Abstract

本发明一种组合式滤气片排气系统的蓄电池,属于免维护双层盖式铅酸蓄电池技术领域。它主要是解决现有蓄电池排气系统存在排气不够通畅,阻酸效果不够良好的问题。它的主要特征是:包括极板以及由壳体、排气盖和大盖构成的外壳,大盖和排气盖之间的空间构成电池的阻酸回流迷宫结构,迷宫结构的末端与蓄电池外界相通的部分是排气系统;所述的排气系统通过与其他部分隔开的隔墙形成气体通道;该气体通道内设有两个按气流方向成串联方式分布的第一滤气片和第二滤气片。本发明具有排气通畅并且阻酸效果良好的特点,主要用于免维护铅酸蓄电池的排气过滤。

技术领域
本发明型属于免维护双层盖式铅酸蓄电池技术领域,具体涉及一种具有组合式滤气片排气系统的蓄电池。
背景技术
免维护铅酸蓄电池由极板以及由壳体、大盖、排气盖构成电池的外壳构成,一般在大盖和排气盖间的空间构成电池的阻酸回流迷宫结构,迷宫结构的末端与蓄电池外界相通的部分是排气系统,一般这个系统是由滤气片构成。其不足之处是排气不够通畅,阻酸效果不够良好。现在需要设计一种双滤气片排气通畅的排气系统。
发明内容
本发明型的目的就是针对上述不足之处而提供一种排气通畅并且阻酸效果良好的组合式滤气片排气系统的免维护铅酸蓄电池。
本发明型的技术解决方案是:一种组合式滤气片排气系统的蓄电池,包括极板以及由壳体、排气盖和大盖构成的外壳,大盖和排气盖之间的空间构成电池的阻酸回流迷宫结构,迷宫结构的末端与蓄电池外界相通的部分是排气系统,其特征是:所述的排气系统通过与其他部分隔开的隔墙形成气体通道;该气体通道内设有两个按气流方向成串联方式分布的第一滤气片和第二滤气片。
本发明型的技术解决方案中所述的第一滤气片为垂直放置,第二滤气片为水平放置。
本发明型的技术解决方案中所述的第一滤气片是方形。
本发明型的技术解决方案中所述的第二滤气片为圆形。
本发明型由于在免维护铅酸蓄电池迷宫结构的末端与蓄电池外界相通的排气系统内设有两个成串联方式分布的第一滤气片和第二滤气片,该第一、第二滤气片周围设有将形成气体通道并与其他部分隔开的隔墙,第一滤气片垂直摆放,第二滤气片水平摆放,然后通过第二滤气片排出电池,使排出的气体得到双过滤,排气更通畅,阻酸效果良好。本发明型克服了现有技术的不足,具有排气通畅并且阻酸效果良好的特点。本发明型主要用于免维护铅酸蓄电池的排气过滤。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示。本发明型一种双滤气片排气系统的蓄电池由极板、及由壳体、大盖1、排气盖2构成电池的外壳构成。大盖1和排气盖2之间的空间构成电池的阻酸回流迷宫结构,迷宫结构的末端与蓄电池外界相通的部分是排气系统。排气系统通过与其他部分隔开的隔墙4形成气体通道6,气体通道6内设有两个按气流方向7成串联方式分布的第一滤气片5和第二滤气片3。第一个滤气片5水平安放在排气系统迷宫结构的末端,第一滤气片5为方形,垂直摆放在气体通道6的方形气室8内,第二滤气片3为圆形,水平放置,气体通过第二滤气片3排出蓄电池。第一滤气片5和第二滤气片3均覆盖气体通道6的整个断面。

1.一种组合式滤气片排气系统的蓄电池,包括极板以及由壳体、排气盖(2)和大盖(1)构成的外壳,大盖(1)和排气盖(2)之间的空间构成电池的阻酸回流迷宫结构,迷宫结构的末端与蓄电池外界相通的部分是排气系统,其特征是:所述的排气系统通过与其他部分隔开的隔墙(4)形成气体通道(6);该气体通道(6)内设有两个按气流方向(7)成串联方式分布的第一滤气片(5)和第二滤气片(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式滤气片排气系统的蓄电池,其特征是:所述的第一滤气片(5)为垂直放置,第二滤气片(3)为水平放置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种组合式滤气片排气系统的蓄电池,其特征是:所述的第一滤气片(5)是方形。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种组合式滤气片排气系统的蓄电池,其特征是:所述的第二滤气片(3)为圆形。
