背景技术：
对于现代化的工业生产，采用氦气对产品进行泄漏检测变得越来越普遍，为了节约成本，对充入工件，检漏后的氦气回收再利用作为重要的一项生产工艺，在许多行业中已被广泛应用，为了满足生产节拍，提供快速、可靠的氦气快速回收技术成为一种急需。
由于现有的带氦气回收的氦气检漏装置,采用直接向压力为大气压的罐体内平衡回收氦气，在使用过程中经常因为氦气回收时间慢不能满足生产节拍的情况。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种成本低，氦气回收快的氦气快速回收装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
氦气快速回收装置，工件1依次通过阀门2、连接管道3与快速回收气罐4连接 ，快速回收气罐4与真空泵5连接。
本实用新型结构简单，成本低，采用一个快速回收气罐。先用真空泵将回收气罐抽至真空。当工件回收时，打开和回收气罐连接的阀门，工件内的气体在更大的压差下，快速地回收到回收气罐内，满足了生产节拍。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型由工件1、阀门2、连接管道3、快速回收气罐4、真空泵5组成。工件1依次通过阀门2、连接管道3与快速回收气罐4连接 ，快速回收气罐4与真空泵5连接。
工件1内氦气回收时，阀门2打开，氦气通过连接管道3，快速地回收到已被真空泵5抽成真空的快速回收气罐4内 。
