技术领域
本发明涉及尼龙材料领域,确切地说是一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料。
背景技术
尼龙制品的硬度大,并具有教高的抗张性,抗弯曲度和冲击强度及教高的延伸,他的抗压强度和金属不相上下,它的疲劳强度和铸铁和铝合金同等水平。稳定的化学稳定性,它对化学物无论是弱硷、醇脂、碳氢化合物,油脂均不受影响。比重轻,具有韧性好、耐磨力强,耐油,抗震等特点,适用于制作耐磨零件,传动结构件,家用电器零件,汽车制造零件,防止机械零件,华工设备,电器绝缘零件。如涡轮、齿轮、轴承、叶轮、叶片、丝杆、高压垫圈、密封圈、螺母、螺丝、梭子、套筒、轴套连接器等。汽车接插件连接器、端子、护套、保险丝盒、灯座、扎带等汽车电器的制造广泛使用尼龙材料。
PA12的学名为聚十二内酰胺,又称尼龙12。其聚合的基本原料是丁二烯,可依赖于石油化工。是半结晶-结晶热塑性材料。它的特性和PA11相似,但晶体结构不同。PA12是很好的电气绝缘体并且和其它聚酰胺一样不会因潮湿影响绝缘性能。它有很好的抗冲击性机化学稳定性。PA12有许多在塑化特性和增强特性方面的改良品种。
随着汽车连接件的发展,人们对汽车连接件的需求种类变广,迫切需要有个多的性能增强的改良品种。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12450-480、PPO24-28、纳米陶土23-28、烟片胶1-2,乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺4-6、聚四氟乙烯12-15、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯4-6、白油膏2-3、二甲基二氯硅烷5-7、硫酸铝1-2、2-乙基己基磷酸酯2-3、有机黏土18-25,助剂13-16;
助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:高岭土10-15、透辉石4-5、海泡石8-10,纳米三氧化钼1-2,腰果壳油1-2,氧化铝2-4、1,6-己二异氰酸酯2-4、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2-3、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯1-2,苯基缩水甘油醚1-2,3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3、硬脂酸1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将透辉石、海泡石破碎后混匀,过6-12目筛,再与高岭土混匀,混合放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3-5小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
所述的一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、2-乙基己基磷酸酯混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,再在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为255-265℃,挤出机转速220-250r/min。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明含有有机粘土以及纳米陶土,相比于传统的复合材料,该复合材料的密度较低,且力学性能优秀。
具体实施方式
一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料,其是由下述重量(kg)的原料制得:尼龙PA12450、PPO25、纳米陶土28、烟片胶2,乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺6、聚四氟乙烯15、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯6、白油膏2、二甲基二氯硅烷5、硫酸铝2、2-乙基己基磷酸酯2、有机黏土18,助剂16;
助剂由下列重量(kg)的原料制成:高岭土15、透辉石5、海泡石8,纳米三氧化钼1,腰果壳油1,氧化铝4、1,6-己二异氰酸酯2、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯1,苯基缩水甘油醚1,3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷3、硬脂酸2;
助剂的制备方法是将透辉石、海泡石破碎后混匀,过12目筛,再与高岭土混匀,混合放入煅烧炉中在700℃下煅烧4小时,冷却,放入12%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡5小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1小时,即得。
所述的一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料,制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、2-乙基己基磷酸酯混合均
匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,再在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为265℃,挤出机转速250r/min。

1.一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:尼龙PA12  450-480、PPO 24-28、纳米陶土23-28、烟片胶1-2,乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺4-6、聚四氟乙烯12-15、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯4-6、白油膏2-3、二甲基二氯硅烷5-7、硫酸铝1-2、2-乙基己基磷酸酯2-3、有机黏土18-25,助剂13-16;
助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:高岭土10-15、透辉石4-5、海泡石8-10,纳米三氧化钼1-2,腰果壳油1-2,氧化铝2-4、1,6-己二异氰酸酯2-4、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯2-3、三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯1-2,苯基缩水甘油醚1-2,3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷2-3、硬脂酸1-2;
助剂的制备方法是将透辉石、海泡石破碎后混匀,过6-12目筛,再与高岭土混匀,混合放入煅烧炉中在700-720℃下煅烧3-4小时,冷却,放入10-12%氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡3-5小时,过滤取出,用清水洗净烘干,粉碎成200-300目粉末,与其它剩余成分混合,研磨分散1-2小时,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车连接件用尼龙PA12/有机黏土复合材料,其特征在于:制备方法为:将尼龙PA12、乙撑双硬脂酸酰胺、硫代二丙酸二月桂酯、2-乙基己基磷酸酯混合均匀后,再加入其余原料混合均匀,再在双螺杆挤出机上熔融挤出造粒后即得,挤出机的各区间温度为255-265℃,挤出机转速220 - 250r/min。
