本发明为一种能够附着在合成纤维织物表面,提 高合成纤维织物表面亲水性能,增加织物导电率的抗 静电防尘灵,其成分重量百分比为:蓖麻油聚乙烯醚 35~40%、脂肪醇聚氧乙燃醚7~11%、月桂酸酰二 乙醇胺7~11%、硬脂酸聚氧乙燃醚40~45%加蒸 馏水。用该抗静电防尘灵处理过的合成纤维织物抗 静电性能达到纯棉织物的抗静电性能。

Description

本发明属于精细化工产品抗静电材料。
众所周知,合成纤维织物易产生静电,原因是合成纤维织物本身的化学结构决定了它们的吸湿性差和导电性能差,在服用过程中,因织物与织物、织物与人体、织物与空气等的摩擦,造成电荷在织物表面的转移和积累,出现静电吸尘现象。这种现象服用者产生反感而不喜爱服用合成纤维织物。至今还没有一种理想的抗静电防尘剂,可有效解决合成纤维织物的静电防尘问题。
本发明的目的是提供一种能附着在合成纤维织物表面,提高合成纤维织物表面亲水性能,增加织物导电率而能防尘的抗静电防尘灵。经该抗静电防尘灵处理过的合成纤维织物的静电性能达到纯棉织物的静电性能。
本发明抗静电防尘灵是由阳离子型、非离子型表面的活性剂、水、香精复配而成,其具体配方由蓖蔴油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酸酰二乙醇胺和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚组成原液,然后加水稀释,搅匀并加热,最后加入香精。
原液各组分重量百分比为:蓖蔴油聚乙烯醚35~40%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7~11%、月桂酸酰二乙醇胺7~11%、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚40~45%。
原液可用蒸馏水在容器内稀释至25%,搅拌均匀并加热至70℃,最后加入香精,即为抗静电防尘灵。
抗静电防尘灵是淡黄色透明液体,比重为:D20 4≈1,PH值为中性,有效成份≥25%,水溶性良好,稳定性(室温下)保持6个月以上无变化,耐热性能良好,温度达160℃时无结焦现象,耐硬水,价格低,配制简便。
经抗静电防尘灵处理的涤纶、晴纶、锦纶、丙纶、纯毛等织物静电性能测试达到纯棉织物的静电性能水平,其效果不服用时可保持一个月以上,服用则保持两周左右。抗静电防尘灵对织物服用性能无不良影响,测试结果说明织物的断裂强力、皂洗牢度、柔软度、熨烫牢度均与未处理的织物为同级水平。对人体皮肤无刺激性、无毒,经5000人次试用无皮肤过敏现象。
本发明最佳实施例如下:
在容器中放入蓖蔴油聚氧乙烯醚40%、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚8%、月桂酸酰二乙醇胺7%、硬脂酸聚乙烯醚45%混合,用蒸馏水稀释至25%,搅拌均匀加热至70℃,最后加入香精使其具有香味,使用时取抗静电防尘灵0.4~1.0%(织物重量)浸渍织物,使抗静电表面活性剂在织物表面附着层达到10 以上的厚度为宜,即可达到上述的抗静电防尘效果。

Claims (3)

1、一种抗静电防尘灵,其特征在于所说的抗静电防尘灵由蓖蔴油聚乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、月桂酸酰二乙醇胺、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚组成原液加水配成。
2、如权利要求1所述抗静电防尘灵,其特征在于原液中各组分重量百分比为:
蓖蔴油聚乙烯醚  35~40%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚  7~11%
月桂酸酰二乙醇胺  7~11%
硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚  40~45%
3、如权利要求2所述抗静电防尘灵,其特征在于原液由蓖蔴油聚乙烯醚40%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚8%、月桂酸酰二乙醇胺7%、硬脂酸聚氧乙烯醚45%组成,用蒸馏水稀释至25%,搅拌均匀加热至70℃,最后加入香精。
