本发明公开了一种余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉,该余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉中多喷淋孔喷出的水流与多个排烟孔排除的烟气垂直交叉,水流吸收烟气中的余热和灰尘后进入余热回收水套内,然后通过过滤套将灰尘过滤掉,水流进入过渡水箱,然后通过连接管进入加热水套,保证加热水套的水位在二次点火口附近,在燃气燃烧器的加热下即可得到高温蒸汽。燃气燃烧器产生的高温尾气通过连接管之间的通烟道、集烟室、排烟孔进入余热回收水套,热量和灰尘被吸收后经排烟口排出,排除的尾气不含烟尘和一氧化碳等有害物,温度接近常温,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锅炉,特别是一种余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉。
背景技术
现有锅炉大多存在不同程度的缺点,如使用能耗大,热效率低,使用成本高,污染大,维修困难。大多由于换热面积小,使许多热量排出炉外,造成能源浪费。由于炉内的燃料燃烧不充分,造成烟囱冒黑烟,污染环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构合理、升温速度快、热效率高的余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉,包括顶部自内而外依次用保温层包裹的燃气燃烧器、环形蒸汽箱和环形进水箱,还包括底部的过渡水箱,所述环形进水箱的底部设有多个喷淋孔,且环形进水箱下方设置余热回收水套,余热回收水套底部与过渡水箱之间设置有过滤套,过渡水箱通过多个连接管连接加热水套,加热水套顶部连接环形蒸汽箱;多个连接管之间形成通烟道,过滤套顶部为余热回收水套的保温内套,保温内套与加热水套之间形成集烟室,保温内套上部设有多个排烟孔,余热回收水套的保温外套上部设有排烟口。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加热水套的中部设有二次点火口,用于点燃集烟室内未燃烧的燃气。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述余热回收水套的保温外套下部设有排污口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉中多喷淋孔喷出的水流与多个排烟孔排除的烟气垂直交叉,水流吸收烟气中的余热和灰尘后进入余热回收水套内,然后通过过滤套将灰尘过滤掉,水流进入过渡水箱,然后通过连接管进入加热水套,保证加热水套的水位在二次点火口附近,在燃气燃烧器的加热下即可得到高温蒸汽。燃气燃烧器产生的高温尾气通过连接管之间的通烟道、集烟室、排烟孔进入余热回收水套,热量和灰尘被吸收后经排烟口排出,排除的尾气不含烟尘和一氧化碳等有害物,温度接近常温,节能环保。

请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉,包括顶部自内而外依次用保温层5包裹的燃气燃烧器3、环形蒸汽箱2和环形进水箱1,还包括底部的过渡水箱11,所述环形进水箱1的底部设有多个喷淋孔15,且环形进水箱1下方设置余热回收水套8,余热回收水套8底部与过渡水箱11之间设置有过滤套12,过渡水箱11通过多个连接管10连接加热水套4,加热水套4顶部连接环形蒸汽箱2;多个连接管10之间形成通烟道,过滤套12顶部为余热回收水套8的保温内套9,保温内套9与加热水套4之间形成集烟室,保温内套9上部设有多个排烟孔6,余热回收水套8的保温外套上部设有排烟口7。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述加热水套4的中部设有二次点火口14,用于点燃集烟室内未燃烧的燃气。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述余热回收水套8的保温外套下部设有排污口13。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明中多喷淋孔15喷出的水流与多个排烟孔6排除的烟气垂直交叉,水流吸收烟气中的余热和灰尘后进入余热回收水套8内,然后通过过滤套12将灰尘过滤掉,水流进入过渡水箱11,然后通过连接管10进入加热水套4,保证加热水套4的水位在二次点火口14附近,在燃气燃烧器3的加热下即可得到高温蒸汽。燃气燃烧器3产生的高温尾气通过连接管10之间的通烟道、集烟室、排烟孔6进入余热回收水套8,热量和灰尘被吸收后经排烟口7排出,排除的尾气不含烟尘和一氧化碳等有害物,温度接近常温,节能环保。

1.一种余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉,其特征在于,包括顶部自内而外依次用保温层(5)包裹的燃气燃烧器(3)、环形蒸汽箱(2)和环形进水箱(1),还包括底部的过渡水箱(11),所述环形进水箱(1)的底部设有多个喷淋孔(15),且环形进水箱(1)下方设置余热回收水套(8),余热回收水套(8)底部与过渡水箱(11)之间设置有过滤套(12),过渡水箱(11)通过多个连接管(10)连接加热水套(4),加热水套(4)顶部连接环形蒸汽箱(2);多个连接管(10)之间形成通烟道,过滤套(12)顶部为余热回收水套(8)的保温内套(9),保温内套(9)与加热水套(4)之间形成集烟室,保温内套(9)上部设有多个排烟孔(6),余热回收水套(8)的保温外套上部设有排烟口(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的余热回收无尘蒸汽锅炉,其特征在于,所述加热水套(4)的中部设有二次点火口(14)。
