Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于导电连接两条高压电缆的电导线的方法,所述高压电缆分别具有被由绝缘材料制成的护套包绕的、密立根导线(Millikenleiter;亦称为“米利肯导线”)形式的导线,在此使用金属制的管件,所述管件具有在其整个长度上且在其圆周上分布的、设置有螺纹的用于容纳定位螺钉的多个通孔,以及大约在所述管件的中部、在垂直于其轴线延伸的平面内具有沿圆周方向彼此错开的、设置有螺纹的用于容纳接触螺钉的多个中心通孔(EP2226899A1)。
背景技术
密立根导线通常在具有较大导线横截面(例如大于1000mm2)的单导线高压电缆中使用。这些导线例如由多条导电金属芯线组成,它们相互卷绕并且集合在至少三个扇区导线内,这些扇区导线一同构成一个圆形的导线。这种具有六个扇区导线的密立根导线例如由DE4036169C2已知。一方面为了减轻趋肤效应,另一方面为了减小邻近效应,扇区导线彼此绝缘。为进一步减小这两种效应的作用还可以彼此绝缘密立根导线的单根金属芯线,例如通过在每一条单根金属芯线上涂敷漆层。为借助传统的连接元件将两条高压电缆的密立根导线有效地导电连接,则必须以较大的花费将导线在连接处区域内的所有绝缘层去除,由此可以尽可能地将所有导体的金属芯线导电连接。
在前述的EP2226899A1中描述了一种用于导电连接两条电导线的方法,该方法也可以用于密立根导线。两条待连接的导线如此安装在具有定位螺钉的金属制的管件内,使得在两条导线的端面之间保留一个间隙。两条导线在该位置借助定位螺钉在管件内固定。在两条导线之间的间隙内拧入具有可转动的圆锥形尖部的接触螺钉。该尖部分别拧入定位螺钉的凹进部分内。该尖部相对于定位螺钉的螺纹具有反向延伸的外螺纹。由于反向延伸的螺纹使定位螺钉的尖部深深地进入导线之间的间隙内。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,如此改进上述方法,使得能够用较少的花费有效地导电连接两条密立根导线。
根据本发明所述技术问题如此解决:
首先,通过去除各自的护套在两条电缆的端部露出两条电缆的导线,
然后,将所述两条导线从不同的侧面如此插入所述管件内,使得所述两条导线在所述中心通孔的高度上,通过所述两条导线的垂直于其轴线延伸的端面而彼此贴靠,
之后,借助所述定位螺钉将所述导线固定在所述管件内,
接着,穿过所述中心通孔制造沿径向延伸的钻孔,所述钻孔伸入到所述两条电缆的两条导线的端面区域内,并且相比所述中心通孔的直径具有更小的直径,
最后,将由良好导电性的金属制成的接触螺钉拧入所述中心通孔内并且继续导入所述钻孔内,其中在装配所述接触螺钉时,所述接触螺钉通过其螺纹切入所述两条导线内。
在使用这种方法时,仅需将待连接的电缆的两个去掉了护套的导线插入管件内并且在其内通过彼此靠紧的端面固定。在两条电缆的导线内存在的绝缘材料、例如扇区导线相互的绝缘层和在可能的情况下在单根金属芯线上存在的漆层可以在其内保留。在借助定位螺钉在管件内固定两条导线后,两条导线通过它们的端面不可滑脱地彼此靠紧。随后,借助被导引穿过中心通孔的钻头产生钻孔,该钻孔沿径向伸入管件内,并且如此位于两条导线之间,使得该钻孔尽可能均匀地伸入两条导线内。最后,待拧入中心通孔并继续通入钻孔内的接触螺钉具有相对于钻孔的内径稍大的直径,使得接触螺钉借助其螺纹切入两条导线内。随之,两条电缆的导线之间的导电连接被固定。借助电缆传输的电流在必要时通过接触螺钉直接从导线流向导线。根据导线的材料,接触螺钉有利地由铜或铜合金或铝合金制成。

具体实施方式
图1示意地描述了两条电缆1和2之间的连接处,两条电缆1和2的导线3和4位于金属制的管件5内。导线3和4在管件5内被多个定位螺钉6固定在一个位置上,在该位置上导线3和4的端面相互紧靠在平面7内,该平面7垂直于电缆1和2以及管件5的轴线延伸。出于简明的原因,图1中仅示出四个定位螺钉6。在实际实施中,在管件5的整个长度上并且在管件5的圆周上分布存在有多个定位螺钉6,所述定位螺钉6有利地被设计为抗剪螺栓。管件5例如用铝合金制成。
两条电缆1和2具有作为密立根导线的导线。这种导线例如在图2中示出并且标记为电缆1的导线3。电缆2的导线4可以是相同的形式。为简单起见下面仅说明导线3的结构。导线3由多条用导电性较好的材料(例如铜或铜合金)制成的相互卷绕的金属芯线组成。导线3根据图2例如被分成三个扇区导线8、9和10,这三个扇区导线8、9和10分别在120°的角度上延伸并且一起构成圆形的导线3。所述导线3也可以具有多于三个的扇区导线。在现有技术中例如使用六个扇区导线。在扇区导线8、9和10之间分别设置由绝缘材料制成的层11。此外,在导线3的金属芯线上可以分别涂敷漆层形式的绝缘层。导线3被由绝缘材料制成的护套12包绕。在三个扇区导线8、9和10内在图2中分别仅示出几根金属芯线。
管件5上除了设置有具有螺纹的、用于容纳定位螺钉6的通孔外,大约在其中部在平面7的高度上同样设置有具有螺纹的、中心通孔13,有多个中心通孔13在平面7内在圆周方向上分布设置在管件5内。这些中心通孔13用于容纳图9和10所示的接触螺钉14,该接触螺钉14同样有利地被设计为抗剪螺栓。接触螺钉14用于导电连接两条导线3和4,如上述,接触螺钉14有利地由铜或铜合金或铝合金制成。
根据本发明的方法例如如下执行:
首先,通过去除护套12在电缆1和2的端部露出导线3和4。此外在配备有多个定位螺钉6以及具有对应数目的附带螺纹的通孔的管件5内,设置中心的、同样具有螺纹的通孔13。在管件5内例如在平面7内制造六个沿圆周方向彼此错开的中心通孔13。
然后,将两个对置侧的两条电缆1和2的导线3和4如此深地插入管件5内,直到它们如图3所示在平面7内通过它们的端面彼此靠紧。在该位置上,导线3和4通过拧紧定位螺钉6而固定在管件5内。导线3和4仅从护套12上露出为插入管件5内所需的长度。在导线3和4上不采取另外的措施。这尤其适用于所有都使用相同的绝缘材料的情况。
接着,在平面7内制造与中心通孔13对齐的、径向朝向内并且与伸入导线3和4内的用于容纳接触螺钉14的钻孔15(图7)。为此有利地在中心通孔13内拧入钻头套筒16,钻头17可以被导引穿过所述钻头套筒16。通过使用钻头套筒16以简单的方式确保,在制造钻孔15时不损坏中心通孔13的螺纹。
由于在中心通孔13内拧入了钻头套筒16,所以钻头17具有比中心通孔13更小的直径,使得钻孔15也具有比中心通孔13更小的直径。在不使用钻头套筒而进行钻孔时,钻孔15也应该具有比中心通孔13更小的直径。
当导线3和4在管件5内正确定位的情况下,此时导线3和4的端侧在中心通孔13的高度上彼此靠紧,则钻孔15均匀地以圆柱形的半壳的形状伸入到两条导线3和4内。最后拧入中心通孔13并且继续通到钻孔15内的接触螺钉14具有与中心通孔13的直径相同的直径。与之相应地在装配接触螺钉14时,接触螺钉14通过其螺纹进一步切入导线3和4内,由此提高导线3和4与接触螺钉14之间的接触。
为进一步改善两条电缆1和2之间的导电连接,可以如图11在管件5内附加地制造具有螺纹的通孔,通过这些通孔能够另外拧入与导线3和4啮合的接触螺钉18。从而,电流也可以在接触螺钉18和管件5上流动。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于导电连接两条高压电缆的电导线的方法,所述高压电缆分别具有被由绝缘材料制成的护套包绕的、密立根导线形式的导线,在此使用金属制的管件(5),所述管件(5)具有在其整个长度上且在其圆周上分布的、设置有螺纹的用于容纳定位螺钉(6)的多个通孔,以及大约在所述管件(5)的中部、在垂直于其轴线延伸的平面(7)内具有沿圆周方向彼此错开的、设置有螺纹的用于容纳接触螺钉(14)的多个中心通孔(13),其特征在于,
-首先,通过去除各自的护套(12)在两条电缆(1、2)的端部露出两条电缆(1、2)的导线(3、4),
-然后,将所述两条导线(3、4)从不同的侧面如此插入所述管件(5)内,使得所述两条导线(3、4)在所述中心通孔(13)的高度上,通过所述两条导线(3、4)的垂直于其轴线延伸的端面而彼此贴靠,
-之后,借助所述定位螺钉(6)将所述导线(3、4)固定在所述管件(5)内,
-接着,穿过所述中心通孔(13)制造沿径向延伸的、均匀地以圆柱形的半壳的形状伸入到两条导线(3、4)内的钻孔(15),所述钻孔(15)伸入到所述两条电缆(1、2)的两条导线(3、4)的端面区域内,并且相比所述中心通孔(13)的直径具有更小的直径,
-最后,将由导电性良好的金属制成的接触螺钉(14)拧入所述中心通孔(13)内并且继续导入所述钻孔(15)内,其中在装配所述接触螺钉(14)时,所述接触螺钉(14)通过其螺纹切入所述两条导线(3、4)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,沿所述管件(5)的延伸段附加地设置具有螺纹的通孔,通过所述通孔另外拧入与所述两条导线(3、4)啮合的接触螺钉(18)。
