一种汽车前罩装饰件
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车的零部件，更具体的说涉及一种汽车前罩装饰件。
背景技术
为了提高汽车的外观品质和增加前罩装饰件的功能，现有汽车上的前罩装饰件外观造型常常做的较大而复杂，这样汽车前罩装饰件占用了较大的空间，于是就很大程度地影响到发动机舱内其它相关零部件的布置及使用，例如，制动主缸带真空助力器的布置就受到很大影响，制动主缸带真空助力器容易被前罩装饰件所遮盖，不能方便地进行制动液时的加注。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车前罩装饰件，其能够便于制动主缸带真空助力器的安装和制动液的加注。
本发明所述一种汽车前罩装饰件，包括前罩装饰件本体和分别安装在前罩装饰件本体左右两侧的左前端盖和右前端盖，还包括盖板，在前罩装饰件本体上设有缺口，该缺口所在位置与制动主缸带真空助力器制动液加注口相对应，所述盖板可拆卸地安装在前罩装饰件本体上的缺口处。
所述盖板的上侧设有插销，左、右侧分别设有第一卡勾，其下侧的两端设有第二卡勾，插销通过缺口上侧的插销孔与前罩装饰件本体连接，第一卡勾通过缺口左右两侧的卡孔与前罩装饰件本体连接，第二卡勾通过缺口下侧两端的卡孔与前罩装饰件本体连接，通过卡接的方式使盖板可拆卸的安装在前罩装饰件本体上是盖板与前罩装饰件本体装配紧密，即方便了盖板的拆卸，又不影响汽车前罩装饰件的外观。
本发明所述汽车前罩装饰件，由于在制动主缸带真空助力器制动液加注口相对应的前罩装饰件本体上开有一缺口，通过盖板可拆卸地拆卸安装在前罩装饰件本体上，对该缺口进行遮蔽，方便了制动主缸带真空助力器的安装和制动液的加注的同时，又不影响汽车前罩装饰件的外观质量。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案，下面通过结合附图来对本发明进行详细阐述。
如图1至图6所示，一种汽车前罩装饰件，包括前罩装饰件本体1、分别安装在前罩装饰件本体1左右两侧的左前端盖3和右前端盖4和盖板2，在前罩装饰件本体1上设有缺口，该缺口所在位置与制动主缸带真空助力器5制动液加注口相对应，所述盖板2的上侧设有三只插销6，左、右侧分别设有四只第一卡勾7，第一卡勾7呈楔形，下侧的两端设有两只第二卡勾8，第二卡勾8呈V形，插销插入在缺口上侧的插销孔中，使盖板2的上侧定位在前罩装饰件本体1上，第一卡勾7卡在缺口左右两侧的卡孔中，使盖板2两侧与前罩装饰件本体缺口的两侧紧密贴合，第二卡勾8卡接在缺口下侧两端的卡孔中，使盖板2可拆卸地安装在前罩装饰件本体1上的缺口处。
当需要加注制动液或其它用途时，只需用手将第二卡勾8掀起，就能方便的将盖板2从前罩装饰件本体1上取下；安装时，只需先将插销6插入插销孔中，然后将第一卡勾7和第二卡勾8压入卡孔中便可。

1.一种汽车前罩装饰件，包括前罩装饰件本体（1）和分别安装在前罩装饰件本体左右两侧的左前端盖（3）和右前端盖（4），其特征在于：还包括盖板（2），在前罩装饰件本体上设有缺口，该缺口所在位置与制动主缸带真空助力器（5）制动液加注口相对应，所述盖板可拆卸地安装在前罩装饰件本体上的缺口处；所述盖板（2）的上侧设有插销（6），左、右侧分别设有第一卡勾（7），其下侧的两端设有第二卡勾（8），插销通过缺口上侧的插销孔与前罩装饰件本体（1）连接，第一卡勾通过缺口左右两侧的卡孔与前罩装饰件本体连接，第二卡勾通过缺口下侧两端的卡孔与前罩装饰件本体连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述汽车前罩装饰件，其特征在于：所述第一卡勾（7）呈楔形，第二卡勾（8）呈V形。
