本发明公开了一种防腐木塑复合型材,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:聚乙烯树脂粒子30-40、木质纤维50-60、聚乙二醇4002-3、2,6-二甲基苯硼酸1-2、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯3-4、氢氧化铝1-2、聚酰胺蜡微粉2-3、改性增塑剂3-4;本发明的木塑复合型材具有很好的力学性能、持续的耐菌蚀和防腐性能,应用广泛,使用寿命长。

技术领域
    本发明主要涉及一种复合型材,尤其涉及一种防腐木塑复合型材。
背景技术
木塑复合材料内含塑料和纤维,因此,具有同木材相类似的加工性能,可锯、可钉、可刨,使用木工器具即可完成,且握钉力明显优于其他合成材料。机械性能优于木质材料。握钉力一般是木材的3倍,是刨花板的5倍。
木塑复合材料内含塑料,因而具有较好的弹性模量。此外,由于内含纤维并经与塑料充分混合,因而具有与硬木相当的抗压、抗弯曲等物理机械性能,并且其耐用性明显优于普通木质材料。表面硬度高,一般是木材的2——5倍。
木塑材料及其产品与木材相比,可抗强酸碱、耐水、耐腐蚀,并且不繁殖细菌,不易被虫蛀、不长真菌。使用寿命长,可达50年以上。
通过助剂,塑料可以发生聚合、发泡、固化、改性等改变,从而改变木塑材料的密度、强度等特性,还可以达到抗老化、防静电、阻燃等特殊要求。
具有紫外线光稳定性、着色性良好。其最大优点就是变废为宝,并可100%回收再生产。
可以分解,不会造成“白色污染”,是真正的绿色环保产品。
原料来源广泛,生产木塑复合材料的塑料原料主要是高密度聚乙烯或聚丙烯,木质纤维可以是木粉、谷糠或木纤维,另外还需要少量添加剂和其他加工助剂。还可以根据需要,制成任意形状和尺寸大小。
发明内容
本发明目的就是提供一种防腐木塑复合型材。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防腐木塑复合型材,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯树脂粒子30-40、木质纤维50-60、聚乙二醇400 2-3、2,6-二甲基苯硼酸1-2、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯3-4、氢氧化铝1-2、聚酰胺蜡微粉2-3、改性增塑剂3-4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
地沟油30-40、邻苯二甲酸酯20-30、蓖麻油5-6、霍霍巴油2-3、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、纳米氮化铝粉0.2-0.3、萜烯树脂1-2、过氧化二叔丁基0.1-0.2、异辛酸0.1-0.2;
将上述萜烯树脂加热到80-100℃,保温10-15分钟,降低温度为50-60℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,搅拌分散3-5分钟,依次加入邻苯二甲酸酯、地沟油、蓖麻油、霍霍巴油,添加完毕后,升高温度为90-100℃,充分搅拌,加入纳米氮化铝粉、异辛酸,继续升高温度为105-110℃,滴加过氧化二叔丁基,搅拌反应1-2小时,冷却至常温,即得所述改性增塑剂。
一种防腐木塑复合型材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述木质纤维和2,6-二甲基苯硼酸在50-70℃下预混,混合均匀后加入聚乙二醇400、聚酰胺蜡微粉,在90-100℃下搅拌分散2-3分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混挤出,成型,即得所述防腐木塑复合型材。
本发明的优点是:
    本发明的木塑复合型材具有很好的力学性能、持续的耐菌蚀和防腐性能,应用广泛,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种防腐木塑复合型材,它是由下述重量份(公斤)的原料组成的:
聚乙烯树脂粒子40、木质纤维60、聚乙二醇400 2、2,6-二甲基苯硼酸2、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯3、氢氧化铝1、聚酰胺蜡微粉3、改性增塑剂4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
地沟油40、邻苯二甲酸酯30、蓖麻油6、霍霍巴油3、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1、纳米氮化铝粉0.3、萜烯树脂2、过氧化二叔丁基0.2、异辛酸0.2;
将上述萜烯树脂加热到100℃,保温15分钟,降低温度为60℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,搅拌分散3分钟,依次加入邻苯二甲酸酯、地沟油、蓖麻油、霍霍巴油,添加完毕后,升高温度为100℃,充分搅拌,加入纳米氮化铝粉、异辛酸,继续升高温度为110℃,滴加过氧化二叔丁基,搅拌反应1小时,冷却至常温,即得所述改性增塑剂。
一种防腐木塑复合型材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将上述木质纤维和2,6-二甲基苯硼酸在70℃下预混,混合均匀后加入聚乙二醇400、聚酰胺蜡微粉,在100℃下搅拌分散3分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混挤出,成型,即得所述防腐木塑复合型材。
性能测试:
抗弯强度(MPa):24.2;
6个月户外环境测试(湿度65-70%RH,温度25-30℃),表面无明显色泽和形貌变化,没有霉菌斑。

1.一种防腐木塑复合型材,其特征在于它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
聚乙烯树脂粒子30-40、木质纤维50-60、聚乙二醇400 2-3、2,6-二甲基苯硼酸1-2、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯3-4、氢氧化铝1-2、聚酰胺蜡微粉2-3、改性增塑剂3-4;
所述的改性增塑剂是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
地沟油30-40、邻苯二甲酸酯20-30、蓖麻油5-6、霍霍巴油2-3、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1-2、纳米氮化铝粉0.2-0.3、萜烯树脂1-2、过氧化二叔丁基0.1-0.2、异辛酸0.1-0.2;
将上述萜烯树脂加热到80-100℃,保温10-15分钟,降低温度为50-60℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,搅拌分散3-5分钟,依次加入邻苯二甲酸酯、地沟油、蓖麻油、霍霍巴油,添加完毕后,升高温度为90-100℃,充分搅拌,加入纳米氮化铝粉、异辛酸,继续升高温度为105-110℃,滴加过氧化二叔丁基,搅拌反应1-2小时,冷却至常温,即得所述改性增塑剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的防腐木塑复合型材的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将上述木质纤维和2,6-二甲基苯硼酸在50-70℃下预混,混合均匀后加入聚乙二醇400、聚酰胺蜡微粉,在90-100℃下搅拌分散2-3分钟,冷却至常温,加入剩余各原料,通过双螺杆挤出机熔融共混挤出,成型,即得所述防腐木塑复合型材。
