Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗头痛的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗偏头痛的药物。
背景技术
偏头痛是临床上最常见的头痛类型之一，发患者数众多，且多为女性，严重影响着患者的正常工作和生活。偏头痛以反复发作的搏动性头痛为主要特征，大约2/3的患者为一侧头痛，也可为双侧头痛，有时疼痛可放射至上颈部及肩部，头痛持续4-72h，甚至更久。偏头痛发作时可伴有内脏植物神经功能障碍，如出现恶心、呕吐、面色苍白、出汗、畏光等症状。甚至于直到患者出现了恶心、呕吐以及在安静、黑暗环境内或睡眠后才能使偏头痛有所缓解。本病的病因及发病机制较为复杂，目前仍处于讨论之中,具体的病因包括:患者体内激素变化及食物、药物、天气、运动、睡眠及周围环境、生活习惯、精神、情绪等诸多因素。近年来，随着医务水平的不断提高,发现患者的颅内劫、静脉血管畸形以及占位性病变,均可诱发偏头痛的发作。偏头痛不仅影响患者身体健康，还会影响患者的心理健康以及患者的工作和生活质量。 现有治疗偏头痛的药物多为西药类，副作用大且易形成药物依赖，发挥中医药的优势，从根本上达到标本兼治偏头痛的目的是医药工作者研究的问题。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下：一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，由以下重量份的药物制备而成：天麻10份、防风8份、川芎10份、当归15份、 黄芪8份、 白芷10 份、葛根10份、 白芍10份、 全蝎10份、桃仁12份、 柴胡6份、 钩藤 8份、生地10份、 甘草5份。
煎药时先将药物用冷水浸泡３０分钟后煎煮，首次水沸后文火煎３０分钟，二煎沸后文火煎２０分钟，合并滤液备用，每日一剂，混匀分次温服，一周为一个疗程，连用２～３个疗程。
临床资料.
选择我院神经科门诊和住院的偏头痛患者共200 人，其中男38 人，女 162 人，年龄 1 2 ~ 6 0 岁，平均 3 5 .5 岁，均符合 1 9 9 8 年国际头痛协会的偏头痛诊断标准
疗效判定
疗效评定标准参照中药新药治疗头痛的临床研究指导原则评定疗效。疼痛强度参照 1 9 9 8 年国际头痛协会标准：Ⅰ级：不痛；Ⅱ级：轻度疼痛，但不影响活动；Ⅲ级：中度疼痛，但不停止活动；Ⅳ级：重度疼痛，不能活动。临床痊愈：头痛及伴随症状消失；显效：疼痛程度减轻 2 级，伴随症状减轻，或发作次数，或疼痛持续时间减少 2 /3 以上；有效：疼痛强度减轻 1 级或发作间隔时间延长，或头痛持续时间缩短不足 2 /3 ；无效：疼痛程度减轻不足 1 级，或头痛持续时间缩短不足 1 /3 ，或疼痛加重且持续时间延长。
结果
治疗后200例中，临床痊愈87例，显效79例，有效16例，总有效率91%。
从以上临床资料可以看出，本发明对偏头痛有显著的疗效，可以用于临床使用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
按 以下重量份称取药物：天麻10份、防风8份、川芎10份、当归15份、 黄芪8份、 白芷10 份、葛根10份、 白芍10份、 全蝎10份、桃仁12份、 柴胡6份、 钩藤 8份、生地10份、 甘草5份，先将药物用冷水浸泡３０分钟后煎煮，首次水沸后文火煎３０分钟，二煎沸后文火煎２０分钟，合并滤液备用，每日一剂，混匀分次温服，一周为一个疗程，连用２～３个疗程。
