技术领域:本发明涉及一种饮品,具体地说是一种蜂蜜蓝莓露。
背景技术:目前,全国的饮料可以说是琳琅满目、种类繁多,但归结起来主要分果汁、蔬汁、碳酸和功能几类饮料。这些饮料品尝起来,尽管各具特色,但真正既具有营养价值、又具有一定保健功能的却为数不多。而且,这些饮料大都营养成份单一,有的还含防腐剂。
发明内容:本发明的目的是制出一种以蓝莓为主要原料,蜂蜜为辅助原料,制成无污染、纯绿色、集多种营养成份和保健功能于一体的蜂蜜蓝莓露饮品。其技术内容是,蜂蜜蓝莓露,由蓝莓、蜂蜜制成,其特征是,计量按百分比计,蓝莓65%,蜂蜜5%,山泉水30%。本发明和现有技术比先进之处在于,该蜂蜜蓝莓露,具有抗衰老,保视力之功效,可清除氧自由基,美容,护肤,延年益寿,提高人体免疫力,改善睡眠,促进儿童生长发育,保护心血管,润肺止咳等功效。
具体实施方式:蜂蜜蓝莓露是将精选蓝莓、蜂蜜和水按比例放进胶体磨浆机进行磨浆,制得的浆液加入蒸锅,在100℃温度加热25分钟。出锅进冷却罐冷却至18℃,灌装,得到蜂蜜蓝莓露,以上便构成本发明。
