Abstract
本发明涉及一种在金属表面处理过程中对不应
处理部位加以遮蔽而采用的遮蔽材料。现有技术中,
在聚苯乙烯发泡体板材上真空成形的遮盖器具之间,
形成有连续的切线,致使所述遮蔽材料在搬运时极易
折断,本发明所述遮盖器具集合体,其板材上所开设
的切线为断续的,切断部分累计长度占切线总长的
20%-80%,切口和相邻两切口之间未切部分的长度
为0.3-30毫米。这种遮蔽材料既实用,又不会在搬
运过程中折断。
Description
本发明涉及在涂覆、防锈、真空涂敷等表面处理过程中,为了保护某些特定的表面不让它们受到表面处理而采用的一种遮蔽材料。
最近,开始采用对汽车底板的背面涂覆诸如聚氯乙烯溶胶等保护涂料的做法。在涂覆保护涂料时,为了不让所述涂料涂覆在所述底板背面的排水孔、螺孔之类孔部,以及支架、零件安装架等部位,就采用遮蔽材料把这些特定的部位遮盖起来,加以保护。
这样的特定部位,在汽车底板背面有好几百个。对於汽车制造工程那样流水线化的连续工序来说,有那么多个特定部位要保护,则如何提高涂覆前遮蔽材料的安装以及涂覆后遮蔽材料的除去的工作效率,是一个很重要的问题。
最近提出用聚苯乙烯发泡体板材(PSP)来充当上述的遮蔽材料。用聚苯乙烯发泡体板材(PSP)制成的遮蔽材料,重量很轻,便于搬运;又由于其质地坚而脆,利用搭钩之类工具,很容易将其从所安装的特定部位除去;若加热至所述材料软化点温度以上,则材料会迅速膨胀,而后又收缩,极易自然脱落。
这样用聚苯乙烯发泡体板材制成的遮盖器具,与其作成一个一个分散的器具,不如将多个器具整体地作成一个集合体,而在安装时,把上述遮盖器具集合体分割成为一片包含有适当个数的器具的遮蔽材料来使用。这样做,对搬运及选择来说,亦极为便利。
在现有技术中,为了将这种遮盖器具集合体分割成一片包含有适当个数器具的遮蔽材料,在各遮盖器具之间开设切线,使各遮盖器具易于折离。详见已公布实用新型昭62-202385号。
然而,在各个遮盖器具之间开设了切线,产生了材料在搬运过程中容易沿切线断裂的问题。反之,若加大切线部分的强度,则将产生遮盖器具不易折离的缺点。要想做得恰到好处是困难的。
本发明的目的在於解决上述问题。提供一种既不会在搬运过程中发生断裂,而在安装过程中又易於折离的遮盖器具集合体。
本发明所述遮盖器具集合体,是在各遮盖器具之间纵横开设断续的切线,切线可以开设在单面或双面,切口也可以穿透。切口累计长度选择为切线全长的20-80%,或者更合适地选择为30-70%。而切口本身长度以及二切口之间间隔宜选为0.3-30毫米,或者更合适地选为0.5-20毫米。所述切线可以在所述遮盖器具集合体真空成形时同时形成,亦可在真空成形后用冲压机或其它刀具等加工形成。遮盖器具集合体所采用的材料可为聚苯乙烯发泡体板材,所述板材单面或双面粘附有合成树脂薄膜或者纸。
本发明所述遮盖器具集合体,由于设有断续的切线,切口与切口之间的未切部分起到了支持作用,因此强度较高,搬运时不易断裂,但在使用时,仍能正确简便地沿断续切线而折断。能把一个(或一些)遮盖器具从遮盖器具集合体上正确而简便地折离,对於在流水线化的连续工程中安装遮盖器具这道工序来说,是极为重要的。本发明所述遮盖器具集合体,不仅适用于流水线生产,而且经受得起搬运,具有明显的优点。

以下结合附图,详细说明本发明所述遮盖器具集合体。
图1至图5为本发明的第一实施例。图中(1)为聚苯乙烯发泡体板材,所述板材(1)上纵横开设有断续的切线(2)。这样,纵横断续切线(2)包围的是单个的遮盖器具,由多数个遮盖器具连在一起,组成了遮盖器具集合体(4)。如图2所示,所述断续切线(2),可以是在两面开设的切口或槽沟,或者仅是在单面开设的切口或槽沟,也可以是穿透的切口或槽沟,或者具有针孔状。为了达到搬运时不易断裂而使用时操作员能用手正确地、便利地折断的目的,断续切线的切口部分累计长度应为切线全长的20%-80%,或者更合适地为30%-70%。另外,切线的切口部分以及切口与切口之间的未切部分的长度,应选为0.3毫米-30毫米,或者更合适地选为0.5毫米-20毫米。此外,所述切线部分可以在遮盖器具集合体真空成形时同时形成,也可以在真空成形后,采用通常的冲压机或刀具等加工而形成。
在遮盖器具集合体(4)的一个侧面上,全面地或部分地覆盖有粘附剂涂层(5),所述粘附剂涂层(5),在保管或搬运所述遮蔽材料时,由聚乙烯薄膜之类脱模性薄层或脱模纸进行保护。上述粘附剂涂层(5),可以在所述遮盖器具集合体(4)上的切线(2)形成之后再进行涂覆,也可以先向所述遮盖器具集合体(4)涂覆粘附剂涂层(5)之后再开设切线(2)。
参见图3至图5,根据被处理面(7)(例如汽车底板的背面)上必须遮蔽的部位(8)的大小,从上述遮盖器具集合体(4)沿所述断续切线(2),折下例如2×2=4个单位遮盖器具,获得片状遮蔽材料(9)。在此过程中,板材(1)必须能沿断续切线(2)正确地、容易地折断。不论如何,对于流水线化的连续遮蔽工序来说,迅速地折断遮蔽材料,正确地取得所需尺寸大小的一块遮蔽材料(9),是必要的。如果在折断时,不能沿断续切线(2)而正确地折断,那么就不可能获得一块尺寸和形状与需要加以遮蔽的部位相应的遮蔽材料(9)。这块被折断的遮蔽材料(9),如图3所示,通过粘附剂涂层(5)而被贴在需要加以遮蔽的部位(8)。然后,向被处理面(7)喷涂例如聚氯乙烯溶胶之类涂料,形成图4所示涂膜(10)。此后,若将所述遮蔽材料(9)除去,就如图5所示那样,在被处理面(7)的特定部位并无涂膜(10)形成。另外,在本实施例中,可以不必事先将遮盖器具集合体折为应贴附的最小单位,而在使用时,一边贴附,一边用手顺次折断。
图6-图14所示为本发明第二实施例。在图中,聚苯乙烯发泡体板材(11)上,开设有和第一实施例相同的断续切线(12)。由所述切线(12)所包围的单位遮盖器具(13)上,在真空成形过程中,形成有半球状凸起部(13A),这样,构成了遮盖器具集合体(14)。
和第一实施例相同,可以按照被处理面(17)上必需遮蔽部分(18)的大小,从上述遮盖器具集合体(14)上折下合适的片材。例如图7所示,仅仅折下一个单位遮盖器具(13),来充当遮蔽片材(19)。通过在所述遮蔽片材(19)上和形成有凸起部(13A)的一侧相反的另一侧上所形成的粘附剂涂层(15),将所述片材(19)贴在被处理面(17)上。此后,和第一实施例相同,进行表面处理,形成涂膜(20)。在涂膜(20)形成后,只要用搭钩之类工具(16)刺入凸起部(13A),就很容易将该单位遮盖器具(13)除去。本实施例中,从遮盖器具集合体(14)上折下来的遮蔽片材(19),还有其它用法:可以如图9所示那样,将凸起部(13A)插入表面处理面(17)上的孔部(17A)内,对该孔部(17A)加以遮蔽;或者也可以如图10所示那样,用该凸起部(13A)罩住表面处理面(17)上的凸部(17B),把所述凸部(17B)遮蔽起来。另外,当表面处理面(17)上并列地开设有两个孔部(17A),或者并列地设有两个凸部(17B)时,可如图11或图12所示那样,采用由多个单位遮盖器具(13)所构成的遮蔽片材(19),将所述并列的孔部(17A)或凸部(17B)整体地加以遮蔽。
此外,本实施例所述单位遮盖器具(13)上所形成的凸起部(13A),也可以做成图13所示那样的四方箱状凸起部(13B),或者图14所示那样的三角形状凸起部(13C),或做成其它任意形状。
图15及图16为第三实施例。在图中,聚苯乙烯发泡体板材(21)上同样开设有纵横的断续切线(22)。由所述断续切线(22)所包围的单位遮盖器具(23),在真空成形时形成有半球状凸起部(23A),而且每一个凸起部(23A)周围形成有四个肋条(23B),就这样构成了遮盖器具集合体(24)。
由本实施例所述的遮盖器具集合体(24)折断而得的遮蔽片材(29),可以和第二实施例中图9所示一样地使用,亦即如图16所示,将凸起部(23A)插入表面处理面(27)上的孔部(27A)内,对所述孔部(27A)加以遮蔽。这时,由于凸起部(23A)上的肋条(23B)弹性地卡住在孔部(27A)的内壁上,即使在振动激烈的流水线工序中,亦能防止遮蔽片材错位或脱落。
图17及图18为第四实施例。本实施例中,把第三实施例中的肋条(33B)设于凸起部(33A)的内侧。
本实施例中的遮蔽片材(39),可以和第二实施例中图10所示一样地使用,亦即如图17、图18所示,用凸起部(33A)罩住表面处理面(37)上的凸部(37A),对该凸部(37A)加以遮蔽。和第三实施例一样,由于肋条(33B)弹性地卡住在凸部(37A)上,因此能防止片材错位或脱落。
图19及图20为第五实施例。本实施例中,聚苯乙烯发泡体板材(41)上,开设有和第一实施例相同的断续切线(42),由所述切线(42)所包围的每一个单位遮盖器具(43),在真空成形时形成有四个凸起部(43A),这样地构成了遮盖器具集合体(44)。此外,在所述凸起部(43A)上,形成有粘附剂涂层(45)。
上述遮盖器具集合体(44),可以和第一第二实施例所述相同地使用,即按照被处理面(47)上的必需遮蔽的部位(48)的大小,折下合适的遮蔽片材(49),然后如图20所示,利用设于凸起部(43A)上的粘附剂涂层(45),将所述片材(49)贴住。在用所述遮蔽片材(49)对必需遮蔽的部位(48)加以遮蔽之后,进行表面处理,形成涂膜(50),此后,用搭钩之类工具将该遮蔽片材(49)除去。由于片材(49)仅仅通过凸起部(43A)部分地贴住在所述部位(48)上,因此易于将其除去。
Claims (2)
1、一种遮盖器具集合体,包括一块聚苯乙烯发泡体板材,所述板材上开设有纵横切线,所述切线包围着一个或多个真空成形的遮盖器具,在所述板材或真空成形的遮盖器具上的合适部位形成有粘附剂涂层,其特徵在于,所述切线是由一些断续的切口或槽沟所构成的,所述断续切口或槽沟开设在所述聚苯乙烯发泡体板材的单面或双面,亦可穿透,或具有针孔状,且所述断续切口或槽沟的累计长度占切线全长的20%-80%。
2、如权利要求1所述遮盖器具集合体,其特徵在于,所述切口或槽沟以及相邻二切口或槽沟之间未切部分的长度,取为0.3毫米-30毫米。
