Abstract
本发明公开了一种冷暖型空调器,包括:压缩机、四通阀、室外换热器、电控散热器、第一节流元件、室内换热器和第一单向阀。电控散热器具有冷媒通道,冷媒通道的一端与室外换热器相连。第一节流元件与冷媒通道的另一端相连。第一单向阀分别与室外换热器和第一节流元件相连,第一单向阀在从第一节流元件到室外换热器的方向上单向导通。根据本发明实施例的冷暖型空调器,在制冷循环时,不仅可保证对电控模块起到很好的降温作用,同时还可解决凝露水影响电控模块可靠性的问题。在制热循环时,可防止低温制冷剂将电控模块的温度降的过低,可保证冷暖型空调器制热运行时电控模块的可靠性。

[0002]随着空调技术的发展,变频空调在行业内得到了普遍的应用,但变频空调器的室外电控控制系统中,电控模块发热大,在高温环境中限制了压缩机高频运行。当前大部分使用的电控散热方式,多为金属散热片通过空气对流进行散热,但在室外高温环境下,该散热方式散热较差,通常做法是通过降低压缩机运转频率而降低电控模块发热来保证空调器正常运行,从而极大的影响了变频空调在室外使用环境较高的情况下的制冷效果,影响用户使用舒适性。
发明内容
[0003]本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种冷暖型空调器,该冷暖型空调器不仅可保证对电控模块起到很好的降温作用,同时还可解决凝露水影响电控模块可靠性的问题。

[0031] 冷暖型空调器100处于制热运行时,此时四通阀2中的第一阀口 a和第四阀口 d导通,第二阀口 b和第三阀口 c导通,如图1中的虚线箭头所示,从压缩机I的排气口 10排出的制冷剂通过四通阀2排入到室内换热器6中,制冷剂在室内换热器6中冷凝散热以对使用房间进行放热升温,从室内换热器6排出的制冷剂进入到第一节流元件5中进行节流。此时由于第一单向阀7在从第一节流元件5到室外换热器3的另一端的方向上单向导通,且由于第一单向阀7中的流体阻力小于电控散热器4中的流体阻力,从第一节流元件5排出的制冷剂大部分通过第一单向阀7进入到室外换热器3中,流入到室外换热器3中的制冷剂进行蒸发吸热以降低室外环境温度,之后制冷剂依次通过四通阀2和吸气口 11排回到压缩机I内,完成制热循环。
[0032]在冷暖型空调器100处于制热运行时,室外环境温度较低,此时制热循环中只有很少制冷剂或者是无制冷剂经过电控散热器4,防止低温制冷剂将电控模块的温度降的过低,可保证冷暖型空调器100制热运行时电控模块的可靠性。

[0036]根据本发明的一些实施例,如图2和图3所示,电控散热器4包括:散热壳41和中空的金属管42,其中,散热壳41内设有盛放槽412。金属管42设在盛放槽412内,也就是说,金属管42是设在散热壳41内,金属管42内限定出冷媒通道40,可选地,金属管42为铜管或者是铝管。从而使得电控散热器4的结构简单。在本发明的另一些实施例中,盛放槽412可设在散热壳41的外表面上,即此时金属管42是嵌入在散热壳41的外表面上。在本发明的一些具体示例中,如图2和图3所示,金属管42形成为“U”形管,盛放槽412形成为“U”形槽。当然本发明不限于此,金属管42和盛放槽412还可形成为其他形状,例如金属管42可以蜿蜒延伸地设在盛放槽412内。同时散热壳41的形状不做具体的限定,在图1-图3的示例中,散热壳41形成为长方形形状。

Claims (10)
1.一种冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,包括: 压缩机,所述压缩机具有排气口和吸气口; 四通阀,所述四通阀包括第一至第四阀口,所述第一阀口与所述排气口相连,所述第二阀口与所述吸气口相连; 室外换热器,所述室外换热器的一端与所述第三阀口相连; 电控散热器,所述电控散热器具有冷媒通道,所述冷媒通道的一端与所述室外换热器的另一端相连; 第一节流元件,所述第一节流元件与所述冷媒通道的另一端相连; 室内换热器,所述室内换热器的两端分别与所述第一节流元件和所述第四阀口相连; 第一单向阀,所述第一单向阀分别与所述室外换热器的所述另一端和所述第一节流元件相连,所述第一单向阀在从所述第一节流元件到所述室外换热器的所述另一端的方向上单向导通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,还包括第二节流元件,所述第二节流元件串联在所述室外换热器的所述另一端和所述电控散热器之间,所述第二节流元件用于对进入所述电控散热器的制冷剂节流降压。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,还包括第二单向阀,所述第二单向阀串联在所述室外换热器的所述另一端和所述电控散热器之间,所述第二单向阀在从所述室外换热器的所述另一端到所述电控散热器的方向上单向导通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,所述电控散热器包括: 散热壳,所述散热壳内设有盛放槽; 中空的金属管,所述金属管设在所述盛放槽内,所述金属管内限定出所述冷媒通道。
5.根据权利要求4所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,所述散热壳包括: 散热基,所述散热基上设有第一凹槽; 盖板,所述盖板上设有第二凹槽,所述盖板设在所述散热基上,所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽配合以限定出所述盛放槽。
6.根据权利要求4所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,所述金属管形成为“U”形管。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,所述盛放槽形成为“U”形槽。
8.根据权利要求4所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,所述金属管为铜管。
9.根据权利要求2所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,所述第二节流元件为毛细管。
10.根据权利要求1所述的冷暖型空调器,其特征在于,所述第一节流元件为毛细管。
