Abstract

本发明公开了同向平行双螺杆超高扭矩齿轮箱,具有壳体,所述壳体为上下箱分体结构的上壳体和下壳体组成,所述下壳体固定设有输入轴,所述上壳体设有过渡轴,所述过渡轴通过齿轮与输入轴啮合连接,在同样中心距的条件下,其承载功率较普通平双齿轮箱提高一倍以上,满足了高扭、高效平双挤出机组的使用要求;采用点线啮合的特殊渐开线齿形,其齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲强度均比普通渐开线齿轮有所提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种齿轮传动箱,特别涉及一种同向平行双螺杆超高扭矩齿轮箱。
背景技术
目前国内企业生产的平双专用齿轮箱均采用单传动设计,即第一输出轴通过一对齿轮副将动力传递到第二输出轴。但是由于平双齿轮箱两轴中心距较小、轴承跨距大、轴的刚性差等结构原因,使得两轴之间这对齿轮副强度很差。而大多国产同类齿轮箱承载系数(1000T/a3)大致为5-6,不仅不能满足不了高扭矩平双挤出机组的使用要求,而且齿轮箱的承载能力下降,降低了生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供结构简单、使用方便、提高齿轮箱的承载能力的一种同向平行双螺杆超高扭矩齿轮箱。
本发明的目的是以如下方式实现的:一种同向平行双螺杆超高扭矩齿轮箱,具有壳体,所述壳体为上下箱分体结构的上壳体和下壳体组成,所述下壳体固定设有输入轴,所述上壳体设有过渡轴,所述过渡轴通过齿轮与输入轴啮合连接。
更进一步的说,所述过渡轴的两端分别设有第一变位斜齿轮和第二变位斜齿轮。
本发明的优点:1、在同样中心距的条件下,其承载功率较普通平双齿轮箱提高一倍以上,满足了高扭、高效平双挤出机组的使用要求;采用点线啮合的特殊渐开线齿形,其齿面接触疲劳强度和齿根弯曲强度均比普通渐开线齿轮有所提高。
2、采用功率分流技术,为了解决两对齿轮副的均载问题,由于斜齿轮在传动时会产生轴向力,因此传动齿轮采用斜齿轮。在轴向力的作用下,能自动调整啮合间隙,从而达到均载效果。

具体实施方式:
见图1所述,一种同向平行双螺杆超高扭矩齿轮箱,具有壳体1,所述壳体1为上下箱分体结构的上壳体11和下壳体12组成,所述下壳体12固定设有输入轴13,所述上壳体11设有过渡轴14,所述过渡轴14通过齿轮与输入轴13啮合连接;所述过渡轴14的两端分别设有第一变位斜齿轮141和第二变位斜齿轮142。各齿轮材料均为采用优质合金钢20CrNi2MoA,热处理采用二次回火渗碳淬火工艺,具有更高的抗冲击能力和韧性;同时采用先进的磨齿工艺,所有齿轮均采用德国成型模,齿轮精度达到DIN 3960-67  6级精度;并考虑弯曲变形和扭转变形对齿轮啮合的影响,采用先进的修形技术,保证了齿轮在高承载能力的前提下,啮合顺畅,噪音降低,同时齿轮参数优化,加大模数和齿宽提高了齿轮的承载能力。

1.一种同向平行双螺杆超高扭矩齿轮箱,具有壳体(1);其特征在于:所述壳体(1)为上下箱分体结构的上壳体(11)和下壳体(12)组成,所述下壳体(12)固定设有输入轴(13),所述上壳体(11)设有过渡轴(14),所述过渡轴(14)通过齿轮与输入轴(13)啮合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的同向平行双螺杆超高扭矩齿轮箱,其特征在于:所述过渡轴(14)的两端分别设有第一变位斜齿轮(141)和第二变位斜齿轮(142)。
