本发明公开了一种蒸汽节能器,包括换热水箱、进水口、出水口,换热水箱内设有蒸汽盘管,换热水箱箱体外部设有蒸汽盘管的进气口和排气口;进水口位于出水口下部;进气口位于排气口上部;进气口将来自蒸汽熨斗排出的废蒸汽导入换热水箱;进水口连接水泵,出水口连接蒸汽锅炉。本发明的有益效果是:由于废蒸汽直接通过蒸汽盘管换热后排出,因此不会出现采用疏水装置使蒸汽熨斗出汽不畅通而导致的衣服过湿、成衣有霉点的现象;由于废蒸汽及其热水不再流经水泵,从而在节能的同时也改善了水泵的工作环境(常温水温下运行),大大降低了水泵的故障率,延长了水泵的寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种蒸汽节能器,尤其涉及用于蒸汽熨斗废蒸汽节能利用的蒸汽节能器。
背景技术
蒸汽熨斗被广泛应用于服装和针织行业,其基本原理如下:自来水进入储水箱,再通过水泵给电热锅炉加水,由电热锅炉产生的蒸汽通过管路送至蒸汽熨斗,蒸汽熨斗熨烫后蒸汽排出工作区外。锅炉水位降低后,再由水泵给电热锅炉补水。这是一个目前成熟和普遍的熨烫工艺。由于熨烫的时间和熨斗的数量直接影响蒸汽的需求量,并且锅炉的压力和蒸发量受安全和经济方面考虑,不能配置过大。在实际操作中锅炉补给常温的水时,锅炉压力下降很快,蒸汽不饱和,如不加注意会造成衣服过湿,造成成衣有霉点,有的出口企业因此受到经济和信誉损害。另外从冷水到蒸汽需要消耗更多的电能。
为利用蒸汽熨斗排出的废蒸汽,现有的节能工艺为:蒸汽熨斗熨烫后排出的废蒸汽经由疏水器处理为热水,再将该热水通过水泵给电热锅炉补水,电热锅炉将热水再加热为蒸汽供蒸汽熨斗使用,从而达到节能目的。上述现有技术虽然从原理上解决了过剩蒸汽的回用,在大蒸发量的锅炉设备中得到应用。但是存在如下不足之处:1、在应用中同样会出现衣服过湿现象,原因是由于使用了疏水装置使得熨斗出汽不畅通;2、使用中经常出现水泵故障和电机损坏,原因是高压水泵工作在高温状态下,水泵的密封件很容易损坏,同样在高温状态下水泵电机容易烧坏;3、现有技术相关产品成本大,市场的价格高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足之处,提供一种用于蒸汽熨斗废蒸汽节能利用的蒸汽节能器。本发明技术方案如下:
一种蒸汽节能器,包括换热水箱、进水口、出水口,换热水箱内设有蒸汽盘管,换热水箱箱体外部设有蒸汽盘管的进气口和排气口;进水口位于出水口下部;进气口位于排气口上部;进气口将来自蒸汽熨斗排出的废蒸汽导入换热水箱;进水口连接水泵,出水口连接蒸汽锅炉。
水泵将待加热的水通过进水口泵入换热水箱,待加热的水流经蒸汽盘管后,再通过出水口注入蒸汽锅炉,蒸汽锅炉产生的蒸汽供蒸汽熨斗使用。
出水口还可以设有电渗析装置,有效解决北方水质硬度高的问题,保证蒸汽锅炉的长效运行。
本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果是:1、由于废蒸汽直接通过蒸汽盘管换热后排出,因此不会出现采用疏水装置使蒸汽熨斗出汽不畅通而导致的衣服过湿、成衣有霉点的现象;2、由于废蒸汽及其热水不再流经水泵,从而在节能的同时也改善了水泵的工作环境(常温水温下运行),大大降低了水泵的故障率,延长了水泵的寿命;3、由于水泵等设备无需在热水环境下工作,从而降低了设备零配件的耐热要求,使包括蒸汽锅炉在内的设备成本大为降低;4、出水口设有电渗析装置,有效解决北方水质硬度高的问题,保证蒸汽锅炉的长效运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明再作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1:参见图1、图2,一种蒸汽节能器,包括换热水箱5、进水口1、出水口4,换热水箱5内设有蒸汽盘管6,换热水箱5箱体外部设有蒸汽盘管6的进气口3和排气口2;进水口1位于出水口4下部;进气口3位于排气口2上部;进气口3将来自蒸汽熨斗排出的废蒸汽导入换热水箱;进水口1连接水泵,出水口4连接电加热低压锅炉。
水泵将待加热的水通过进水口1泵入换热水箱,待加热的水流经蒸汽盘管后,再通过出水口4注入电加热低压锅炉,锅炉产生的蒸汽供蒸汽熨斗使用。出水口4还可以设有电渗析装置,有效解决北方水质硬度高的问题,保证蒸汽锅炉的长效运行。
实际使用上述蒸汽节能器,一台18kw电热锅炉,以每天工作10小时的耗电量为180kwh,电价按0.9元/度,每天的电费为162元,一年按300天计算需要48600元。安装上述节能器后,同样每天工作10小时的耗电量为117kwh,电价按0.9元/度,每天的电费为105.3元,一年按300天计算需要31590元。这样下来一年可节省电费17010元。
本发明为服装和针织企业解决了蒸汽浪费和蒸汽出水的难题,平均节约率达到35%以上且价格低廉,投资成本在数月内就能收回,蒸汽节能器安装后,产汽量大,蒸汽质量高,熨烫衣服不潮湿,显著提高产品质量。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种蒸汽节能器,包括换热水箱、进水口、出水口,其特征在于:换热水箱内设有蒸汽盘管,换热水箱箱体外部设有蒸汽盘管的进气口和排气口。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种蒸汽节能器,其特征在于:进水口位于出水口下部。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种蒸汽节能器,其特征在于:进气口位于排气口上部。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种蒸汽节能器,其特征在于:进气口将来自蒸汽熨斗排出的废蒸汽导入换热水箱。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种蒸汽节能器,其特征在于:进水口连接水泵,出水口连接蒸汽锅炉。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种蒸汽节能器,其特征在于:水泵将待加热的水通过进水口泵入换热水箱,待加热的水流经蒸汽盘管后,再通过出水口注入蒸汽锅炉。
7.根据权利要求5所述一种蒸汽节能器,其特征在于:蒸汽锅炉产生的蒸汽供蒸汽熨斗使用。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种蒸汽节能器,其特征在于:出水口设有电渗析装置,有效解决北方水质硬度高的问题,保证蒸汽锅炉的长效运行。
