技术领域
本实用新型涉及蓄电池领域,具体涉及用于铅酸蓄电池的一种多通道排气的上盖。
背景技术
电动助力车用铅酸蓄电池在充电的末期会有少量的气体排出,通常在电池的上盖上都横向留有只有2到4个排气口,便于电池排出气体的扩散。由于电动助力车用蓄电池的结构空间极其有限,因此电池的排气通道都狭小,非常容易堵塞,生产加工过程中电池加液口处围棉时易堵塞排气通道,上盖片粘合时若三氯甲烷用之过量易堵塞排气通道,用户使用时积累的污垢也易堵塞排气通道的口口,一旦堵塞,将会使得蓄电池内压升高,严重时将导致电池爆裂。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种多通道排气的上盖,能够保证电池排出的气体及时扩散,防止蓄电池内压升高,避免电池爆裂。
为解决上述现有的技术问题,本实用新型采用如下方案:一种多通道排气的上盖,包括上盖主体、设在上盖主体上的若干加液口、设在若干加液口上的上盖片,所述上盖主体上还设有贯穿若干加液口的排气通道,所述排气通道两端均设有通气口。
作为优选,所述若干加液口采用两行三列设置,所述排气通道采用对应的两条水平三条竖直设置。结构简单,制造方便。
有益效果:
本实用新型采用上述技术方案提供一种多通道排气的上盖,设有贯穿若干加液口的排气通道,只要有一个排气通道畅通,其它排气通道外部全部堵塞也不会影响蓄电池的正常使用,保证了电池排出的气体及时扩散,防止了蓄电池内压升高,避免了电池爆裂。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种多通道排气的上盖,包括上盖主体1、设在上盖主体1上的若干加液口2、设在若干加液口2上的上盖片3,所述上盖主体1上还设有贯穿若干加液口2的排气通道4,所述排气通道4两端均设有通气口5。所述若干加液口2采用两行三列设置,所述排气通道4采用对应的两条水平三条竖直设置,形成了10个通气口5,只要有一个排气通道4畅通,其它排气通道4的通气口5全部堵塞也不会影响蓄电池的正常使用,保证了电池排出的气体及时扩散,防止了蓄电池内压升高,避免了电池爆裂。

1.一种多通道排气的上盖,包括上盖主体(1)、设在上盖主体(1)上的若干加液口(2)、设在若干加液口(2)上的上盖片(3),其特征在于:所述上盖主体(1)上还设有贯穿若干加液口(2)的排气通道(4),所述排气通道(4)两端均设有通气口(5)。
