本发明涉及物料输送设备技术领域，具体涉及一种自行式物料出仓机。
背景技术
粮食是指烹饪食品中，作为主食的各种植物种子总称，也可概括称为“谷物”。粮食有基本是属于禾本科植物，所含营养物质主要为糖类，其次是蛋白质。2012年11月底，根据国家统计局的公布，全年我国粮食总产量实现58957万吨，同比增产1836万吨，同比增长3.2%，实现了连续9年增产，其主要原因在于高产粮食作物的种植面积增加。据统计，全年因单产提高而增产的粮食约为1478万吨，因播种面积增加而增产的粮食为358万吨。因此，各种粮食加工设备应当与时俱进，适应现代化粮食加工的需要，以降低工人劳动量、提高粮食加工品质、提高工作效率为目标。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简单，工作效率高的自行式物料出仓机。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种自行式物料出仓机，包括喂料机构、与喂料机构连接的输送机构以及与输送机构连接的调节机构；
所述喂料机构包括一具有输送能力的输送通道，所述输送通道底部安装有行走轮及行走方向轮，所述输送通道前端为喂料端，所述喂料端安装有头部改向滚筒，所述输送通道上部设有操作台，在操作台一侧设有座椅，所述输送通道底部设有喂料升降装置，所述喂料升降装置连接有喂料高度调节踏板，在所述喂料通道后部设有喂料驱动电机及出料口，所述喂料驱动电机连接有喂料驱动滚；
所述输送机构包括一输送外架，所述输送外架连接有输送伸缩架，所述输送伸缩架前端位于出料口下方设有接料斗，所述接料斗下方设有输送改向滚，所述输送伸缩架前端底部通过旋转轴连接有万向轮，所述旋转轴通过喂料、输送连接轴与行走方向轮连接，所述输送外架后端设有输送驱动滚，用于输送出料，所述输送驱动滚连接有输送驱动电机，所述输送外架底部通过行走轮支撑连接有输送行走轮；
所述调节机构包括一旋转底盘，所述旋转底盘上通过旋转导轮连接有升降支撑架，所述升降支撑架一端连接至输送行走轮，所述升降支撑架与行走轮支撑之间连接有升降油缸。
所述升降油缸端部通过升降油缸支撑连接在行走轮支撑上。
所述输送通道前端上部设有一限位挡板。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明具有结构简单，设计新颖，便于移动，喂料范围广，适应性强，实用性好。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体图示，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1所示，一种自行式物料出仓机，包括喂料机构、与喂料机构连接的输送机构以及与输送机构连接的调节机构；
喂料机构包括一具有输送能力的输送通道4，输送通道4底部安装有行走轮5及行走方向轮11，输送通道4前端为喂料端1，喂料端1安装有头部改向滚筒2，输送通道4上部设有操作台8，在操作台8一侧设有座椅9，输送通道4底部设有喂料升降装置7，喂料升降装置7连接有喂料高度调节踏板6，在喂料通道4后部设有喂料驱动电机10及出料口，喂料驱动电机10连接有喂料驱动滚13，输送通道4前端上部设有一限位挡板3。
输送机构包括一输送外架19，输送外架19连接有输送伸缩架18，输送伸缩架18前端位于出料口下方设有接料斗15，接料斗15下方设有输送改向滚12，输送伸缩架18前端底部通过旋转轴16连接有万向轮17，旋转轴16通过喂料、输送连接轴14与行走方向轮11连接，通过这种设计很好的调整喂料范围，增加喂料区域，如图2，A区域便是喂料范围，输送外架19后端设有输送驱动滚27，用于输送出料，输送驱动滚27连接有输送驱动电机26，输送外架19底部通过行走轮支撑21连接有输送行走轮20；
调节机构包括一旋转底盘28，旋转底盘28上通过旋转导轮25连接有升降支撑架24，升降支撑架24一端连接至输送行走轮20，升降支撑架24与行走轮支撑21之间连接有升降油缸23，升降油缸23端部通过升降油缸支撑22连接在行走轮支撑21上，可以调整输送机构的出料范围，即有不同的落点，如图2，其中B的范围，便是出料范围。

所述输送机构包括一输送外架，所述输送外架连接有输送伸缩架，所述输送外架后端设有输送驱动滚，用于输送出料，所述输送驱动滚连接有输送驱动电机，所述输送外架底部通过行走轮支撑连接有输送行走轮；其特征在于：
所述输送伸缩架前端位于出料口下方设有接料斗，所述接料斗下方设有输送改向滚，所述输送伸缩架前端底部通过旋转轴连接有万向轮，所述旋转轴通过喂料、输送连接轴与行走方向轮连接，
所述调节机构包括一旋转底盘，所述旋转底盘上通过旋转导轮连接有升降支撑架，所述升降支撑架一端连接至输送行走轮，所述升降支撑架与行走轮支撑之间连接有升降油缸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自行式物料出仓机，其特征在于：所述升降油缸端部通过升降油缸支撑连接在行走轮支撑上。
