本发明公开了一种镀膜玻璃抽真空密封装置,它包括有主阀本体(1),主阀本体(1)中安装有阀板(2),阀板(2)上安装有阀板提升杆(3),其特征是所述阀板提升杆(3)上套装有波纹管(4),所述波纹管(4)的两端分别与阀板(2)和主阀本体(1)内壁密封连接。本发明结构简单实用,设计合理,设备可靠性高,无需维护即可长时间运行,节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种镀膜玻璃生产抽真空装置。
背景技术
镀膜玻璃在生产过程中需要抽真空,目前镀膜玻璃抽真空使用的主阀是采用骨架密封件5作为动密封(如图2所示),由于主阀工作频繁(每天约850次提升),阀板提升杆3与骨架密封件5产生相对摩擦,容易造成真空泄漏,导致维护保养频繁,设备可靠性差,不利于生产的稳定。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单实用,可靠性高的镀膜玻璃抽真空密封装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
    一种镀膜玻璃抽真空密封装置,它包括有主阀本体,主阀本体中安装有阀板,阀板上安装有阀板提升杆,其特征是所述阀板提升杆上套装有波纹管,所述波纹管的两端分别与阀板和主阀本体内壁密封连接。
所述波纹管为金属波纹管,其两端通过焊接方式密封连接。
本发明的有益效果有:
结构简单实用,设计合理,设备可靠性高,无需维护即可长时间运行,节约了生产成本,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明:
    如附图1所示,本发明它包括有主阀本体1,主阀本体1中安装有阀板2,阀板2上安装有阀板提升杆3,所述阀板提升杆3上套装有波纹管4,所述波纹管4的两端分别与阀板2和主阀本体1内壁密封连接。所述波纹管4采用高机械强度、高气密性材料制成,例如采用金属波纹管,其两端通过焊接方式密封连接,能保证密封完整性。本发明阀板2在上下运行的过程中,由于没有相对摩擦,只要波纹管4不破损始终能保持密封状态,大大提高了装置的可靠。
本发明涉及的其它未说明部分与现有技术相同。

1.一种镀膜玻璃抽真空密封装置,它包括有主阀本体(1),主阀本体(1)中安装有阀板(2),阀板(2)上安装有阀板提升杆(3),其特征是所述阀板提升杆(3)上套装有波纹管(4),所述波纹管(4)的两端分别与阀板(2)和主阀本体(1)内壁密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镀膜玻璃抽真空密封装置,其特征是所述波纹管(4)为金属波纹管,其两端通过焊接方式密封连接。
