本发明属于航空飞行器设计领域,具体涉及一种推进器。
背景技术
目前飞机有两种形式的推进器:一种是螺旋桨,另一种是喷气推进器。喷气推进器喷出高速气体,气体动能带走大量能量;通过螺旋桨后的空气速度也较高,空气动能也会消耗相当多的能量。所以两种推进器产生单位推力功耗都很大。
发明内容
发明目的:提供一种在出口面积、出口流体流速都相同的情况下,比其它型式推进器推力更大的推进器。
技术方案:一种推进器,包括通过轮毂2安装在轴3上的若干个轴流叶片1,推力轴承5安装在轴承座4内,后盖12固定在轴承座4上,后盖12联结盖在出流管10的小头,轴承座4上还设置有推力头6,滚珠轴承7,推力头6与推力轴承5连接,滚珠轴承7分别与推力头6及轴承盖8连接,入流管9大头深入出流管10内,小头伸出出流管10,入流管9、出流管10同轴心,用导叶11联结固定,轴3插入并固定在推力头6的孔中,穿过推力轴承5、后盖12的轴孔,伸入入流管9内联结轮毂2和轴流叶片1,轮毂2和轴流叶片1安装在入流管9大头内。
入流管9、出流管10均为锥形管。
有益效果
本发明的优点是在出口面积、出口流体流速都相同的情况下,本发明比其它型式推进器推力更大。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细描述,请参阅图1至图2。
如图1至图2所示,一种推进器,包括通过轮毂2安装在轴3上的若干个轴流叶片1,推力轴承5安装在轴承座4内,后盖12固定在轴承座4上,后盖12联结盖在出流管10的小头,轴承座4上还设置有推力头6,滚珠轴承7,推力头6与推力轴承5连接,滚珠轴承7分别与推力头6及轴承盖8连接,入流管9大头深入出流管10内,小头伸出出流管10,入流管9、出流管10同轴心,用导叶11联结固定,轴3插入并固定在推力头6的孔中,穿过推力轴承5、后盖12的轴孔,伸入入流管9内联结轮毂2和轴流叶片1,轮毂2和轴流叶片1安装在入流管9大头内。
入流管9、出流管10均为锥形管
当叶轮按一定方向旋转时,流体由入流管9流入,从出流管10流出,同时产生指向后盖背侧的推力。本发明可安装在飞机或舰船尾部产生推力。

Claims (2)

1.一种推进器,包括通过轮毂[2]安装在轴[3]上的若干个轴流叶片[1],推力轴承[5]安装在轴承座[4]内,后盖[12]固定在轴承座[4]上,后盖[12]联结盖在出流管[10]的小头,轴承座[4]上还设置有推力头[6],滚珠轴承[7],推力头[6]与推力轴承[5]连接,滚珠轴承[7]分别与推力头[6]及轴承盖[8]连接,入流管[9]大头深入出流管[10]内,小头伸出出流管[10],入流管[9]、出流管[10]同轴心,用导叶[11]联结固定,轴[3]插入并固定在推力头[6]的孔中,穿过推力轴承[5]、后盖[12]的轴孔,伸入入流管[9]内联结轮毂[2]和轴流叶片[1],轮毂[2]和轴流叶片[1]安装在入流管[9]大头内。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种推进器,其特征在于,所述入流管[9]、出流管[10]均为锥形管。
