本发明公开了一种绿色环保的污泥建筑材料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:污泥40-45份,水泥35-45份,蜡石5-15份,碎石子12-19份,耐高温粘接剂1-2份,填料3-8份,氢氧化钾3-7份,氢氧化钙1-8份,羟乙基纤维素1-3份,POE5-9份,纳米有机蒙脱土1-6份,滑石粉2-3份,硬脂酸锌5-8份,硬脂酸钙1-7份,页岩20-30份,褐煤10-15份,石膏20-35份。本发明的建筑材料中污泥含水率高达70%以上且富含有机质等燃烧挥发物质,经过烧制的城市污泥的减容减量率很大,残存物稳定固定在制成砖块中,不需要增加其他化学添加剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绿色环保的污泥建筑材料。
背景技术
城市污水在采用洁性污泥处理法处理后,会产生剩余污泥,这种污泥除了内含有机质、氮、磷、饲外,一般都还包括有多种重金属,这些重金属中也还有不少种类的浓度超过农用标准,属于有毒有害物质,不能置于农业种植,也不能置于可以影响人畜健康的地方。目前对于城市污泥的处理方法有多种,一般有填埋、焚烧和综合利用。填埋方法尽管处理成本低,但由于污泥成分不稳定,其中的有毒有害物质和病原微生物会污染土地和水资源。利用污泥制备建筑材料成为新的研究方向。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种绿色环保的污泥建筑材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种绿色环保的污泥建筑材料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:污泥40-45份,水泥35-45份,蜡石5-15份,碎石子12-19份,耐高温粘接剂1-2份,填料3-8份,氢氧化钾3-7份,氢氧化钙1-8份,羟乙基纤维素1-3份,POE5-9份,纳米有机蒙脱土1-6份,滑石粉2-3份,硬脂酸锌5-8份,硬脂酸钙1-7份,页岩20-30份,褐煤10-15份,石膏20-35份。
本发明的建筑材料中污泥含水率高达70%以上且富含有机质等燃烧挥发物质,经过烧制的城市污泥的减容减量率很大,残存物稳定固定在制成砖块中,不需要增加其他化学添加剂,由于污泥富含有机质等可燃物,在砖坯烧制过程中可以充分利用污泥中的可燃物的燃烧热,减少烧砖用的原料煤,为污泥处理提供了新的方向。
