背景技术:
在我国,随着经济发展,食品极其丰富,人的运动量减少,肥胖增多,亚健康人群与日俱增,也导致现代病人增多,如高血压、高血脂、高血糖,引起各种心脑血管病和糖尿病并发症的病人增加,不仅给社会、家庭带来沉重负担,而且给个人也带来了痛苦。这些病单靠现代医学来解决,也成了棘手的难题。还得从源头上做起,防病于未然。为此,人们为了活得健康,千方百计寻找养生之道,希望有一种便捷食品,调节身体,改善身体内部生态环境,摆脱疾病,提高健康指数。

本发明的目的是为解决上述问题提供的一种养生口服液。
本发明进一步提供了一种这种养生口服液配制方法,为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明公开了一种养生口服液,其特征在于:
按如下配比生产(重量百分比)
黄秋葵提取物:5%~8%
杜仲提取物:3%~6%
绞股蓝皂甙:0.5%~1%
复合氨基酸粉:2%~5%
香菇多糖:0.5%~3%
菊粉:1%~2%
低聚异麦芽糖:2%~5%
水:70~85%
食用防腐剂微量
所述食用防腐剂采用乳酸链球菌素(NISIN)。
本发明还公开了一种养生口服液的配制方法,按上述比例,先将水加到复配罐中加热至50℃,再添加黄秋葵提取物、杜仲提取物、绞股蓝皂甙、复合氨基酸粉香菇多糖、菊粉、低聚异麦芽糖于复配罐中,再加热升温搅拌溶解至100℃后降温至80℃,保温30分钟后,再冷却至40℃以下加入天然食用防腐剂搅匀灌装。
所述天然食品防腐剂是乳酸链球菌素(NISIN)。
