Description
本发明涉及一种当使用导电的液体喷雾材料时使喷液供液管路部件,喷液容器和进给泵与静电喷雾系统的高压电源绝缘的装置。所说的喷雾材料为水基涂料或含有金属颗粒的涂料。
本发明特别涉及一种如欧洲专利申请号87850038.4所述的上述类型的装置,该装置中的盛装绝缘液体的容器配置在喷液供液管路中。
上述装置存在的固有问题是由于在绝缘液体中的电压梯度未得到控制,以致形成非常高量级的电场,而喷液以滴状通过绝缘液体来输送,并被散裂成非常小的微滴。当分裂到喷液失去重力的状态时,致使以绝缘液体借助重力作用来输送喷液是困难的。
上述问题被本发明在权利要求中所记述的技术方案解决。

图1所示是本发明的静电喷雾系统的喷液供给装置。
图2是图1中喷雾系统的绝缘液体盛装容器的放大图。
图3和图4是本发明绝缘液体盛装容器的两个可供选择的实施例。
图1所示的喷液供给系统,包括一个喷液容器10,一个进给泵11,一个将进给泵11与一个静电喷枪13相连接的供液管12,以及一个配置在供液管12上的绝缘装置14,绝缘装置14包括一个基本上由非导体材料如塑料制成的压力容器16,其中装有基本上是非导体的液体17。液体17具有与喷液不能混合的物理特性,并且两者的密度不同。附图中示出了所有可供选择的盛装绝缘液体的容器设计,所述绝缘液体的密度低于喷液的密度。
当绝缘液体具有比水基涂料小的密度时,任何适当馏分的石油制品都可以使用,如具有大约0.8克/立方厘米密度的燃油。
在图1所示的喷雾系统中,从供液容器10通过容器16和供液管12将水基液体涂料供给静电喷枪13。代替现有静电喷雾系统中公知的将高压电源连接到喷枪的常用方法是将改进系统中的高压电源15通过一导管20连接到容器16的出口端19,高压电位通过导电的涂料水溶液向下传到喷枪13。这意味着喷枪13以及容器16的下游供液管12处于高压电压的影响下,并形成该系统的高压区18。通过涂料的向上游的电通路被容器16中不导电的绝缘液体阻隔。
在容器16的顶部设置了一个输入喷嘴21,通过这个喷嘴,涂料被喷散成小的大量微滴,这些微滴在重力的作用下通过绝缘液体17。在容器16的底端19微滴重新聚集成连续的涂料流离开容器16。由于涂料是以离散的微滴形式被输送过绝缘液体17,所以高电压不能通过涂料传递到上游。因此有效地防止了高压电对容器16的上游涂料供给系统-包括进给泵11和涂料容器10的影响。
图1所示是本发明的一个实施例,装有绝缘液体的容器16配置有四个沿喷液流动方向一个接一个布置的电极元件22,这些电极元件22被连接到高压电源15的中间电位输出口23上。这些输出口23具有在地电位和被充电的容器16出口端19的高电位之间的各种不同的电位。电极元件22的中间电位是以一朝着容器16的出口端19的方向电位逐渐增加的方式设置的。然而,最上部电极元件可以被连接到地电位上。这样的设置对于使喷液在离开位于容器16顶部的喷嘴21时、全部微滴形成阶段中不受电荷的影响是有利的。
通过设置一些用来逐渐增加电位的电极元件可以获得对喷液充电的控制,这些由容器16中的电压梯度来完成,所述的电压梯度基本上由不同的电极限定在相应电位的梯级上。在实际应用中,加在容器16的底端19的高压电位大约是100千伏,而在四个电极22的各极间电位差是20-30千伏。
根据图3所示的本发明的实施例,为实现喷液的控制充电,电极装置包括一低导电率材料的竖管25,管25在容器16中从提供高电压的容器16的输出端19向上游沿伸,这意味着管25的下端被连接到由高压导线20供电的高电位上,由于管25具有特殊的导电性,在管25的全长范围内对液体施加逐渐减小电位的作用。管25所适用的材料是导电塑料如含碳聚四氟乙烯。
图4所示的本发明的实施例,通过附于容器壁上的低导电率的衬26获得逐渐增加的电位,适用于衬26的材料与上述与管相连接并形成的电极是相同的。
本发明更具体的实施例是容器16的壁本身是由如上所述的低导电率材料制成的,以便实现对喷液的持续充电。
Claims (5)
1、一种当使用导电的喷雾液体时将喷液源与静电喷雾系统的高压电源绝缘的装置,包括一个喷枪(13),一个将喷枪(13)与喷液源(10)相连接的供液管(12),及包括一个装有低导电率并且密度不同于喷液的绝缘液体(17)的容器(16),及一个喷液喷射装置(21)置于所说容器(16)的进口端(24),所说容器(16)的进、出口端之间基本上是非导体,其进口端(24)接地电位,出口端(19)接与喷枪(13)相同的高电位,其特征在于,在容器(16)的进口端(24)和出口端(19)之间设置电极装置(22、25),它使喷液至少受到一个中间电位的作用。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述的电极装置(22、25)包括一些电极元件(22),它们相互之间以及从所说容器(16)的端部在喷液流动的方向上间隔设置,并被连接以不同的电位,这样最靠近所说容器(16)进口端(24)的电极元件(22)具有最低的电位,而其它电极朝着所说容器(16)出口端(19)的方向具有逐渐升高的电位。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述的电极装置(22、25)包括一个低导电率材料的表面成形部件(25),所述部件(25)沿喷液的流动方向沿伸,并在所述容器(16)的出口端(19)的邻近处,部件(25)具有最高的电位。
4、根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中所说的表面成形部件(25)成形于所述容器(16)的内壁上。
5、根据权利要求4所述的装置,其中所说的容器(16)具有一个低导电率材料的内衬(26)。
