Detailed Description
1. As shown in fig. 1(a) and 3, the radial drilling machine mainly comprises a base 1, an inner upright post 2, a rocker arm 7, an outer upright post 8, a reduction box 55, a main shaft gearbox 15, a workbench 23 and the like, and has the following specific structure:
the workstation 23 is fixed in the one end on base 1, and the other end at base 1 is fixed to inner column 2, and the height of inner column root 107 is 600mm, and the cover has outer column 8 on inner column 2, and outer column 8 can revolve 180 degrees around inner column 2. The one end of rocking arm 7 is rocking arm sleeve 6, and rocking arm sleeve 6 suit forms screw nut cooperation structure in the outer stand 8 outside, rocking arm sleeve 6 and outer stand 8 through rocking arm lifting screw 12 and the lifting screw nut 13 of supporting use, drives through the gear box 55 at 8 tops of outer stand, makes rocking arm sleeve 6 can follow outer stand 8 and do and reciprocate, sets up stand clamping device 10, rocking arm lift safeties 11 in the gear box 55. In order to facilitate the fastening of the rocker sleeve 6 at one end of the rocker arm 7 to the outer upright 8, the outer end of the rocker sleeve 6 is open, in which the rocker arm clamping device 3 is arranged. The rocker arm lifting screw 12 and the outer upright post 8 are connected into a whole, the lifting screw 13 is fixed on the rocker arm 7, and the rocker arm 7 and the outer upright post 8 rotate around the inner upright post 2 together.
The main shaft gearbox 15 is a composite part and comprises a main shaft double-speed motor 14, a reinforced main shaft 22, a main shaft transmission mechanism (see figure 4), a feeding and speed changing mechanism, an operating mechanism of a machine tool and the like, wherein the main shaft double-speed motor 14 is installed at the top of the main shaft gearbox 15, the reinforced main shaft 22 is installed at the bottom of the main shaft gearbox 15, a feeding dial 4, a main shaft feeding stroke fixing device 5, a manual feeding safety device position 16, a stroke fixing switch box 20 and a hand wheel 21 are arranged in front of the main shaft gearbox 15, and a gearbox clamping device 17 is arranged on the side surface of the main shaft gearbox. The main shaft gearbox 15 is arranged on a rocker arm guide rail 18 (horizontal guide rail) of the rocker arm 7, and can be operated through a hand wheel 21 in front of the main shaft gearbox 15, so that the main shaft gearbox 15 moves linearly on the rocker arm guide rail 18 along the rocker arm 7, and an enhanced main shaft 22 of the main shaft gearbox 15 corresponds to a workbench 23 on the base 1. When the device works, a workpiece is placed on the workbench 23 or the base 1 for processing, or the rocker arm 7 is rotated out of the plane of the base 1 to enlarge the processing range. Therefore, the radial drilling machine can drill and process vertical holes at any position in a cylindrical three-dimensional space.
When machining is performed, the main gear box 15 is fastened to the rocker arm guide 18 of the rocker arm by means of the gear box clamp 17, while the outer column 8 is fastened to the inner column 2 by means of the column clamp 10 (see fig. 3), and the rocker arm 7 is fastened to the outer column 8 by means of the rocker arm clamp 3 (see fig. 2) mounted on the outer end portion of the rocker arm sleeve 6, and then drilling is performed. During drilling, the drill at the main shaft output end of the main shaft transmission 15 performs longitudinal feed while performing rotary cutting, and the feed amount is controlled by the main shaft feed positioning device 5 and the positioning switch box 20.
In the invention, in order to increase the processing strength of the radial drilling machine system, the upper side and the lower side of the rocker arm 7 are both provided with the generatrix, the generatrix of the upper side and the lower side adopt the hyperbola 19, and the hyperbola 19 can reduce the height of the rocker guide rail 18 of the rocker arm 7 in space, so that the height of the root 107 of the inner upright can be increased to 600mm, and the outer upright 8 is sleeved on the inner upright 2, so that the supporting rigidity of the inner upright and the outer upright can be greatly increased. In the invention, the travel switch can be a mechanical limit switch or a proximity switch and other common travel switches.
2. As shown in fig. 1(a) and 2, the rocker arm pinching device 3 mainly includes: the right rocker arm clamping part 83, the left rocker arm clamping part 28, the screw 29, the coupler 30, the speed reducing motor 31, the motor base 32, the locking bolts 33 (4), the upper force increasing rod 34, the screw nut 35, the sliding block 36, the guide base 37, the stroke control switch I38, the stroke control switch II 39, the screws 40, the fixing pin 41, the lower force increasing rod 42, the rocker arm sleeve elastic opening 43, the right rocker arm clamping bracket 44, the left rocker arm clamping bracket 45 and the like, and the specific structure is as follows:
the protruding part of the outer end of the rocker arm sleeve 6 is divided into a right rocker arm clamping part 83 and a left rocker arm clamping part 28 through a rocker arm sleeve elastic opening 43, the two parts are oppositely arranged, a right rocker arm clamping bracket 44 and a left rocker arm clamping bracket 45 are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the right rocker arm clamping part 83 and the left rocker arm clamping part 28, the right rocker arm clamping bracket 44 is matched with the right rocker arm clamping part 83 in shape, the left rocker arm clamping bracket 45 is matched with the left rocker arm clamping part 28 in shape, the right rocker arm clamping part 83, the left rocker arm clamping part 28, the right rocker arm clamping bracket 44 and the left rocker arm clamping bracket 45 are all of a symmetrical structure, and an upper force boosting rod 34 and a lower force boosting rod 42 are symmetrically arranged between the right rocker arm clamping part 83 and;
one ends of the left rocker arm clamping bracket 45 and the left rocker arm clamping part 28 are connected with the upper force increasing rod 34 through the locking bolt 33, and the other ends of the left rocker arm clamping bracket 45 and the left rocker arm clamping part 28 are connected with the lower force increasing rod 42 through the locking bolt 33; one ends of the right rocker arm clamping bracket 44 and the right rocker arm clamping part 83 are connected with the upper force increasing rod 34 through a locking bolt 33, and the other ends of the right rocker arm clamping bracket 44 and the right rocker arm clamping part 83 are connected with the lower force increasing rod 42 through the locking bolt 33; thus, two pairs of upper and lower locking structures are formed.
The screw rod 29, the speed reducing motor 31, the nut 35, the slider 36 and the guide seat 37 connected to the right rocker clamping bracket 44 are arranged in the center of the rocker clamping device 3 in a penetrating manner, one end of the guide seat 37 is connected with the right rocker clamping bracket 44, the slider 36 and the nut 35 are arranged at the other end of the guide seat 37, and the speed reducing motor 31 is connected to the fixed plane at one end of the left rocker clamping bracket 45 through the motor seat 32 by the screw 40 and the fixed pin 41. One end of the screw 29 is connected with the output end of the speed reducing motor 31 through a coupler 30, the other end of the screw 29 is in threaded fit with the nut 35 and the sliding block 36, and the speed reducing motor 31 drives the left rocker arm clamping part 28 and the right rocker arm clamping part 83 to clamp the outer upright 8 or separate from the outer upright 8 through the matching structure of the screw 29 and the nut 35.
When the speed reducing motor 31 rotates forwards or reversely, namely the coupler 30 and the lead screw 29 rotate, the push and wire drawing nut 35 and the slide block 36 can do linear motion in the guide seat 37 to push the upper force increasing rod 34 and the lower force increasing rod 42 to swing, force is increased through the lever action, and the four locking bolts 33 are pulled, so that the left rocker arm clamping support 45 and the right rocker arm clamping support 44 move separately or closely, and the rocker arm sleeve can clamp or loosen the outer column. The clamping force is realized by adjusting two travel switch travel control switches I38 and II 39 on two sides of the movable force-increasing rod.
3. As shown in fig. 3, the column clamping device 10 for clamping the inner column 2 and the outer column 8 is installed in the reduction case 55 of fig. 1, and mainly includes: the cutter-increasing arm 46, the locking nut 47, the transverse shaft 48, the speed-reducing motor 49 (6 IKA-S), the gear coupling 50, the internal gear coupling 51, the screw rod 52, the travel switch 53, the thrust bearing 54, the spring plate 56, the bearing seat 57, the pressure bearing 58, the supporting radial ball bearing 59, the rotary roller 60 and the like have the following specific structures:
the top of the outer column 8 is provided with a reduction box 55, and the outer column 8 is in transmission connection with the inner column 2 through a pressure bearing 58 in a bearing seat 57, a radial ball bearing 59 for supporting and a rotary roller 60 at the lower end of the inner side of the outer column 8. When the inner column 2 and the outer column 8 are in a loose state, the spring plate 56 on the top of the bearing seat 57 and on the outer side of the inner column 2 is supported on the reduction box body 55, so that the outer column 8 can easily rotate relatively. The inner upright post 2 penetrates through the outer upright post 8 and extends into the reduction box body 55, and the extending end of the inner upright post 2 is connected with a force increasing arm 46 in the reduction box body 55 through a locking nut 47; the speed reducing box body 55 is internally provided with a force increasing arm 46 and a speed reducing motor 49, one end of the force increasing arm 46 is hinged with the speed reducing box body 55, and the other end of the force increasing arm 46 is hinged with the speed reducing motor 49. The output end of the speed reducing motor 49 is connected with one end of a screw rod 52 through a gear coupling 50 and an internal gear coupling 51, the other end of the screw rod 52 is connected with a thrust bearing 54, and one side of the speed reducing motor 49 is provided with a travel switch 53. Therefore, the speed reducing motor 49 drives the thrust bearing 54 to apply pressure to the speed reducing box body 55, the outer upright post 8 is further pressed to the inner upright post 2 and locked by the corresponding locking inclined surfaces between the inner upright post 2 and the outer upright post 8, the locking force is realized by adjusting the travel switch 53, and at the moment, the radial drilling machine enters a working state.
4. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the main shift electromagnetic clutch in the main shift box 15 mainly includes: the radial ball bearing 61, the transmission shaft 62, the forward rotation gear 63, the forward rotation gear 64, the forward rotation electromagnetic clutch 65 (DLM 3), the reverse rotation electromagnetic clutch 66 (DLM 3), the bearing 67, the motor gear 68, the reverse rotation gear 69, the bearing 70, the intermediate gear 71, the brake electromagnetic clutch 72 (DLM 3), the bearing 73 and the like, and the specific structure is as follows:
three electromagnetic clutches are integrated in the main shaft gearbox 15: the spindle double-speed motor 14 on the top of the spindle gearbox 15 adopts a double-speed motor, a motor gear 68 is arranged on a motor output shaft of the spindle double-speed motor 14, the motor gear 68 is respectively meshed with a forward gear 64 arranged on the forward electromagnetic clutch 65 and a reverse gear 69 arranged on the reverse electromagnetic clutch 66, a forward gear 63 is arranged on a transmission shaft 62 of the forward electromagnetic clutch 65, an intermediate gear 71 and a brake electromagnetic clutch 72 are arranged on an installation shaft of the reverse electromagnetic clutch 66, and the forward gear 63 and the intermediate gear 71 are oppositely arranged and meshed. Wherein, the two ends of the transmission shaft 62 are respectively matched with the main gear box 15 through the radial ball bearings 61, and the two ends of the mounting shaft of the reverse electromagnetic clutch 66 are respectively matched with the main gear box 15 through the bearings 67, 70 and 73.
When the motor gear 68 rotates counterclockwise, if the forward rotation electromagnetic clutch 65 is turned on, the transmission shaft 62 rotates clockwise. When the forward electromagnetic clutch 65 is powered off, the brake electromagnetic clutch 72 works for 0.3 second, and then is powered off (at the moment, each transmission shaft stops rotating), the reverse electromagnetic clutch 66 is powered on immediately, power is transmitted to the gear 63 through the intermediate gear 71, and the transmission shaft 62 rotates reversely.
5. As shown in fig. 1, 5(a) -5 (b), the manual feed safety device 16 mainly includes: the power input shaft 74, the manual adjusting screw sleeve 75, the pressing sleeve 76, the inner friction plate 78, the outer friction plate 79, the spline sleeve 80, the friction plate seat 81, the feed worm shaft 82 and the like have the following specific structures:
the feed electromagnetic clutch 77 is arranged at the feed dial 4, the main shaft feed stop motion device 5, the manual feed safety device 16 and the stop motion switch box 20 in the main shaft gearbox 15 shown in fig. 1, a spline sleeve 80 and a friction sheet seat 81 are arranged on the power input shaft 74, an inner friction sheet 78 and an outer friction sheet 79 are arranged on the outer side of the spline sleeve 80 on the friction sheet seat 81, a manual adjusting screw sleeve 75 and a pressing sleeve 76 are arranged at the tops of the inner friction sheet 78 and the outer friction sheet 79, the friction sheet seat 81 is arranged at the top of the feed electromagnetic clutch 77, the feed electromagnetic clutch 77 is arranged on the feed worm shaft 82, and one end of the feed worm shaft 82 corresponds to one end of the power input shaft 74. The manual adjustment screw 75 is rotated by hand, and pressure is applied to the inner friction plate 78 and the outer friction plate 79 through the pressing sleeve 76, so that when the torque of the feed worm shaft 82 is overloaded, the friction plates slip, and the feed is stopped, thereby protecting the feed mechanism.
The spindle feeding stopper 5 mainly includes: the fixed-distance switch box 20, the feeding electromagnetic clutch 77 (DLM 3), the adjusting shim plate 84, the travel switch 85, the travel switch wheel 86, the positioning wheel 87, the feeding dial 4 and the like have the following specific structures:
the side surface of the feeding dial 4 is provided with a notch, the notch is provided with a positioning wheel 87, the fixed-distance switch box 20 is internally provided with an adjusting backing plate 84, a travel switch 85 and a travel switch wheel 86 which are matched for use, the travel switch 85 is arranged on the adjusting backing plate 84, the travel switch wheel 86 is arranged on one side of the travel switch 85, and the positioning wheel 87 corresponds to the travel switch wheel 86.
A positioning wheel 87 which can be moved or fixed by hands is arranged outside the notch of the feeding dial 4, when the feeding dial 4 is rotated (a processing depth scale line is marked on the feeding dial 4, and the drawing shows a feeding stopping state) to preset the feeding depth, the positioning wheel 87 is locked, and the motor feeding can be realized. When the positioning wheel 87 is mechanically fed along with the feeding dial 4 and presses the travel switch wheel 86 up, the electromagnetic feeding clutch 77 is disconnected and the feeding is stopped. When the positioning wheel 87 presses the stroke switch wheel 86 when the fixed-stroke tapping is set, the three electromagnetic clutches (see the forward electromagnetic clutch 65, the reverse electromagnetic clutch 66, and the brake electromagnetic clutch 72 in fig. 4) in the spindle transmission case 15 continuously work and the spindle reversely retracts.
6. As shown in fig. 6, the rocker arm lift safety device 11 is installed in the reduction box 55 of fig. 1, and mainly includes: pressing sleeve 89, manual adjusting bolt 90, pad 91, interior friction disc 92, outer friction disc 93, gear friction disc seat 94, spline housing 95 etc. and the concrete structure is as follows:
a spline sleeve 95 and a gear friction plate seat 94 are mounted on the rocker lifting screw 12, an inner friction plate 92 and an outer friction plate 93 are arranged on the outer side of the spline sleeve 95 on the gear friction plate seat 94, a pad 91 and a pressing sleeve 89 are arranged at the tops of the inner friction plate 92 and the outer friction plate 93, and the pressing sleeve 89 is mounted on the top end of the rocker lifting screw 12 through a manual adjusting bolt 90. When the manual adjusting bolt 90 is manually rotated, the pressure sleeve 89 presses the inner friction plate 92 and the outer friction plate 93 through the pad 91 to adjust the torque borne by the rocker arm lifting screw 12, the pressure of the pressure sleeve 89 is determined after a rocker arm lifting test, and if the rocker arm 7 cannot lift accidentally (namely, when the rocker arm lifting screw 12 works with excessive torque), the friction plates slip, so that the lifting device is protected.
7. As shown in fig. 7(a), the reinforced spindle head structure of the present invention mainly includes: heavy-calibre main shaft cover 96, draw back formula main shaft head 97, thrust ball bearing 98, taper hole biserial cylindrical roller bearing 99, adjusting pad 100, main shaft taper hole 101 etc. all the other tails are the same as traditional main shaft head structure, and concrete structure is as follows:
one end of the main shaft sleeve 96 is provided with a main shaft flange 109, a large-caliber inner hole is formed in the main shaft flange 109, one end, with taper, of the inward-shrinkage type main shaft head 97 extends into the large-caliber inner hole of the large-caliber main shaft sleeve 96, the inward-shrinkage type main shaft head 97 and the large-caliber main shaft sleeve 96 are matched through a thrust ball bearing 98 and a conical hole double-row cylindrical roller bearing 99, an adjusting pad 100 is arranged between the thrust ball bearing 98, the conical hole double-row cylindrical roller bearing 99 and the inward-shrinkage type main shaft head 97, a main shaft conical hole 101 is formed in the center of the inward-shrinkage type main shaft head 97, and one end of the main shaft conical hole 101. In this embodiment, the outer diameter of the main shaft flange 109 at the end of the main shaft sleeve 96, which is matched with the retractable main shaft head 97, is increased, so that the length of the retractable main shaft head 97 extending into the large-diameter main shaft sleeve 96 is increased, and the portion of the retractable main shaft head 97 extending into the main shaft sleeve 96 is in a taper structure with a diameter gradually decreasing from phi 65mm to phi 40 mm.
The invention is mainly characterized in that: the diameter of the exposed end of the spindle sleeve 96 is increased, the diameter of the conical hole double-row cylindrical roller bearing 99 in the inward-shrinkage spindle head 97 is increased, the specification of the thrust ball bearing 98 is increased, and the inward-shrinkage spindle head 97 and the spindle conical hole 101 are shrunk into the inner hole of the high-strength conical hole double-row cylindrical roller bearing 99, so that the overhanging length of the inward-shrinkage spindle head 97 is greatly reduced, and the rigidity of the spindle is improved. The front bearing of the main shaft adopts the conical hole double-row cylindrical roller bearing 99 with high load capacity, so that the main shaft can bear larger load and the working stability and the processing precision are improved.
As shown in fig. 7(b), the spindle head structure of the conventional radial drilling machine mainly includes: the main shaft sleeve 102, the thrust ball bearing 103, the radial ball bearing 104, the overhanging main shaft head 105, the main shaft taper hole 106 and the like have the following specific structures:
the main shaft sleeve 102 and the overhanging main shaft head 105 have the same outer diameter, the main shaft sleeve 102 is matched with the overhanging main shaft head 105 through a thrust ball bearing 103 and a radial ball bearing 104, and a main shaft taper hole 106 is positioned outside the main shaft sleeve 102.
As can be seen from comparison between fig. 7(a) and fig. 7(b), in the spindle of the same specification, the front bearing radial ball bearing 104 and the front journal of the conventional overhanging spindle head 105 are much smaller than the inward-retracting spindle head 97 of the reinforced spindle head of the present invention (see fig. 7 (a)), and the spindle taper hole 106 for mounting a tool is extended forward, so that the overhanging length of the overhanging spindle head 105 is increased, and the cutting rigidity is reduced.
Taking the Z3050 specification as an example, the bearing capacities of the spindle heads used for the two spindles are compared as shown in the following table:
the result shows that the electromechanical integrated unique and innovative radial drilling machine has the characteristics of performance increase, simplified structure, easy manufacture, convenient use, energy conservation and easy operation, and specifically comprises the following steps:
one, whole machine appearance change
The generatrix of the upper side and the lower side of the rocker arm is hyperbolic, and the traditional type is a rising type. See fig. 1. Thirdly, mature small-sized speed reducer technology is adopted
The inner upright post and the outer upright post of the radial drilling machine are clamped and the rocker arm is clamped, the traditional hydraulic clamping structure is complex, the existing small-sized speed reducer technology is adopted, the two parts are clamped, and the radial drilling machine is simple, reliable and easy to manufacture. Fourth, adopt the mature technology of the electromagnetic clutch
(1) The invention adopts four electromagnetic clutches, and the main speed change adopts three electromagnetic clutches for positive and negative rotation, which are respectively: positive rotation, braking and reverse rotation. The working process is as follows: when the forward electromagnetic clutch is switched on to work, the brake and the reverse electromagnetic clutch are switched off. When the command is reverse rotation work, the electromagnetic clutch for forward rotation is powered off, the electromagnetic clutch for brake is powered off after being powered on for 0.3 second, the main shaft can be decelerated and stopped instantly, and the electromagnetic clutch for reverse rotation works to realize reverse rotation. All the electromagnetic clutches are interlocked in one integrated block, the whole action is completed (adjustable) within 0.3-0.5 seconds, and the structure replaces the forward and reverse switching action completed by the original whole hydraulic system, as shown in figure 4.
(2) Drilling, tapping switching and drilling and tapping fixed distance, because the feeding and positive and negative rotation are completed by adopting an electromagnetic clutch, the invention arranges a travel switch on the feeding dial plate, when the main shaft is fed to a preset depth, the set travel switch is collided: when the change-over switch is adjusted to the drilling gear, the feeding electromagnetic clutch is powered off, the spindle stops feeding and retracts manually (the spindle still rotates), and the drilling gear is shown in fig. 4 and 5. And secondly, when the change-over switch is adjusted to a tapping working gear, the three electromagnetic clutches of the main speed change are started immediately, and the main shaft reverses and automatically retracts. The structure not only replaces a complicated mechanical fixed-distance structure of a radial drilling machine for decades, but also has a newly added automatic tapping and returning function.
Improved feeding safety and rocker arm lifting safety device
The two safety devices adopt manual friction plate adjustment, and the structure is simple and reliable, so that the safety device is simple and complex. See fig. 5, 6.
Sixth, adopt the strong type main spindle head structure
The invention adopts an internal shrinkage type powerful spindle head structure to replace the traditional exposed spindle head structure. Because the head part of the main shaft adopts the 3182113 conical hole double-row cylindrical roller bearing, the tool cone tail is retracted into the front bearing, the overhanging length of the main shaft and the tool is reduced, the cutting rigidity of the main shaft is greatly increased, and the processing precision of the machine tool is improved. Making the machine more suitable for use in the mould manufacturing industry and anchor manufacturing, see figure 7.

the spindle gearbox comprises a spindle double-speed motor and a reinforced spindle, the spindle double-speed motor is mounted at the top of the spindle gearbox, the reinforced spindle is mounted at the bottom of the spindle gearbox, a feeding dial, a spindle feeding stroke fixing device, a manual feeding safety device, a stroke fixing switch box and a hand wheel are arranged in front of the spindle gearbox, a gearbox clamping device is arranged on the side face of the spindle gearbox, and the reinforced spindle of the spindle gearbox corresponds to a workbench on the base.

the center part of the rocker arm clamping device is penetrated with a screw rod, a reducing motor, a nut, a sliding block and a guide seat connected with the right rocker arm clamping support, one end of the guide seat is connected with the right rocker arm clamping support, the other end of the guide seat is provided with the sliding block and the nut, one end of the screw rod is connected with the output end of the reducing motor through a connector, and the other end of the screw rod is matched with the nut and the sliding block.
