本发明旨在提供一种耐磨砂泵,包括泵体、主轴、叶轮、油封装置、轴承组,所述主轴通过轴承组与泵体连接,所述轴承组上方的泵体设有注油孔,所述油封装置安装于轴承组与叶轮之间的主轴上,所述油封装置与主轴之间设有轴套,所述油封装置与叶轮之间设有耐磨圈,耐磨圈与油封装置相接触,并通过橡胶圈与叶轮连接。本发明砂泵有效避免现有砂泵密封装置与叶轮需要频繁更换,增加维护成本的情况,具有耐磨性更强,更换简便,维修成本低的特点。

耐磨砂泵
技术领域
本发明涉及一种石油开采设备,具体涉及一种耐磨砂泵。
背景技术
砂泵是为钻井液固控设备中的除砂器、除泥器、旋流配浆等装置提供动力的,砂泵可将含有固相颗粒的钻井液以一定压力注入这些旋流器,以分离出固相颗粒。由于钻井过程中砂泵常常连续运转十几天,而砂泵所输送的工作介质泥浆含有腐蚀性物质,且温度较高,同时含有大量沙砾等坚硬物质,容易造成砂泵各部分的磨损;由于砂泵同时承受冲击载荷,振动较为严重,因此也容易出现泄漏的情况。现有砂泵的主轴上通常为叶轮、密封装置、轴承的结构,密封装置与叶轮相接,长时间工作运转后,密封装置与叶轮的相互摩擦容易导致密封装置与叶轮的磨损,增加维修成本,且密封装置与叶轮的安装更换均需要耗费较长时间,耽误生产工作的进行。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种耐磨砂泵,该砂泵有效避免现有砂泵密封装置与叶轮需要频繁更换,增加维护成本的情况,具有耐磨性更强,更换简便,维修成本低的特点。
本发明耐磨砂泵的技术方案如下:一种耐磨砂泵,包括泵体、主轴、叶轮、油封装置、轴承组,所述主轴通过轴承组与泵体连接,所述轴承组上方的泵体设有注油孔,所述油封装置安装于轴承组与叶轮之间的主轴上,所述油封装置与主轴之间设有轴套,所述油封装置与叶轮之间设有耐磨圈,耐磨圈与油封装置相接触,并通过橡胶圈与叶轮连接。
油封装置包括外接板,油封座、油封;所述外接板与泵体固定连接,所述油封座与外接板固定连接,油封设于油封座与轴套之间。
所述油封优选设有1~3个。
所述耐磨圈外侧还套有胶圈。
所述油封装置与轴承组之间留有空隙。
所述轴承组包括轴承、轴承油封、轴承盖,所述轴承设有两个,轴承之间的空间设为油腔,轴承油封与轴承连接,位于油腔外侧,轴承油封外侧设有轴承盖。
本发明耐磨砂泵在油封装置与叶轮之间设有耐磨圈,避免了油封装置与叶轮之间的直接相互摩擦导致的磨损,延长油封装置与叶轮的使用寿命,节约成本;并且,耐磨圈通过橡胶圈与叶轮连接,给予耐磨圈弹力支撑,保持密封性;在进行维修时只需对耐磨圈进行更换,节省维修时间;油封装置与轴承组之间采用分离结构,在油封装置与轴承组之间留有空隙,当砂泵长时间运行导致油封装置微量泄漏时,泄漏出的腐蚀性液体或坚硬物质通过空隙落至泵体内部,避免了腐蚀性液体或坚硬物质对轴承的磨损与破坏,从而导致连锁损坏的现象,落至泵体内底部的液体或硬物可以在更换填料时一并清除;同时本发明在油封装置与主轴之间设置有轴套,避免油封装置与主轴的直接接触,减少主轴的磨损,在维修时更换轴套即可。
综上所述,该砂泵有效避免现有砂泵密封装置与叶轮需要频繁更换,增加维护成本的情况,具有耐磨性更强,更换简便,维修成本低的特点。

如图1、图2所示,本实施例耐磨砂泵,包括泵体1、主轴2、叶轮3、油封装置、轴承组,所述主轴2通过轴承组与泵体1连接,所述轴承组上方的泵体1设有注油孔4,所述油封装置安装于轴承组与叶轮3之间的主轴2上,所述油封装置与主轴2之间设有轴套5,所述油封装置与叶轮3之间设有耐磨圈6,耐磨圈6与油封装置相接触,并通过橡胶圈7与叶轮3连接;
油封装置包括外接板8,油封座9、油封10;所述外接板8与泵体1固定连接,所述油封座9与外接板8固定连接,油封10设于油封座9与轴套5之间;
所述油封10设有1个;
所述耐磨圈6外侧还套有胶圈11;
所述油封装置与轴承组之间留有空隙。
所述轴承组包括轴承12、轴承油封13、轴承盖14,所述轴承12设有两个,轴承12之间的空间设为油腔15,轴承油封13与轴承12连接,位于油腔15外侧,轴承油封13外侧设有轴承盖14。

如图3、图4所示,本实施例耐磨砂泵,包括泵体1、主轴2、叶轮3、油封装置、轴承组,所述主轴2通过轴承组与泵体1连接,所述轴承组上方的泵体1设有注油孔4,所述油封装置安装于轴承组与叶轮3之间的主轴2上,所述油封装置与主轴2之间设有轴套5,所述油封装置与叶轮3之间设有耐磨圈6,耐磨圈6与油封装置相接触,并通过橡胶圈7与叶轮3连接;
油封装置包括外接板8,油封座9、油封10;所述外接板8与泵体1固定连接,所述油封座9与外接板8固定连接,油封10设于油封座9与轴套5之间;
所述油封10设有3个;
所述耐磨圈6外侧还套有胶圈11;
所述油封装置与轴承组之间留有空隙。
所述轴承组包括轴承12、轴承油封13、轴承盖14,所述轴承12设有两个,轴承12之间的空间设为油腔15,轴承油封13与轴承12连接,位于油腔15外侧,轴承油封13外侧设有轴承盖14。

1.一种耐磨砂泵,包括泵体(1)、主轴(2)、叶轮(3)、油封装置、轴承组,所述主轴(2)通过轴承组与泵体(1)连接,所述轴承组上方的泵体(1)设有注油孔(4),所述油封装置安装于轴承组与叶轮(3)之间的主轴(2)上,其特征在于:所述油封装置与主轴(2)之间设有轴套(5),所述油封装置与叶轮(3)之间设有耐磨圈(6),耐磨圈(6)与油封装置相接触,并通过橡胶圈(7)与叶轮(3)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨砂泵,其特征在于:油封装置包括外接板(8),油封座(9)、油封(10);所述外接板(8)与泵体(1)固定连接,所述油封座(9)与外接板(8)固定连接,油封(10)设于油封座(9)与轴套(5)之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的耐磨砂泵,其特征在于:所述油封(10)设有1~3个。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐磨砂泵,其特征在于:所述耐磨圈(6)外侧还套有胶圈(11)。
