本发明涉及药品生产制造的技术领域，具体为一种改进的水冷却装置。
背景技术
在药品的生产制造过程中，通常要采用冷水机组对高温水进行降温，由于水质及其其他原因，水在水冷却机组中的列管中流动时，会在列管内产生水垢，影响了冷水机组的冷却效率，通常冷水机组需要重新更换，这样不但会影响正常的生产，而且还需要工厂更多的成本投入。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种改进的水冷却装置，在保证同样的冷却效果的同时，保证了正常的生产，而且降低了工厂的成本投入。
其技术方案是这样的，一种改进的水冷却装置，其包括冷水机组，所述冷水机组包括外壳和列管，所述列管设置在所述外壳内，其特征在于：所述冷水机组上设置有喷淋装置，所述喷淋装置对应所述外壳。
其进一步特征在于：所述喷淋装置包括喷淋管，所述喷淋管上设置有喷淋孔，所述喷淋孔对应所述外壳。
本发明的上述结构中，由于冷水机组上设置有喷淋装置，喷淋装置对应外壳，通过喷淋装置将冷却水对外壳进行喷淋，增加了高温制冷液的散热面积，提高了冷水机组的冷却效率，在保证同样的冷却效果的同时，保证了正常的生产，而且降低了工厂的成本投入。

具体实施方式
见图1，一种改进的水冷却装置，其包括冷水机组1，所冷水机组1包括外壳2和列管3，列管3设置在外壳2内，冷水机组1上设置有喷淋装置4，喷淋装置4包括喷淋管5，喷淋管5上设置有喷淋孔6，喷淋孔6对应外壳2，高温制冷液在壳体内流动，冷却水通过列管流动对高温制冷液进行冷却，当列管内产生水垢，其换热效率降低后，通过喷淋装置将冷却水对外壳进行喷淋，增加了高温制冷液的散热面积，提高了冷水机组的冷却效率，在保证同样的冷却效果的同时，保证了正常的生产，而且降低了工厂的成本投入。

1.一种改进的水冷却装置，其包括冷水机组，所述冷水机组包括外壳和列管，所述列管设置在所述外壳内，其特征在于：所述冷水机组上设置有喷淋装置，所述喷淋装置对应所述外壳；所述喷淋装置包括喷淋管，所述喷淋管对应所述外壳，所述喷淋管上设置有喷淋孔。
