Abstract

本发明公开了一种低熔点氨纶切片及其制备方法,属于化工材料领域,其由如下重量百分比的原料组成:聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物65-70%、异氰酸酯25-30%、扩链剂4-7%;其中,聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物中,聚醚多元醇的质量分数为85-95%,聚酯多元醇的质量分数为5-15%。本发明的优点在于:利用本发明的方法制备的氨纶切片维卡软化温度较低,用这种氨纶生产的氨纶丝的维卡软化温度也较低,便于烫整。

一种低熔点氨纶切片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低熔点氨纶切片及其制备方法,属于化工材料领域。
背景技术
熔纺氨纶切片是制造熔纺氨纶丝的上游原料,目前国内外氨纶根据其不同的制造方法主要有两种:即干法氨纶和熔纺氨纶,熔纺氨纶比干法氨纶一个显著优点是生产工艺不使用溶剂,故称之为“绿色氨纶”。是制造氨纶高档服装、贴身内衣的重要化纤原料,受到国内外纺织和化纤市场普遍青睐。但熔纺氨纶因其耐热性和回弹性比干法氨纶低,因此在很大程度上限制了其应用领域。而熔纺氨纶丝的耐热性和回弹性能,在很大程度上取决于熔纺氨纶切片的耐热性及其机械力学性能。提高熔纺氨纶切片的耐热性和机械力学性能已成为熔纺氨纶和聚氨酯弹性体业界共同关注的一个热点和难点。现有技术生产的熔纺氨纶切片,维卡软化温度均较高,导致利用这些氨纶切片生产的氨纶丝的维卡软化温度也较高,给烫整造成一定麻烦,不适用于一些需要较低维卡软化温度的应用领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种维卡软化温度较低的熔纺氨纶切片及其制备方法。
一种低熔点氨纶切片,由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物:    65-70%;
异氰酸酯:                          25-30%;
扩链剂:                            4-7%;
其中,所述聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物中,聚醚多元醇的质量分数为85-95%,聚酯多元醇的质量分数为5-15%。
本发明中,所述异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、六次甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
本发明中,所述扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇中的至少一种。
本发明中,所述聚醚多元醇为分子量1000-3000的聚醚多元醇。
本发明中,所述聚酯多元醇为分子量2000-3000的聚酯多元醇。
本发明中,所述聚醚多元醇为聚四甲基醚二醇。
本发明中,所述聚酯多元醇为聚己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇中的至少一种。
一种制备本发明的低熔点氨纶切片的方法,具体为:将聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物、异氰酸酯、扩链剂混合均匀,由计量泵经高速混合头注入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆直径为72-95,螺杆长径比为45-80,经水下造粒、干燥包装,制得成品。
本发明的优点是:利用本发明的方法制备的氨纶切片维卡软化温度较低,用这种氨纶生产的氨纶丝的维卡软化温度也较低,便于烫整。
本发明切片达到的力学性能如下:

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述,但本发明的保护范围不仅局限于实施例。
实施例1:
将552.5kg的聚四甲基醚二醇、97.5kg的聚己内酯二醇、300kg的异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、25kg的1,4-丁二醇、25kg的1,3-丙二醇混合均匀,由计量泵经高速混合头注入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆直径为72-95,螺杆长径比为45-80,螺杆各段温度控制在120℃、160℃、180℃、180℃、185℃、185℃、175℃、170℃、170℃、185℃、190℃,精度为±1℃,螺杆转速为80-120r/min,经水下造粒后、干燥包装,制得成品。
实施例2:
将603kg的聚四甲基醚二醇、67kg的聚碳酸酯二醇、270kg的4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、20kg的1,4-丁二醇、40kg的1,3-丙二醇混合均匀,由计量泵经高速混合头注入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆直径为72-95,螺杆长径比为45-80,螺杆各段温度控制在120℃、160℃、180℃、180℃、185℃、185℃、175℃、170℃、170℃、185℃、190℃,精度为±1℃,螺杆转速为80-120r/min,经水下造粒后、干燥包装,制得成品。
实施例3:
将665kg的聚四甲基醚二醇、35kg的聚己内酯二醇、250kg的4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、30kg的1,4-丁二醇、20kg的1,3-丙二醇混合均匀,由计量泵经高速混合头注入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆直径为72-95,螺杆长径比为45-80,螺杆各段温度控制在100℃、135℃、145℃、150℃、150℃、160℃、160℃、150℃、145℃、150℃、155℃,精度为±1℃,螺杆转速为80-120r/min,经水下造粒后、干燥包装,制得成品。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明而并非限制本发明所描述的技术方案;因此,尽管本说明书参照上述的各个实施例对本发明已进行了详细的说明,但是,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,仍然可以对本发明进行修改或等同替换;而一切不脱离本发明的精神和范围的技术方案及其改进,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。

Claims (8)

1.一种低熔点氨纶切片,其特征在于,由如下重量百分比的原料组成:
聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物:  65-70%;
异氰酸酯:                        25-30%;
扩链剂:                          4-7%;
其中,所述聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物中,聚醚多元醇的质量分数为85-95%,聚酯多元醇的质量分数为5-15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氨纶切片,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、甲苯二异氰酸酯、六次甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氨纶切片,其特征在于,所述扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的氨纶切片,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为分子量1000-3000的聚醚多元醇。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的氨纶切片,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇为分子量2000-3000的聚酯多元醇。
6.根据权利要求4所述的氨纶切片,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为聚四甲基醚二醇。
7.根据权利要求5所述的氨纶切片,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇为聚己内酯二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇中的至少一种。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的低熔点氨纶切片的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚醚多元醇和聚酯多元醇的混合物、异氰酸酯、扩链剂混合均匀,由计量泵经高速混合头注入到双螺杆挤出机中,螺杆直径为72-95,螺杆长径比为45-80,经水下造粒、干燥包装,制得成品。
