上的已加热的熔化区上时,能够尤其简单和成本适宜地执行根据本发明的方法。
在此尤其成本适宜的是,增附层由纺织的材料条带制成。所述纺织的材料条带然后能够螺旋状地缠绕到内管的外侧的已加热的熔化区上,进而形成内管的外侧的管状的增附层。
替选于此的是,增附层也能够通过将纺织材料软管套到内管的外侧上的已加热的熔化区上形成,以至于不形成接合缝(Stoβnaht)。
根据本发明的方法要求对内管的外侧和/或增附层的内侧上的加热过程进行准确的控制。对材料进行这种目标明确的加热能够尤其简单地通过如下方式来实现,即通过输送热空气或者热辐射来进行加热。但是替选于此,通过明火的加热也是可行的。
当内管具有至少两个不同的、共同挤压的材料层时,那么简化根据本发明的方法的执行。因此能够特定地针对关于与仓储材料的接触的要求来规定内管的内层,与之相反,能够关于与增附层的焊接规定内管的外层。
根据一个优选的变型形式提出,内管上的外部的材料层的热塑性塑料与内管上的内部的材料层的热塑性塑料相比具有更低的粘性或者更低的熔化范围。该更低的粘性或者更低的熔化范围允许通过相对少的热量熔化内管的外部的材料层。由于内管的内部的材料层上的更高的粘性来可靠地排除内管的所不期望的范围过大的熔化。
尤其简单且机械上高强度地使内管和增附层在如下时刻彼此熔合,即当不仅内管而且增附层由同种类型的热塑性塑料制造时。根据一个优选的变型形式,内管和增附层因此相应由同种类型的聚烯烃特别是聚丙烯制造。部分氟化和完全氟化的塑料也是尤其适合的。
根据本发明的管或管半成品,其中相对于根据本发明的管仍必须安装外部的接管,其特征在于内管的外侧上的和增附层的内侧上的热塑性塑料的焊接。在增附层的外侧上必须存在纺织结构,以便确保接管粘附在增附层的外侧上。
增附层本身优选应具有三维的纺织结构。
增附层的纺织结构在此能够以纺织物、编织物或者针织物的方式构成。

具体实施方式
图1至图5以示意的形式示例性地示出具有坚固的内管02、纺织增附层03和外部的接管04的管01(见图5)的制造。如果这样的管01在仪器构造中用于存储或用于运输腐蚀性的化学试剂,特别是强酸,那么内管02由热塑性塑料制成,所述热塑性塑料相对于接触内侧05的仓储介质的侵蚀是耐化学的。在根据图1至图5的附图中,分别仅以绘图的方式示出多种管的上半部分,也就是说,管分别关于中间轴线06构成为是圆对称的。
用于制造管01的起始点是共同挤压的内管02,如在图1中所示出。内管02具有内层07和外层08并且通过两种热塑性塑料的共同挤压来制造。以如下方式规定内层07的材料:材料相对于内侧05上的仓储介质具有高的耐化学性。用于形成外层08的热塑性材料相反具有尽可能低的粘性,因此该材料能够良好地熔化和焊接。在内层07和外层08之间的边界层中,这两种材料显然必须彼此良好地兼容,因此不会产生分层效果。
如在图2中所示出,旋转的内管02的外侧09通过从热空气喷嘴11加载热空气10来加热。外层08的材料在此至少部分地熔化。为了实现外层08的均匀的熔化,内管02旋转并且同时在运动箭头12的方向上在轴向上被抽拉。通过用热空气10加热外侧09形成熔化区13。
图3示出在将纺织材料条带14施加到熔化区13上以用于形成增附层15的情况下的内管02。通过内管02的旋转和同时在运动箭头12的方向上的轴向抽拉,纺织材料条带14螺旋状地围绕内管13的环周缠绕并且由此形成圆柱形的结构,所述圆柱形的结构全方位地包围内管02。通过包含在熔化区13中的过程热量,材料条带14的内侧16在与熔化区13接触时,部分地熔化并且材料配合地与外侧08的热塑性塑料焊接。
图4示出通过将增附层15安装在内管02上而制造的、在凝固熔化区13中的热塑性塑料之后的管半成品17。增附层15的内侧16和外层08的外侧09材料配合地彼此焊接。中介层15的熔化在此限于内区,以至于得到增附层15的外侧18上的纺织结构。
图5示出如在来自管半成品17的最后一个步骤中的通过安装接管04而制造的管01。接管04在此特别有助于管01的机械强度并且例如能够由玻璃纤维强化的树脂来层压。
Claims (66)
1.一种用于制造用于保存或者运输腐蚀性的仓储介质的管(01)或者管半成品(17)的方法,所述管或管半成品具有坚固的内管(02)和施加在所述内管(02)的外侧(09)上的增附层(03),所述仓储介质能够接触所述内管的内侧(05)并且所述内管由在化学上耐抗所述仓储介质的热塑性塑料制成,所述增附层具有纺织结构并且由热塑性塑料制成,其中所述增附层(03)的所述纺织结构适合于将接管(04)安装在所述增附层(03)的外侧(18)上,
其特征在于,
a)将所述内管(02)的所述外侧(09)和所述增附层(03)的所述内侧(16)加热超过相应的所述热塑性塑料的熔点并且部分地熔化,其中在所述增附层(03)的所述外侧(18)上至少部分地存留所述纺织结构;
b)所述内管(02)的所述外侧(09)和所述增附层(03)的所述内侧(16)在熔化区中彼此接触并且材料配合地彼此焊接,
将所述内管(02)与至少两种不同的材料层(07,08)共同挤压,
所述内管(02)的外部的所述材料层(08)的所述热塑性材料与所述内管(02)的内部的所述材料层(07)的所述热塑性材料相比具有更低的粘性或者更低的熔化范围。

所述内管(02)包括至少两个共同挤压的材料层(07,08),
所述内管(02)的靠外的所述材料层(08)的所述热塑性塑料与所述内管(02)的靠内的所述材料层(08)的所述热塑性塑料相比具有更低的粘性。
